i dont hold it dearly that you construe your failure to understand what i wrote correctly into "its like speaking to a wall you", but i don't really care much. i also don't care much for your suggestions what i should or should not do, all your suggestions so far only lead me to lose money. the last thing i know of your homepage is it was taken offline since you abandoned the project when edie jumped off board (while i never heard any official statement of her that she ever was on board), and you can be sure i won't check every few minutes if its online again and if theres new content. i guess its alright, i got everything i needed to know from you now. it wasn't really that hard to answer the question.
to sum up what happened the last days for those who missed it (some asked already):
1) takeicoin project got a message of brad takei asking for not beeing affiliated with it and 5 minutes later of edie windsor lawyers wanting edie removed from the website - takeicoin immediately shuts down takeicoin twitter and the website
2) 4 hours later takeicoin tells people in the forum what happened, after i asked him to do so in IRC. he claims the takeicoin project is over and apologizes for everyone who lost money. he claims he lost money too.
3) a few hours later he claims someone wants to buy the coin and rebrand it, and makes consecutive statements about selling the coin to someone who wants to rebrand it
4) a little later he claims he wants to help the new buyers with the rebranding
5) some days later he claims he will rebrand the coin anyway "if the buyer doesn't follow through", with his own and bigger team
6) a little later after i asked him he claims the buyer didn't buy it and now he rebrands it himself with a great team and everything will be perfect
i can just say good luck with the project, i like the idea behind it, it's just not thought through well, and not prepared at all. takeicoin was launched without any preparation and endorsement of takei, and now there is a rebrand that was just thought of while the owner actually wanted to sell the coin to someone - so just a quick rush without any professional business plan or whatever. i guess the "new team" consists of the few big bagholders of takei who try to promote this coin now so they can dump their holdings sometime in the future at a smaller loss. im not saying this because im angry or anything, im just saying this because it seems very obvious to me, and i don't like to see other people lose money. don't take this personal.

[...] So basically what you're saying is the idea that someone is preparing ahead of time is confusing to you? We were trying to sell it to a forum member as is obvious by his posts. In the meantime I reached out to my contacts who had expressed interest and told them that if it doesn't go through we will continue with the coin.
The purchase didn't go through, therefore we are continuing with the coin as opposed to letting it die.
Again, not confusing.
i never claimed anything is confusing, please work on your reading comprehension. i never claimed preparing ahead of time is confusing (your reading comprehension is really horrible), quite on the contrary - on IRC i personally told you i was not extremely fond of the fact that you hardly prepared before you launched the takeicoin-project. the rest of your post you basically just repeat what i wrote before: you had 2 things going on at the same time: A) selling the coin and B) rebranding the coin yourself with a bigger team option A was your preferred choice, since you said yourself you only go through with option B if the buyer isn't following through. so one can only assume there is not much enthusiasm behind option B. if you are really honest about this rebrand now, try to answer the very simply question i asked (for the third time now): what bigger team? and please try not to deviate again by insinuating anything is confusing to me, i just claimed its a little ridiculous what happened after you officially announced the closure of the takeicoin project a few days ago. ridiculous is not the same as confusing in my dictionary. your deviations are also ridiculous for example. btw i also predicted that the buyer isn't someone with honest intentions, but someone who tried to pump the value of takeicoin to sell his holdings (it was quite obvious when i saw his post from a week ago "takeicoin? more like take my coin -.-" ). i think its quite naive from you to still think he was honest about it. but that's none of my business. i don't even suggest you willfully deceit people and scam them or anything, at most i am claiming, that because of your naivety and incompetence people who believed in you have lost money. i am holding no grudge against you. i just want to clear things up, and i am a little sceptical about this rebrand. since me and some others already lost money for supporting this coin, i don't want anyone else to lose anymore money with a "good cause coin"-project. if you cannot deliver any facts but just empty promises, i want to point this out, so other people aren't mislead.

Hiro bench pool is a joke. Do not get scammed out of your coins!
network hashrate is 0.8 GHs, while Hiro bench pool is 12 GHs.
Welcome to scammer fest! Pool owner does not care, he is paid the same.
this new exploit really sad...is this actually affecting many coins or just a few selected ones?

Ahmed bodi is aware of the bug and has most likely fixed the issue in his groestl stratum, when it will be released there wont be any problem with it.
would explain the sudden drop in price, that hrt guy was also exploiting on various MYR pools it seems, he probably just dumped his reapings edit: at one point he was also pumping myr...quite obvious he wanted to sell

