Still no exchanges in sight?
I had several email conversations with novaexchange yesterday, they said they had problems to sync the wallet, I offered some help and provided the latest bootstrap file to them. No reply yet. Not sure why they have sync issues. I can sync fine even from scratch without bootstrap files... Anyway let's cross our fingers. Yobit never replied my queries, so I guess they may not be interested or too busy. In any case, I'll try to provide my best supports to the coin. POW Block reward has been reduced...
What about any information about coin roadmap and so on?
Every 30 days the pow payout reduces 5%. As for roadmap, I currently don't have one, I am open to suggestions, I'll do as I can. |

Turns out I didn't have staking disabled (typo) which is why I kept forking but now it's fine.
Is there a plan to remove staking with a fork (until it's stable on testnet) and reenabling sweepstakes?
I don't have problem with staking, I got pos coins every day, no problem. Yes I don't see problems with staking, you can turn it on, it should work fine. Also the sync should be fine. ARE YOU NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE OFFICIAL BOOTSTRAP? -- Somebody else's copy could contain a typo or malicious data. Not actually a virus, but enough to split off a fork. --scryptr The official bootstrap is old. Doesn't help me sync beyond block 37257. THE OFFICIAL BOOTSTRAP NEEDS AN UPDATE-- The official bootstrap needs a weekly or daily update util the blockchain is truly stable. --scryptr I'll try to provide weekly update on it. Thanks. |

Block explorer was down, I retarted and sync'ed the data, it should be fine now.
For exchanges, still no reply from Yobit, I ping'd them several times. Novaexchange, they sent me an email for a compile issue, I replied it, not heard further news, apparently they work on it, hope soon will be listed.

I PREFER THE CURRENT COIN LOGO-- The few suggested logos are no better than the current logo. Until a truly better logo is offered, please keep the current logo. Also, there is a typographical error in the coin website link on the wallet. Although it reads "www,sweepstakecoin.info", the link directs to " www.sweepstakecoin.org", a site that does not exist. With all the corrections to the wallet, this error has been overlooked. --scryptr Thanks for spotting the issue. We'll fix it in next release. We agree the current logo is probably better. At the file SweepstakeCoin-qt.pro line 36 there is missing closing brace, and makes problems when compiling qt wallet.

Is there any information about roadmap of SWEEP development? It would be very useful now for the coin's future We'll think about the roadmap. Meantime, if people have ideas what features want, please post and discuss. Also if you haven't upgraded your wallet to Version 1.3, please do so as soon as possible to avoid being forked or lose coins. This is a mandatory upgrade. I've tried about 10 times to get onto the correct chain for now.. With bootstrap, without bootstrap .. etc.. I'm always ending up on a different chain, there seems to be a huge forkfest out there and like >10 chains or so. Currently I don't see that I'll ever be able to get back on the correct chain as this coin seems to fork as soon as POS is enabled and many probably didn't disable it. This is weird, we have all 8 wallets sync'ed without any problem, each wallet has 20+ connections. Great news , the developer compensated all coins to our users from old block chain ,
We were in the wrong block chain since 16 this month for 2 days ,
So all users which sent coins before 16 are fine ,
All users which sent coins btw 16-18 are compensated by dev if from wrong chain .users which were in the correct chain should get their coin once we enable wallet again
From today all users have to update their wallet in order to get in the correct block chain .
we are waiting for dev confirmation to resume trade , if u have issue with lost sweep coin sent to us then PM or email us , we can try to trace

Nice try but know there is 3 different block chains working in parallel
one on block 34924
the other block explorer on block 34528
and another on block 34460
it's not difficult to find which is the correct one, use explorer to check. |
