My balance simply vanished while I was in the middle of playing live Roulette.

I was in the middle of playing live Roulette, and I hit #32 for 80 mBTC, the hand number is 216914073 - instead of updating my balance - it went to 0?


I can not get in touch with Live Support, and they weren't helpful anyway with other questions - like why it takes 20+ minutes to get my account credited after a deposit is confirmed on the blockchain?

I expect you to resolve this accordingly and provide me with proper compensation for missing out on numbers while your system was apparently down for DDOS.

I did - I will update if they resolve it accordingly. Considering it takes hours to withdrawal, and deposits don't get credited until 30+ minutes after confirmation, my expectations are low. That said, I'm a BIG player here, and I will make a fuss if they don't make this right. I missed out on the next 2 numbers because of their system failure.

A stable version of Dicebot has been released that supports FortuneJack. It can be downloaded from https://bot.seuntjie.com/botpage.aspx

Just a few notes: You need to log out of Fj with your browser before logging in with the bot.
If FJ has their anti ddos protection up, the bot won't be able to access the site at all.
Sometimes the bot shows it couldn't log in. Just try to log in immediately after again, sometimes it works. This is usually if you did not log out of your browser before logging in with the bot.
Logging in to the same account the bot is betting with on a browser or another bot will cause it to disconnect and stop betting.

Sometimes things happened and you cant really blame them for that. Things may not be as what we wants however I do know that they have a great support service. I got my own problem with poker resolved under an hour which is quite nice if you compare them to the other major sites that takes more than that

Not everyone to be exact however most of the time it was a high rollers that withdraw a huge amount. Sometimes a huge amount like that needs a double check to prevent fraud play in their system, so far my personal experience I have never got any complaint with my withdrawal and I used to withdraw weekly from their site, decent amount not much

Really? You can check my history, I'm not new here. Who says I'm not playing elsewhere? I've frequent this site, Bitzino.com, BitcoinRush.io, and CoinRoyale.

I only play here for Live Roulette, when the site is working in's the best Live Bitcoin Gaming site around; however, they have the worst support I've encountered, and takes the longest to withdrawal.

Are you aggressively taking action to prevent players from multi-accounting and punishing those who do?

Again, doing nothing will cause the most damage to you players who are the most honest.

Support just emailed me and asked me for the most basic information, which I already provided.

Absolutely incredibly incompetent support.

Is FortuneJack regulated by any governing gambling body I'd like get proper discourse here considering we're talking about over $1200?!


UPDATE -

Still not resolved 8 hours after sending an email and logging a ticket, Live Support just told me to wait another day.

I am a VIP player here, playing at least 1000 mBTC per spin, most times more.

This is how they treat me??


Absolutely terrible gaming experience here..

My balance simply vanished while I was in the middle of playing live Roulette.

I was in the middle of playing live Roulette, and I hit #32 for 80 mBTC, the hand number is 216914073 - instead of updating my balance - it went to 0?


I can not get in touch with Live Support, and they weren't helpful anyway with other questions - like why it takes 20+ minutes to get my account credited after a deposit is confirmed on the blockchain?

I expect you to resolve this accordingly and provide me with proper compensation for missing out on numbers while your system was apparently down for DDOS.

I don't see any rules about players having multiple accounts. Will you clarify your stance on this.

Are you aggressively taking action to prevent players from multi-accounting and punishing those who do?

If you don't prohibit multi-accounting, I suggest you mention somewhere that multi-accounting is permitted.  
Simply doing/saying nothing on the issue is just going to hurt the honest players and benefit the cheaters.
Again, doing nothing will cause the most damage to you players who are the most honest.

Do you allow small cashouts to be processed by new accounts without any sort of manual review?
 For the sake of game integrity, I hope not.

Do you understand why nearly every other poker site reviews cashout requests when the funds are exposed to peer2peer wagering?

You should consider players cheating other players just as seriously as you take players cheating you.

PS - I'll keep asking you these questions until you answer, so please don't ignore me the way you have in the past.
