Despite the fact that users agree with our terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to cancel bets, we have NOT canceled user elabor's won. All bets won are simply processed on the balance sheet. Many bets won by this user despite the excessive odds have been paid out.
We are currently looking for an appropriate solution for this situation. So far we have the solution that the money won is present as a bonus balance on the account, but we understand that the user does not agree with this. We are aware of this and are working on an appropriate solution.
I think that for the future, it can be an important transparency move to declare and specify what is meant by the wrong price.
For example, an obvious mistake is if the market on average offers @ 1,2 and instead malubit offers @ 12 (because it is clear that it is a typing error).
On the other hand, if Malubit always declares for the future, that if the price offered is for example more than 20% of the maximum price offered by other sportbooks, in this case Malubit has the right to cancel bets.
But if the price offered at 12 o'clock is in line with the market for example @ 2 and after suddenly, the market lowers the price @ 1.5 in this case is not an error, but market conditions have changed, therefore Malubit does not has the right to cancel the bets accepted before

I hope you don't expect to receive the winnings you have obtained because of errors?
I have not bet on any wrong odds and I hope you are not a poor idiot

In over 20 years of betting, such a thing has never happened to me. They canceled my withdrawal request because they say that in the past (at least 10 days ago) he has bet on the wrong odds. A professional sportbook notifies customers before the game starts and no later than 10 days after the game is over.
Now they say that they were kind to me, instead of canceling my winning bets of more than 10 days ago, they turned my balance into a bonus to be played 5 times with odds equal or higher @ 1.85
I point out that if I notice the wrong odds, I don't bet and I warn the sportbook of the error, as I did in this topic

I am browsing the history of your posts, and it looks like you are very lucky to hit unlucky winnings.
If this is your career 20 years in gambling, then I must admit that it looks very suspicious.
I don't speak english and I use the google translator. If I understand correctly, do you think a winning bettor is suspect? Sorry, but I don't enjoy throwing my money away. Nobody has a sure method of winning by betting, so neither do I. But I consider betting, a competition between bookmakers and punters, which must be done honestly.
For this reason in 99% of cases I bet only in sportbooks that have state licenses.

You warned us one time, but before you took huge advantage of the displaying from wrong odds.
We are transparent and honest t our customers, we expect this from the client side as well. You exploited the site/odds on purpose when there was maintanenance into our system.
You were 100% aware that you took the odds that were way to high and gain massive advantage from it.
We could also have decided to cancel all the bets, but since we want to be on good foot with our customers, we have decided that you can keep your winnings.
I think the solution is very reasonable to offer you the amount in bonus.

All your withdrawals have been processed(except the last one), even when you make complaints and trying to harm our reputation on the forum when your withdrawal was not processed fast enough.

Dude, I urge you not to defame my reputation.
I have already shown that in the presence of wrong odds, I have notified you by email and publicly of the error.
I urge you not to behave provocatively against your customers. I note that Malubit didn't even thank me for reporting the altitude error, which I will never do again.
Finally, I note that my feedback is genuine positive and negative and that I am not your employee who is only required to shout the king alive

Hello,
On March 3, I requested a withdrawal of 56.50 MBTC ID 243
Today, after 4 days, I find that you refused the withdrawal without communicating the reason.
Today I made a new withdrawal request of 56.5 MBTC with ID 252.
I hope that my new request will be carried out quickly.
Sincerely

A little while ago I was paid and received 70 MBTC.
Thank you

It is sad to see you suffer to not get your payment. How much you made (in percentages) after the first deposit? I read the whole discussion and you said on the last posts about the "speeding up the withdrawal process", what happened after their promise?

OP should clear all raised questions, personally I doubt they will ruin their reputation for small amounts. Something is not right for a crypto gambling site to hold the withdrawal request for 3 days. Just my 2 cents.
After their promise to speed up payments, nothing happened, they still didn't pay.
When they pay, currently my R.O.I. is + 54.78%

Today is the third day they don't pay, they don't respond to emails, and I continue to behave civilly without using vulgar words and threats. A doubt arises, isn't it that I'm too polite?

You should be more aggressive. Do as Naficopa say. Create a topic in "scam accusations" section. Otherwise they see that you are not interested much in receiving your withdrawal and can (or already did) put you on hold. They'll return to you when they have time. That not the best way to treat a customer.

According to malubit.com FAQ, how long is it said the withdrawal can be in "pending" status?
In terms and conditions they only write that they pay in 30/60 minutes, but they don't write the maximum payment times, as happens in other professional sportbooks.
For the accusation of fraud it is too early, let's say that for now we are talking about serious delay in payments.
For now I do not threaten anyone, but certainly if they do not pay I will not sleep

33  Economy / Gambling / Re: MALUBIT.com - Bitcoin Sports Betting on: February 25, 2020, 07:32:26 PM
elabor my withdrawal was processed quite fast. after reading your story, i made a withdrawal request for 50 mbtc 10 minutes ago, when I receive it I will let u know here and when i do not receive also lol
but maybe you should be a bit more patient? i played on other cyrpto bookies my experience is that it could take up to 72 hours in worst case scenarios.
also think the amount of mbtc that you request has influence, in my experience bookies pay small amounts fast and for bigger ones they let you wait little longer

andre

I have been betting for over 30 years, and my books have always paid me within a maximum of 2 hours and 5-digit sums. These instead make the smart for four pennies
The problem is being serious with their customers.
Finally, the first payments with me were also acceptable,

They are more than 45 hours and still don't pay. I was also deceived by an anonymous live chat individual. Here they didn't speed anything.
35  Economy / Gambling / Re: MALUBIT.com - Bitcoin Sports Betting on: February 25, 2020, 02:22:03 PM
I update the situation. Finally I managed to use the live chat, which invited me to speed up the payment, to have only one withdrawal request.
Well, I canceled 2 withdrawal requests and now only one withdrawal request is in progress.

Hello, new to the forum.

Had also this issue. First few withdrawals received very quickly, then after 6 or 7th time took about 24 hours. Have to say it was a bigger amount, maybe that is the reason.
elanor maybe you should be little bit more patient, they always paid me so far.

its a surprise to me why people always want their money in minutes or hours. whats wrong with waiting 1 day longer?  Grin Grin Grin

What is wrong? It is wrong to write on the site that they pay within 30/60 minutes and then they don't pay after 2 days.
If instead you write on the site that they pay within 24 hours, I as a customer wait 24 hours.
I repeat that I don't have any bookmakers who pay me an hour after the withdrawal request

@ELabor77
We always answer the helpdesk. You have been provided with information to be little patient for your withdrawals. We wrote this in our emails. When your withdrawal is not processed in 30 minutes, you already starting to email us why it take so long time.
Then you send us 4 emails again to push us. And then you indicate this as "Not responding" when we do not respond on this.

Regarding your withdrawals accusation about not paying :

We know who Radex is, besides he is using 2 accounts posting on this forum, he also used 2 accounts from the same IP address on our website. Which resulted in closure of his account.
We were already wondering why this user was constantly accusing us, while not even being a customer. Upon some investigation, we now know the reason.
Only thing we do not understand why complaining with 1 user account was not enough.
Of course I can not provide any personal information regarding this person.

Congratulations, you are wonderful. Don't pay and don't reply to your customers' emails
