The SR controversy is merely senators trying to capitalize from tabloid journalism. it will die out in a week or so when @LulzSec is all over the news for h4xoring another FBI affiliate.

Online drug dealing has been going on since 1993 as far as i can remember. Patrick Kroupa used to sell acid and mesc on MindVox

FailPal has never worked with digital currencies which is why nobody in their right mind accepts it for webmoney/liberty reserve even in closed trading networks. As soon as you mention you are currency trading with paypal you violate TOS and they can seize all funds

Your account will eventually be limited, or a nigerian will phish an account from a senior but clueless trader and scam you all while logged into their account like they do to countless powersellers on ebay every day. You can reverse transactions up to 180days later i wouldn't trust paypal if i was selling $5 CDs.

Never understood why bitcoin users use paypal when the entire e-currency world of Pecunix/LR/Webmoney/HDmoney/GDP/Cgold/EGold hasn't touched Paypal for trading since the 1990s heyday of scamming.

cannot perform a chargeback.

I have no rep here, but I have 139 sales on eBay, all 100% positive.

any nigerian scammer can get into ebay accounts and pretend they are that person
'cannot perform a chargeback' yes you can, up to 180 days later with Paypal easily

what's with the retarded paypal threads? withdraw the money to bank account, and do a cash deposit somewhere with the tons of exchangers that offer it like nanaimo-gold or fund a dwolla account

the only reasons you can't withdraw from paypal is

a) it's stolen
b) it's stolen

swissquote you can open a swiss bank account online. switzerland won't protect your ID anymore btw. they caved to reporting requirements a few years ago you need to register an offshore corp and open up trusts or something to hide your monies

Christ, there's always some whiteknight idiot claiming mail order sites sell teens/children evuuul drugs

#1 they can probably already buy it, at school. i could in grade 9 dealers were everywhere.
#2 mail will probably get opened by parents and drugs seized. they would be too paranoid to order
#3 mail order is too expensive. what kid can afford to blow $100+ on drugs when they could just pay somebody's older bro/sis to go get them bitch bombs of winecoolers aka Panty Remover
#4 parents already have stashes of Oxy, Valium, Drugs and Booze kids are getting into easily (Didn't you?)
#5 dirtbag skids at my jr. high huffed gas in the parkinglot and shop class all the time. at least if they can smuggle real drugs past their parents, it isn't a rag soaked with freaking GAS

in other news I lol'd when that senator in the US said today he would pull the Silk Road domain. series of tubes, hurrderp let's seize that .onion domain derrrrrrr what
