21  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Bitcoin mining is doomed ! on: January 13, 2015, 08:02:38 PM
Wow, just look at that BTC difficulty start to plunge!  Another day or two of this and I'll have to fire my nanofury back up :p

Won't this slow down the confirmation times?
22  Economy / Speculation / Re: 7 Transactions per second limit dragging down the price on: January 12, 2015, 03:22:42 PM
The peak is at 110k transactions per day. That's 1/8th of the capacity.
The very real threat of a hard fork and altcoins being so much more advanced and better is more likely dragging the price down.
*crumble* *crumble*

Meanwhile, these "advanced" alts are crumbling even harder.

I'm in a happy relationship with my hot japanese girlfriend. bitcoin is a laughing stock in japan, and they can't get enough of these forums either. I showed it to her family and they said, "there are still people buying these?" they couldn't believe it!

Now we are the ones rolling on the floor laughing our asses off.

no one with college degree invest in bitcoin for following reason:

  • major hacking again! (first mt gox, now bitstamp, not to mention many other)
  • 51% attack vulnerabiliy still not fixed
  • still much easy to use credit card or paypal instead
  • price falling for over a year, and now lower than previous all time high from April 2013. wow.

if you don't sell now, you're a stupid and will regret so much

Is this doge?

yes. doge coin also fail, much faster than the bitcoin, but basically if you watching doge, you can see future of bitcoin. this is a warning for holders so make the right choice.

Looks like the Trolls are being outsourced to India now....

Again, can somebody tell me if the 17 million USD buy wall for XRP at Bitstamp is a glitch or something?

It's a buy wall almost double the buy wall of the famous BTC BearWhale for fuck's sake lol

Where can I see the USD/XRP/Bitstamp order book? Link?

Keep in mind that every previous bubble was created by Gox bots.

Huboi and OK Coin are working on the Wirry bot.

340-320 in the next 24 hours.

I'm so happy i left this sinking ship at 400.

The sooner you realize it's over the better you feel. Believe me.

Let us know how you're feeling when we're back above 400  Cheesy

I have put my money in things that actually have a future.

You are the epitome of the term "weak hands".

Can someone explain the following to me.
If Bitcoin goes down it's actually amazing news. It means it will go to the moon soon, cheap coins, accumulating, big players dying to get in and so on.
But when the stock market goes down everyone suggests to move out because it's so bad what is happening.

Why?

Because bias.

Doesn't take rocket appliances to figure it out, Eisenstein.

Who is Eisenstein?
