China banned it as currency, but did not ban the mining and possession of it.

In Australia we have 2 Lamassu bitcoin vending machines already operating. Now this is an ATM where you can buy and sell bitcoins https://robocoinkiosk.com/ but they're worth $20,000.00 each. All depends on the country, financial regulations thereof, legal status of bitcoin. You cannot just say "they are vending machines", life isn't that simple. When speaking in general terms though, I think "vending machine" is perfectly acceptable |
