Do you really believe that neither of those could go wrong? I know you care about your anonymity very much. If you hope remaining anonymous but you're also willing to use the coins you received on such a case, you might as well return the money and quit trying right now because that just won't happen.

Regardless, as I mentioned previously, litigation is not something that I wish to pursue. It is only a last ditch effort to stop an injustice in the event that other avenues (eg having respectable people try to talk to him, try to get others to calm him down, ect) to have the damages caused by Vod's libel against me resolved.
You know my mailing address. Why not have your lawyer shoot off a cease and desist letter? Much easier than litigation, and you were given the funds to do so. It's because you know I've never posted anything untrue about you and you have no case. Lack of action will prove ME right. WAAAAAH Vod's constant trolling is preventing any meaningful discussion regarding my concerns.

Quickseller is actually right. That is my old account. And he knew that because I bought this account right in the open using him as escrow. He did however leave false feedback on that account to; as he did on this one prior to me helping bust him. I never even made a sale on that account.
I however am still monitoring plenty of your alts. Most aren't even known to be under your control. I also hold proof they are your accounts.. and that will come out the second you start to make progress on any one of them. Keep hiding

I have received a few PM's from people showing support, giving tips, and mostly specifically asking to stay anon. This particular person did not specifically ask to stay anon, however I will keep him anon, unless he wants to identify himself: Vod might change his stance on the matter if [redacted]
He is a loose canon, last time the Bear tried to reason with him he went bananas and left a positive feedback on Techshare! For now Vod understands not to bite the hand which feeds him and best to leave it so. Here's another one: SEing the post office to give up the name of whoever signed up for the PO box. This is not true. Even though the exact terms of any agreement that I had entered into were honored exactly as laid out, I did choose to offer refunds of the spread between the amount the buyer placed into the designed address and the amount the seller's address received upon the successful completion of the trade (commonly known as an "escrow fee"). The two instances where one of my alts was a party of a trade I was overseeing both were refunded. Vod is now attempting to encourage my other customers to request a refund of the price paid for services rendered. There is zero basis to make a claim for such a refund nor is equitable or just. When someone is told they are entitled to a refund (incorrectly or not), and they do not receive such a refund, then they will naturally think (and potentially say) they have been scammed. This would leave me with the choice of either having to pay them money they are not owed, or face a potential scam accusation, hence the extortion. Go make an alt and stop coming back on. All your doing is pissing me off and I can tell you it's not hard to SE a name from a PO. You know exactly what I mean Quickseller. Doesn't matter if you're not 18 yet either.. I know your young but I can't pinpoint the age.. Your address is going up either way but I'd stop pissing me off. Everyone wants to find you. |

Trying to refund every escrow he ever did is just silly. I am sure most of those escrows were legit and not via one of his alt accounts. He was removed from DT, marked red, and lost pretty much all credibility - what is the point in this?
