TrustLogics is very well designed on recruitment system for me. My question is, is the TrustLogics Team of Recruiters overseas can help employee if the employee was in trouble or being hurt by their employer? I some cases TrustLogics is responsible on hiring of employee overseas, can you also help employee if they have been in trouble by the employer specially oversea rather international?

It does not contribute goodness for the project. Arizn is a good project, it will revive the crowdfunding platform and I wish that their reputation will sustain till the end. If you were posting on this thread make it more knowledgeable that contributes such of ideas and concept not only praises on the project, how they will improve if we didn’t judge the right and wrongs of this project. Make a sense of post, some of here was posting trash. Must judge this equally and fair. I agree with the both of you, you both have a point. lets make this thread more knowledgeable for other people so that they could gain more information on how the project works. and as for arizn lets help them on spreading their platform lets help arizn improve and be known in the whole platform. This is what I'm talking about before but I don't have the guts to tell here. Good thing to know that you tell it here dude. Many of the people here in the thread really don't help in contributing idea, they just telling praises on the project but didn't radically judging and questioning the project. You can make it more higher guys if you will support them by voting Arizn in cryptoranker. This is a nice rating I guess for a starting project. More and more people are getting aware of this project and investors do really support this project. What am I thinking is that how will the company ensure to the public that they are 100% sure that Arizn project will really succeed? Just like the typical,crowdfunding, it won’t get popular as source of getting funds if it is not successful. I think Arizn’s concept is like adapting the crowdfunding in the crypto currency world and based on I believe that it will be successful as well. Good news about this. That is not good for themselves. People who look for a good company that has a good reputation with the people is not always a good thing to have. If you are just starting to work, you must find a company that focuses on their workers who have heart for its people. you need to learn from your work and not just to earn. You know what mate, that's the saddest things happened now and its the reality also. Most applicants or majority of them they are after only on earnings, only few employees are learning from their work, So with Trustlogics they assure that the applicants will be approve with a high quality standard as well. With Trustlogics, you are assured that you will find the best job that fits your profile. They will even have an AI programmed to match the job requirements over the million users of Trustlogics in the future. This is really an interesting project and I am hoping that they will succeed in their pilot testing so they can immediately go forward and be partnered with more countries. This is very nice! It is a good thing that Trustlogics project came into the picture. I know that it is not easy to get a job that is suitable for you and there is no such system before that does it accurately. Well for me, the best thing really about the rating system is it separates or gives a great distinction between the hard workers or worthy workers. But honestly, here in my country if people find out the gadget or tablets is made in China they wont buy it, because in their thoughts all products that made in China is low quality, and mos of the item of it are fake and just an imitation only. But I think not all products of China is not like what they are thinking of. What is your country? made in China items are not good if they are cheap and just a replica. Gadget from China is one of the best and i can say that they can go with samsung and iphone now. Huawei is one of the best thing that China have now. We cant unseen them because of their industry is booming from their products and assembly industry. There are huge tech company in China that SCE sees a good opportunity that they can partner with. You have a point that some of the products from China came short in terms of its quality and durability. Wait what? I was reading, ok China, With its wide population, labor is cheaper and quality compromised. Yes this are applicable to almost everything they produce. However, technology wise I think China still has its good points. Smart City Eco is an online platform, I believe their are a lot of games that are developed by Chinese developers and are good. I don't believe that the quality will be compromised since it will only involve programming, coding, graphics and all things related in developing Smart City Eco. What's the point of this topic? I don't know what was China related on SmartCityEco project. Can I just know how it will be related or what? But for me as an opinion on this topic, China has a good point of production system and not all from china is fake and replicas. I used to save my private keys and other important matters in USBs, lol. I create note on my laptop then saved it on multiple USB I have then locked it with a password. It really helps me. You must do it also so you wouldn't use Computer without internet, lol. At least USB was light to carry everywhere.

I prefer to be Decentralized. Why? Because it is broad, because of the barriers of communication and oversea connection we probably having a hard time to sight what's happening on the world, good thing this decentralized projects enters the market that allows to reach others by the use of technology.

May I know if the Validators are individual or a should it be a company to a country? I am considering to be one in my own country to be able to help the hiring industry to be very reliable and free from any dishonest applicants that fake their employment credentials and work experience.
I think this will also go with a company and partnership. they have one like this. Authbridge is the one they have right now. As what I think, Validators are part of the system of Trust Logic is which they will going to check the background both parties the job seekers and also to a company which the job seekers will be employed. The reason why they need to hired the validators in order to prevent having fake applications and dishonest applicants. It is good for both sides in order to be reliable to the system and when the time comes all of the users can get benefits and opportunity. This is nice idea, You have a point on that because the validators is the one who need to make a smooth and reliable in terms of validating the personal data that being sent by the job seekers. The company wants a better employee but the employee wants also a better employer too. TrustLogics isn't just emphasizing on the jobseekers or employers. It emphasizes on every side.
