Watch the email be something like, "We're mining with the batch 1 Baby Jets right now, and we don't feel like shipping them to you. So instead you are going to be getting a full refund in USD!!! We basically just used you to fund the development so that we can mine ourselves. Thanks a bunch!"
25  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 27, 2013, 09:34:29 PM
I just called them, and some guy named Rodrigo answered the phone. He said that the executives are in a meeting, and are about to release some information via email to B1 customers within the next couple of hours. He said that B1 customers will receive miners before the end of the year.

I still haven't seen any evidence that you could make these conclusions with.
29  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 27, 2013, 12:56:10 PM
I think that says that you have to contest delivery 10 days after being invoiced... There's no way that could be true, I must be reading it wrong.

First post is empty why?
The OP deleted it because of the "trolls"
31  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Boscombe ASIC Bitcoin Miners on: December 27, 2013, 02:27:04 AM
TOS is a copy of HashFast's including "Products shall be delivered EXWORKS (Incoterms 2000) Boscombe Pierlytics manufacturing facility, or other facility as designated by Boscombe Pierlytics."
32  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 27, 2013, 01:57:35 AM
I guess we'll have to just take their word for it until they deliver.

Hashfast,

Please provide Watts and hashrate per module or per Babyjet/Sierra. I've been asking for weeks and in both emails and skype been told you'll get it for me but still nothing.

If your shipping in the next day or so I HAVE to get those numbers to get my electrician the right information so I can actually plug them in.

Thank you
I called them today, and they told me they are still at .65W/GH +- 20%

Web site says 1 watt per...
I was talking about power usage of the chip, not at the wall.

You buy a new car. Your dealership uses it as a taxi for 11 days before you can pick it up. Your  brand new car has 20k miles before you even get it. Do you not  complain?
In addition, HF only warranties the BJ for 10 days. If they think the lifetime of the BJ is that short, then mining on them might even cause some to fail as soon as they arrive or shortly after.
36  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Hashfast mining with customer gear? on: December 27, 2013, 12:22:09 AM
Just because they have a picture of a BJ mining doesn't mean that they are going to ship a customer that same miner.
And here is our HF puppet. I see that you didn't invested in prestigious accounts, HF. Do you know that you can buy them?
You're just so ignorant that you think that anyone who argues against you and in favor of HF is a "puppet".

Edit: here's another miner that started around Dec 20th http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1E3kbVQ8v3F5Ctd7yKJGj8nU8Ut8S4NyeS

This could be HF. Check out the jump in hash rate around the time HF would have finished assembly.

They said they built 400 BJs. 400*422=168.8TH/s. Thats even closer. However, I doubt that they are mining on customer gear.

[Mod Edit: minternj text elided as per his last post in this thread]

How many people really fall for these???

We could do with a real service that companies making hardware sign up to, then they are checked out, and people shop thru them.!!
I'm down to work on that project.
