2ND UPDATE

Support just emailed me and asked me for the most basic information, which I already provided.

"
Please provide following information to us if possible in order to check what exactly happened.
Game name
Time played
Stake amount
Balance before and after the issue occurred
Provide screenshot "

Absolutely incredibly incompetent support.

Is FortuneJack regulated by any governing gambling body I'd like get proper discourse here considering we're talking about over $1200?!

UPDATE -

Still not resolved 8 hours after sending an email and logging a ticket, Live Support just told me to wait another day.

I am a VIP player here, playing at least 1000 mBTC per spin, most times more.

This is how they treat me??

Absolutely terrible gaming experience here..

My balance simply vanished while I was in the middle of playing live Roulette.

I was in the middle of playing live Roulette, and I hit #32 for 80 mBTC, the hand number is 216914073 - instead of updating my balance - it went to 0?

I can not get in touch with Live Support, and they weren't helpful anyway with other questions - like why it takes 20+ minutes to get my account credited after a deposit is confirmed on the blockchain?

I expect you to resolve this accordingly and provide me with proper compensation for missing out on numbers while your system was apparently down for DDOS.

Dear user,

We always inquire from the player detailed information on the similar cases when there is a problem with any game. This is purely done to better tackle your request as far as submitted the information is concerned. In your mail that you sent before we inquired this information you lacked information on these issue:

  • Time played (pending)
  • Balance before and after the issue occurred  (pending)
  • Provide screenshot (pending)

Our support team did assist you in providing the first help that was in the range of their competence. Generally, technical issues are forwarded to the technical department for detailed analysis and it takes time to have the quality response.

We are working on your issue and will get back to you as soon as we have the answer. Thank you.

LAST UPDATE

After reaching out to Support directly on this forum via PM, I was able to get some attention. Keep in mind, I've deposited over 150 BTC on this site since September 2015. It took 24 hours, 2 emails to Support, 3 contacts with Live Support, 3 Posts on BitcoinTalk, and 1 PM but they finally looked into my account and credited me correctly for my win,

Earlier I responded to support thanking him/her, and asking them if they wanted to compensate a VIP further, especially considering I would have hit the next number (#27) for nearly the max bet with a simply click of "reset" - which I absolutely would have done since I was still chasing, but the Admin / Support never responded, so I took that as a sign they didn't want to compensate me whatsoever, and that's fine - it's their decision.

So with the 2800 mBTC, I played a few more spins and lost, cause you know - Math.

I loved the live roulette here, but based on the difficulty getting any real support outside of wasting my time on this forum, timing issues with deposits and withdrawals, and how they mishandled this issue - I will not make another deposit on this site.

Paging Bitzino.com, Bitcoinrush.io, or CoinRoyale.com to get some Live Roulette so I can once again enjoy this game online.

So you are a big player but unable to play other sites because all your funds are tied up in one site? Can you post graphs so I can take you more seriously,as of right now you are coming off like a new account throwing up all over the FortuneJack thread. Not questioning your issue but I do question the way you are going about this.

Really? You can check my history, I'm not new here. Who says I'm not playing elsewhere? I've frequent this site, Bitzino.com, BitcoinRush.io, and CoinRoyale.

I only play here for Live Roulette, when the site is working in's the best Live Bitcoin Gaming site around; however, they have the worst support I've encountered, and takes the longest to withdrawal.

Here's a screenshot of my account.

I can not get in contact with live support either....

Did you send an email to them and when did you send the email. Maybe it take some time before they answer there email.

I did - I will update if they resolve it accordingly. Considering it takes hours to withdrawal, and deposits don't get credited until 30+ minutes after confirmation, my expectations are low. That said, I'm a BIG player here, and I will make a fuss if they don't make this right. I missed out on the next 2 numbers because of their system failure.

Still one of the juiciest Roulette Games around.

Seems like your Blackjack and Sportsbook are mobile-friendly, do you have plans to support a Mobile Version of Roulette?

Over 24 hours... no BTC still  Sad

Hello, please contact support@fortunejack.com with your transaction ID, they will check it and get back to you asap. We are not experiencing any issues with deposits/withdrawals.

Thanks - I did, and never received a response. My cashout (not a ton, around 6 btc) was processed 26 hours after it was requested. As a platinum user, I expect better service in the future. Feel free to contact me on PM if you want to chat further.

I've won a lot and lost a lot. I have no strategy whatsoever, except that I play the same numbers pretty consistently, that way you lose consistently Smiley

I like this site as it offers the best live bitcoin wagering from what I've seen, their VIP rating system is also pretty enticing, I like that.

As for the other sites, I only play provably fair sites, Bitzino was the first I saw and I really liked the simplicity - then I stumbled upon CasinoBitco.in (now BitcoinRush.io) as I was a sports bettor as well... they had by far the best Provably Fair Version as the wheel actually animated and Spun! CoinRoyale is nice too and I like playing there, but I'm fairly confident they just copied the CasinoBitco.in stuff and made it slightly better as I think they have a better UI team on board.

Hi - VIP player (Platinum player with over 175k points) here... waiting on a withdrawal for nearly 18 hours... what gives?

Best Bitcoin Roulette
1. Bitzino.com
2. Bitcoinrush.io
3. CoinRoyale.com

thanks for your sharing, rouletteking, I think you are very good at 2.7% house edge roulette, so how is your journey on these sites? Do you mainly bet on roulette here? And have you earned a lot on FJ? Since you have over 175k points. nice.

I'll just head to sleep and hope for the best in the AM.

For what it's worth, I now have 2 withdrawals pending, around 8 BTC total.

Waiting on a withdrawal for over 8 hours now for 3.1 btc ... also created a ticket without a response.

How's this considered #1 site for crypto when they don't even have instant withdrawals?

Send FJ a Pm He's normally really quick with replies, but it seems he's offline atm he may have headed off to bed...

Cheers... love the Roulette on this site... top notch, and I play big.

Best Crypto Roulette (non live)

1. BitcoinRush (CasinoBitco.in is how I found them)
2. CoinRoyale
3. Bitzino

I have won and lost huge amounts here recently and in the past. This site is fair. The haters can go guck themselves. Thanks!

Yea, I'm in the same boat-  not to have a pissing contest, but I can almost assure you I'm one of their top 5 players having won and lost a few thousand BTC in the past year with BTC prices very high.

I can't get a hold of the owner, or support --- Has anyone been in contact with them? Maybe they are on their yacht and gave up the customer relations part of the business?

Is the support team answering e-mails for this site?

I tried to reach out on several occasions with no response.
