I have old account with a lot referrals too, I remember my btc address and id number too but no password  I don't remember how many referrals exactly but definitely some and possibly several hundreds, it is one of the first 25000 accounts so it may have so much money on it now. If you still have the private key to that address you could prove ownership by signing a message. It might be worth sending a PM to Myfe and/or Wetsuit and seeing if you could get the account back. I don't know if they would do that but I can't see why they wouldn't. Actually I think I still have it, thanks. |

Hmm. I was thinking about such thing : if someone registered on freebitco (for example 2-3 years ago) and now he doesn't use it and even forgot about it and changed email and so on.. and if he wins a lottery! What would happen? This money just will be on his account forever??
Don't suggest variants like : he will get notification on email. phone etc. I just want to know what would happen in the case when he will never log in into his account.

This is pretty much me. I have a +4 year old account with probably around 100 referrals, but I can't access it because I don't know the login  (btc address) And I didn't put the email in when I registered. I even know my ID, would even guess password in a few tries I'm sure, but that doesn't help me much. As much as you can get the ticket, it's hard to win on lottery you should have 1000% of luck for this game  being it a lottery, it is indeed necessary to get all the luck one can get. But it sure pays off as the top prize is a huge sum. Good Luck to all participants. Round 120 someone got very lucky and won first price with only 10 tickets. And 4th place too with only 22 tickets. On a different matter, is it just me or that FreeBitco.in is down or having problems? I haven't been able to make claims. The captcha just won't open. I'm posting this here but it seems like there's a problem with all of the faucet sites such and the Moons and such.

No, the only free btc you can get is through the faucet. Nowadays, it is so hard to find some sites giving away free btc because of the current btc's price which is so high unlike some years ago where we could get some free BTC form almost all bitcoin related sites. Don't forget the interest that freebitco.in gives you when your balance is over 30k satoshis. It is an annual interest of 4.08% (calculated daily). It is not much, but it is also free BTC besides the faucet 4.08% is nothing to worry about or mention. That doesn't even best inflation. My local bank gives 11% per year so that is almost 3x less then a fiat investment from this site. Yolodice gives even more. A few percent a month. You can still get free bitcb it's just oess then before but the USD value resmains the same. I remember back to a time where freebitco.in gave away 1000 per hour with the faucet. Your local bank pays interest in fiat, what makes the saving bank account worthless. While your local currency is losing power on long term, Bitcoin is gaining. So it's much better to receive 3x less interest, but in BTC than 3x more interest in fiat (on long term). 11% interest yearly is too much, more than what they pay on my country (about 8,4% yearly). Interest income is high where the currency is valueless. lol, where do you guys live? My bank pays 0.15% yearly interest and even for that you must have over 10 000€ and lock them for 1 year... I think 4% is very good interest. I don't trust any website enough to give all my bitcoin savings to them but if I would then I would definitely do it for 4%. |
