Why would you trade in indian currency? you can always use USDT for that reason.

Cause theres a lot of threads in that section and most of them turned into spam

Looks like you were hacked or got phished. Not sure if Binance will help you,
but you may try your luck and contact them, its the last option you have.

Also you better choose wisely, do not hurry to take part in all bounties.
Its better to spend more time analyzing and you will find best projects, that will pay more for your work

It depends on what you want to learn. Trading or blockchain environment?
Check out the Trading section, theres a lot of information about it

personally trade on Binance and Poloniex. Their fees are not th lowest, but im much more confident about my crypto.
Even if somthing bad happens i might get refund, as it happened to BitStamp few days ago

Depends on your needs. If you wish to trade, you better keep them on exchange using 2FA
If you wanna cold storage you better choose hardware wallet, its much safer

I try to keep all the alts till its listed officially on any top-50 exchange. By that time it will cost the most, after that it goes down
until you loose everything
