21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that other coins move faster? on: August 03, 2018, 07:49:46 PM
Compared to Altcoins, Bitcoin has a low speed when it comes to transactions. This is one of the reasons why altcoins came into existence.
22  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Poll reveals that 75% of the US investors believe bitcoin is 'very risky' on: August 03, 2018, 07:25:11 PM
Many of them believe it to be risky because of the volatility in the market. Compared to other asset classes it is risky but we should also factor in that, Bitcoin is relatively new and it will take time for the market to stabilize.

25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies to Bitcoin can be dangerous! on: August 03, 2018, 06:43:49 PM
Whenever you are trying something new, you will be a newbie. It doesn't mean you stop trying. The most critical thing before investing in Bitcoin is that you educate yourself as much as possible on the risks that entail this investment.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Most Crypto investors are Cowards on: August 03, 2018, 06:34:43 PM
That all depends on your perception. Brave investors do not always get rewarded. It is better to be a realist than an optimist or a pessimist.

28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What you do when someone say bitcoin is illegal thing? on: August 03, 2018, 06:09:54 PM
Bitcoin is not illegal. It is a preconceived notion that if you can't understand something it must be useless or dangerous. Nothing can be further from the truth. Bitcoin is a decentralized currency with no one entity controlling it.
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to the access of common/general people on: August 03, 2018, 05:41:42 PM
The internet in the 1990's was also like this. Not everyone understood it when they came across it, but if we look at it now, we cannot survive without it. Bitcoin has become a fascination for many people, both because of its meteoric price rise and its underlying technology blockchain. So, with time people will get a good grasp of it and understand how crucial it is for our future.
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN NO ONE SELLS BUT HODL? on: August 03, 2018, 05:16:13 PM
A market by definition will have both buyers and sellers but the number of them can vary based on various factors. If everyone holding cryptocurrencies decides to hold and not sell then the supply of it will go down drastically. As the supply goes down, the price will increase and this will encourage sellers to come to the market. So, to answer your question even if everyone holds for a while, somewhere down the line they will definitely sell it as they look to profit from the price rise.
31  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is the Worst Case Scenario for Bitcoin? on: August 03, 2018, 04:19:27 PM
The price of a Bitcoin has little to do with how we use its underlying technology called blockchain. https://charts.bitcoin.com/ - We can see from these charts that the price of bitcoin has been very volatile. Even if the price of bitcoin goes to zero, the technology that powers it won't be affected. The worst case scenario for it would be if someone found a way to control 51% of its blockchain as that would result in them controlling all the aspects of the blockchain and make any changes that they wished to the incorruptible ledgers.
