Hi, I am trully impressed with this coin. As Danosphere (and perhaps other devs) probably knows, I was following it from the beginning (and I was following his actions since January - MEOW). I know true value of this coin, I know it is worth believeing in, however we have to understand how crypto works. There is much, much speculation going on here. Building price supportwas already mentioned and I trust it will be taken care of. However there is one more VERY important thing, that might get overlooked - most "investors" do not read the OP itself, so we can't expect them to dig into thread and read all the details. Yeah, I know it is silly, but this is how crypto works, unfortunatelly, and such people are in mayority. The visit xcloud thread and see - "cloud coin, cool, buying this". They visit crypti thread and see - "cool, huge IPO, some new stuff, buying this". We need to make it crystal clear for new people why they should buy this coin - not in details, just in short catchphrases.

Syscoin will finally be the realization of months of "how I wish we could do this" in crypto Any suggestions on how to do the short catchphrases? Also we're working on a lot of things right now from interviews to technical documentation to retargeting testing so we'll try our best but right now technical stuff is top priority, although I fully appreciate the value of what you'relIQqOdbFLeq suggesting. Can't guarantee this- it will definitely be on Moolah's trading platform at launch, as well as their other platforms. If that is their current platform or their [recently acquired] Mintpal I cannot say as I do not know. @danosphere
As a investor I think the ANN seems having too much stuff that are unnecessary, such as the part 'Moolah Partnership' and 'Presale Purchase Bonuses', I won't really care about those... As you can see many people asked some simple questions that they can easily find in the ANN, but it seems too much work for them to do so. My point being maybe we can move the important parts like 'Specifications' and 'Reward Schedule' to somewhere people can find more easily without any trouble.

We as a team do not like to speculate on the price. We are pricing services against a scaling 1k-1.5k SYS value of course it could go higher than that and if it does we'll release an immediate update (once prices reach equilibirium) to make sure fees aren't absurd at SYS's "fair market value".

Literally 10 seconds of reading the OP would yield the answer...*sigh*  Yea, that's pretty bad...and for the people worried about 2 billion coins, you have to realize that if the presale sells out then even after 1.5 years there will only be 442,944,000 coins on the market -- gonna take a loooong time to see those 2 billion coins. The lack of research people are willing to put into a risky investment such as crypto is staggering...and frankly has me worried about how the general populace will react to this coin, if the posts here are any indication of the crypto community's mindset as a whole. Honestly, it might be worth considering cutting the total coin supply in half, because it would still take around 26 or so years to see 1 billion coins -- and it will make people think "cool, coin supply cut in half = my investment is worth twice as much!!!" This wouldn't even require any changes to the current reward schedule (other than the final 32 block reward tier being a shorter 10 years long, instead of 70 years). But I guess that would throw off the 15% presale allocation, wouldn't it? Hmm...just thinking aloud here. So it's safe to assume a 400m market supply for 1 year then? |

I must admit MantisWeb has me intrigued - I am looking forward to more details. Might be too soon to call it, but this coin does seem to be breaking from the trend of new coins pushing nothing but "anon" as their selling point.