On stablehash Groestl, someone take 99% of all rewards, sending thousands shares while other send dozens.. Look at the invalide rate too.. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fimg15.hostingpics.net%2Fpics%2F508035Capture.png&t=663&c=NGhZK5ibNNpTKg) I don't think this guy find any block too, but in anonymous, we can verify.. There is some exploit out there.. yeah its a stratum bug i learned just an hour ago https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=513382.0anyone mining there should leave the pool until this gets fixed, or this guy is taking all your coins

its obviously not a scam, one might argue about if ninjalaunch or pre-announced launch is more fair, personally i'm pretty sure ninjalaunch is more fair, but everyone is entitled to her/his own opinion.
what i find funny is that so many ppl fell for and feed the silly troll cryptohunter, who is spamming this thread with his insults and scam accusations without bringing one single argument why this would qualify as a scam.
i thought people who are into cryptocurrencies would have an easier time to spot a troll...but apparently even here you find people who are new to the internet.

sorry guys idk what happened, maybe i clicked something wrong in a rush, registrations are open now. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Fix your pool asap thanks. In the meanwhile, I would suggest no on mines there because those who exploit the low diff share bug will steal all your coins from the pool.could you please elaborate on this? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=513382.0finally, thanks alot!

<insert popcorn here> nethashrate 512gigs........................LOL
530GIGS NOW, LOL
where u have this number from? network hashrate is shown as 0.6 ghash not 500 ghash
|
|
|
why is everyone feeding the troll, and noone responding to my genuine inquiries? anyone knows why the network hashrate is 100 times lower than the pools hashrate? is the network hashrate number actually acurate?
edit: almost 1000 times higher now, 4 miners with like 50gh each in pool info
|
|
|
Mine solo I guess. The pool might not have the low diff share exploit fix in place, can the pool admin confirm? you ment the low diff share exploit as in some case that these ppl have built their own miner software and got much higher diff number compared to other standard cgminer based miner? Yea that one. what does that exploit actually do? and what about the pool hashrate beeing 100 times the network hashrate for a short period of time? is the network hashrate information inaccurate?
|
|
|
wow there is 4 miners on the pool each contributing 1000 times my hashrate (over 3 ghash)...what the fuck
edit: now over 6 ghash each
edit2: now over 10ghash each

Whenever this was going to launch someone was going to be asleep. A lot of work has gone into this coin if you take a look at the GitHub commits. Coins that are in it for the quick buck do not bother to put in this amount of work. Plus the proper infrastructure has been put in place to support this coin. Hirocoin is only the second in the X11 tier which could be a big deal very soon. This is the reason to launch this coins while there is still a great opportunity.
I am also trying to buy coins right now, not sell them. I am investing my time and money into Hirocoin and there have already been many fiat costs doing this.
STFU you liar. you should have announced it like EVERY OTHER DEV does.... why do you think they don't ninja launch whilst the US and Europe are sleeping and instamine a huge amount of blocks? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) because they know some of us will hightlight it is a scam like this launch was you deserve an award for your amusing display of supreme anger towards a missed coin launch If you look at ALL scam launches i complain, don't feel this one is special. I complain as soon as i see scamming. Nobody here can provide any valid argument supporting a ninja launch especially one at that hour. What stops a dev instamining 1000's of blocks on a ninja launch - answer that question .........forget about anything else. try to provide a single valid argument supporting the statement that this coin is a scam.

Here come the botnets: 1 anonymous 729,073 5,866,574.818 And it would've been there at the launch if it was pre-announced. Along with other professional megafarmers looking to dump it at the first possibility. yeah, i guess cryptohunter finally configured his farm and jumped on the train

i opened the IRC channel ##Hirocoin on freenode if anyone is interested in talking about hirocoin
|

so everytime the difficulty rises, soon after the network hashrate doubles over the next few blocks/minutes...and then it only very slowly rises until the next difficulty change...why is it that way? it doesn't make any sense that more people start mining as soon as the difficulty rises, if anything its the other way around, so why is this? is the network hashrate shown in getmininginfo actually not correct and just a rough estimate or something? anyone knows anything about this?

Like I said in the other thread, there are plenty of people in other parts of the world. It was prime time on a Saturday for China for example. Get over yourself...
Obviously he thinks the world revolves around HIM....and that he should have had someone at his doorstep to hold his hand through the entire process of announcing the coin at least 2 years before. Gotta love the trolling by crypto hunter...always a good laugh.... hehe yeah, its entertaining at least. a little extra publicty wont hurt for sure.

LOL yeah with most of the US sleeping and EUROPE just about to wake up..........PLANNED SCAM......
laughing at you like a fookin' horse. ofc dev's should announce their projects for some years right? thats was fairest launch that i saw. someone jumped into train and someone not. got feeling that u missing everything in ur life and just raging here. ^^^^^^^^^^^part of the scam team^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ STFU noob scammer sorry there is no reasonable explanation for not doing a fair release like other devs... if you have a legitimate argument then come post on the new hiro thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=516568.0i will be bumping and making one in the main section too for you guys. please just go away, you have already been uncovered as a liar and FUD spreader now go hush spam your desperate insults somewhere else
|
|
|
This is a scam release as a few people have already noted. You have a few blocks so are trying to pretend it was a fair launch which it was not.
if something is announced then people know about the launch...........see the difference???
wow it didn't launch at a time preferably to you so now you spam this thread with scam accusations, its really hilarious
