Yes, regulations around security tokens are strict. If you realized, Dreamr is the first security token to hold an STEO (Security Token Exchange Offering). There must have been some complications which led to the token sale being moved to their website or it might be a move to draw traffic to the website too.
Traffic doesn’t mean nothing to Dreamr platform. It’s won’t be used by google for advertising. I think the reason token sales was moved to the website was because they wanted to ensure that only Non US investors purchase the tokens. Like you said, these are a different type of cryptocurrency, and strict rules have to be followed. They've made a statement relating to this (though not directly) in one of their blog posts published earlier. It was stated that they've had talks with different exchanges but it seems like they weren't able to come up a mutual ground concerning the token sales. I think exchanges aren’t willing to host IEO projects anymore. I can’t tell the reason, but it seems to be because they’re obligated to list these tokens after the token sales. Some projects don’t have a successful sales but it doesn’t matter after both parties have signed the contract. Dreamr’s decision to take over token sales duties might turn out to be great for the project. From my perspective, exchange tend to charge exorbitantly to projects using their platform for IEO. This payments are even made before the completion of the tokensale and in a situation where the project doesn't realise the amount spent on the IEO listing on the exchange, it becomes much more challenging, that's why the projects are reluctant especially in this period of poor sales. |

Today should mark the beginning of a new tokens sales round, and I can’t find the link to the token sale page. The article has been edited and the tokensale has been postponed to 18th of this month. That's about two weeks from now. It’s the end of the first round of DRMR tokens sales on IDCM exchange, so I’ll expect some questions to be asked by the community members and the team should give urgent transparent replies. Yeah true community seems to be active these days due to close of round 1. It's getting pretty closer for some good run. Well I do hope for main launch and implementation moving forward. There's great anticipation for the market to be more friendly and this has brought about more activity in several cryptocurrency communities. The much anticipated update on the tokensales is here, I believe we've all read it and it's soothing to know that the project successful raised $435,000 from her private sales. The amount raised from IDCM wasn't stated, guess it's yet to be determined as at when compiling the information. If this is the reality that dreamr project have lots of hold to realize her target caps. It's really rare to find project raise this amount of money save for when they have really great future. Coming out @ this time to do an STEO shows a lot of confidence tbh. I must confess that dreamr made a commendable move to commence the project and the STEO in this period of dwindling finances in the cryptocurrency space. They deserve some accolade for moving against the tide and raising such an amount. I guess IDCM would host the second round of the token sales. Investors should take the opportunity to buy DRMR tokens at the first round which ends today, it’s expected the price of DRMR tokens would be increased in the second round. I'm getting confused DRMR tokens sale was announced for one month which is almost over and now it's time where token sale is coming to an end but now team is selling its tokens on another exchange why? I'm seriously concerned platform has reached its softcap or not. The team is not selling the tokens on another exchange, the tokensale would be on the dreamr website. Though the latest released update did not specifically stipulate if the softcap has been attained, it was stated that $435k was gotten from private investors. Didn't realize how powerfully possible it is to release songs into major streaming services like shopify without at least belonging to a record label. This is nice big initiative. However does this covers all regions of the world? Most artists are limited in making their entertainment dream come true by finance/funding. Dreamr App becomes an amazing solution to these limits. Even with the primary focus to help people realise their dreams, we need to be aware that some people may want to "abuse" the process with all sorts of "low quality dreams ". I think there should be some sort of filtering or limited access to these partners especially in this area of music. Dreamr project is a unique one with very limited ways to earn some tokens. One of the few ways is through the sign up bonus. I believe that the sign up bonus is Still active as users have the opportunity to earn some tokens after signing up on the website. That’s right. I think you should read Dreamr whitepaper to get cleared. Another option would be to ask questions on Dreamr telegram community group on telegram. The community is rapidly growing, and I think that’s because the app would be ready soon. So I just got to know that for the past few weeks, dreamr had a campaign with hash tag #declareyourdream running. Why wasn't this useful information shared in here so that we can participate too? Not everyone is a regular visitor to Instagram you know but with $100 worth of free gift, it's a good enough reason to visit Instagram.. It was an Instagram campaign not a Bitcointalk campaign. This excitement has drawn more persons to the thread as dreamr project would be helpful in achieving ones dreams. I'm more positive about the project and would like to see the project development commence. The good situation these days make the people so active and also the team of this project doing good for making this chance for them to do more while the market is being green lately until now, with this I can see this project will have a great outcome soon. I am highly elated with the situation of the market. It reminds me of the end of the year 2017, when the value of most cryptocurrency began its bull run suddenly. The bull run was massive as it beats every speculation on ground and more speculations were made after the previous one was outperformed. It's going to be a real battle and Victory surpassing 2017 period and trade height. A lot of speculation but non is looking to be true or real. Let's face it a lot need to come in place to have a feel of what we had in 2017 It's quite funny that we have come a long way but it seems we're actually going backwards. Well, I think the positive market has its effect on every project and it is rightly so. If the market starts doing well again there will be more people who will come into this space. Everybody loves it when the market is healthy. Exactly, thats the truth. Just like during the bull run of 2017, several people joined the industry to take advantage of the increasing numbers. Some invested their life savings and others even went to the length of borrowing to join the market. Please don't remind me of that experience, it wasn't really a good one. It started awesome, no doubt, but the end was horrible for those ones that didn't have a stop loss. I just hope that we are wiser now and would take a better advantage of the volatility now. |

We waiting for America to come out of their shell and support BTC. Mahn it's not going to be an easy world after then. When crypto go 100% regulated and adopted by world bodies even your small BTC will do big gains. Right. Bitcoin stands as the perfect crypto for transactions. And DRMR tokens for transaction within the Dreamr app platform. I think Dreamr app launch would come at the right time when companies new to the crypto world would need the right platform to build their projects. I don't think Dreamr would also be a platform for building new projects, I know dreamr could be helpful for raising funds in terms of the crowd funding which is possible for users with a large number of connections who meets the criteria as laid down by the platform. |
