Omg... this pool sucks. Less than 100 blocks found and most of them orphans.

miningpool.co is not working for me. actives workers arenīt on the list. no incoming shares. my rig is running and have a lot valid shares. workername and password is right. what could be wrong?
It could take up to 20 minutes for hashrates/workers to appear. As long as you're hashing and getting accepts all is good. Patience is key.

Apperently Cryptsy is doing updates to their security and are not adding any new coins right now. I think the best bet would be Bter.com.

Is it 5200 inclusive? I.e. is this the last block or do we mine the 5200'th block aswell?

I just loged in at www.miningpool.coAll of their found blocks are invalid? At the "Last 200 Mined Blocks" is no valid block... all are red. Is this pool really on the right blockchain??? That's because they updated to 1.2 at block 5182 just a few hours ago. All blocks mined since are valid and being confirmed as we speak (the oldest one has been confirmed 16 times). The chain is in sync. Note that all blocks pre 5200 need 120 confirms. After block 5200 this will be set significantly lower so confirms are fast.

And what happens with the people who mined the old version to block 5200? I've spent 2 days mining and barely got 1000 icoins. Which are worthless now.
The difficulty will be reset at block 5200. You will be mining 1000 coins within minutes/hours with a decent hashrate. There is a separate thread as to why this was necessary. But all in all, be prepared to mine once the blockchain hits 5200. timeframe? Timeframe should be, now, to help the rest of the miners get by the remaining blocks at 25 diff. I understand it is nice to keep making some other coin with lower difficulty while this one is not ready but community wise is not so "cool". I actually liked how they did this... it allows more of us to discover the re-launch/reset before block 5200 at the same time as it awards those of us stubborn enough to mine these last 25 diff bitches of blocks ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Our pool alone ( https://www.miningpool.co) has a pool block time of 30 minutes so there shouldn't be many hours left!

Is there an IRC for this? You should set a channel up at freenode!

I seem to be on the right chain now with 5180 blocks. But https://www.miningpool.co doesn't seem to be getting squat. Been mining in it and turning up zero. Should've gotten a few blocks by now... Is there a mining pool that is actually getting some blocks? At the current difficulty - that iCoin is stuck in currently (until the hard fork fixes this issue at block 5200) - and with the pool hash rate of just under 1MH/s it will take on average around 32 hours for the pool to find a block. The whole network hash rate is currently just a touch over 20MH/s. {EDIT} So the hashrate on MiningPool.co is now around 9MH/s so estimated average block time should be 3 Hours 21 Minutes 39.5 Seconds ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Just got to hang in there and get to 5200! Thanks ethought I have updated the OP to say you have upgraded to version 1.2 . Regarding the other 3 pools we are going to be spamming them now to get the new version. Oops ok. Switching back to https://www.miningpool.co then. 7.3 Mh added. Join in people!

Worst coin ever, mined for 3 days on 3 machines an nothing... nothing but constantly having to restart and resync the blockchain as they go out of sync... client is a joke...
...and ~10% pre-mine, already loads of coins out there for random devs, admins, presidents and what not. ...and bots. One guy hitting a block every 20 minutes, he's at 10,000 MMC now.
I'm going back to Doge, seems more serious and profitable.

Could be someone using MANY instances to mine on the same wallet. Hey Sherlock, are you really sure about that?
