The sphere of real estate, in particular, and leasing is very relevant and the introduction of blockchain technology into these areas is a very correct and logical idea. Good luck!
Will do our best to implement the technology to the physical market. Thanks. "Connecting the blockchain to the physical world."

There have been several exchanges being hacked, but your wallet can also be hacked. It really depends on whether you feel safer keeping it in your own hands or the exchange. Also if you are willing to trade you coins often, exhange might be a better idea.

I am very intrigued by no transaction fee which makes microtransactions possible. I am a big “what if” guy when it comes to IOTA and its security.
There are couple of questions that I would like to ask the community regarding its tech.
1. Why are they using ternary rather than binary? 2. How are each transactions secured? In blockchain shared ledger, verification mechanism, and shit load of hashing(bitcoin), and no economic incentive to waste computing power in order to hack the system. So what makes IOTA secure? And all of the math explained in Tangle Whitepaper rational when it comes to security? It would be very helpfulif ther explanation is somewhat understandable to everyday developers and people.

If you are looking at these two in investor point of view, both coins possess real potential because of first mover and strong adoption to certain markets globally. In Korea, many investors give theae two coins are most popular protocol coins. Nevertheless, when looking at theae two coins in team perspective, no one can match vitalik and his crew.

You have to understand that the crypto market is very small and it can be manipulated very easily by whales and market makers. Banks and institutions coming making presence in the market makes short term outlook even worse. Nevertheless if you believe the crypto is here ti sta when looking long-term, I think your position is better than others who will be flodding in this year.
If you are thinking of short-term investment I don't think crypto is the right place to invest. Even trying to find a dip is very difficult, and if you are trying to find a perfect time, you'll probably never be able to invest. Unless you are a trader, most people invest in cryptos as long-term investment.

Personally, I think ripple is not a good coin if you are true blockchain believer. Nevertheless, in a speculative market, whatever gets most attention is good, I think.
Futhermore, ripple has very strong community and pyramid-like/social network advertising community structure in South Korea. So if you believe in the Koreans to keep pushing, then as an investor, I don't think it is a bad bet unless it all goes down.

Protocol: NEO, ADA
Personally, I like coins that can replace the operations of the banking industry and anything with big market potential. PPT (invoice factoring), VERI (derivatives contracts), PPP (risk scoring/credit rating like Moody's). These are all big markets where blockchain technology will disrupt.
Why not do both? because you won't be able to get much with bounty.
I would go 70/30 Ethereum/Neo. They are both sitting pretty though, but I do see more potential in Ethereum due to market adoption rate. Though uncertainty toward Ethereum may occur when too many users are flooding the network because of its fast adoption. On the other side, politically, we never know what is going to happen with China.

Team is very important and I think it is the most important thing to consider. Moreover, taking a look at the team’s github also helps. when you are investing in ICO, you are pretry mich betting on the team.
Just like any startup in the beginning stage, it is very risky. Therefore, it is important to keep a portfolio of several different icos and also altcoins that are less risky. Also, if you are investing in ICOs to make big profit is a short time is very foolish because there is always a rule to investing and in business, which is scale.

It really depends on the speculative and emotional nature of the masses. On top of that because the market is so small for institutions and market makers, it's really hard tell but long term future should be optimistic. Just hold tight:)
Agreed.
I do think adoption is the key. IoT may be that thing that increases adoption rate because it will allow blockchain to interact with the physical world.

Just wanted to know what people thought.
