It is based off the alphabet numbers on the dial pad, which are standard on all telephones and mobile phone (ios, droid, etc.) dial pads. This alphabet display standard goes back decades. Every number expect for "1" has three letters assigned to it.
For example see this image:
So literally the dial sequence to connect to this number (without entering +1 if domestic) is: 3-2-3(E)-8(T)-4(H)-3(E)-7(R)-3(E)-8(U)-6(M)

Therefore in essence, the only information you need to provide someone to call this number is, hey, dial or shoot me a text at: 32-ETHEREUM 
International you would need to add the +1-32-ETHEREUM and anyone could connect. It is a very rare sequence that was not in use, and the 32 is a nice touch.
Transfer is easy I have this parked at numberbarn.com (cost me $2/mo to park there) and any wireless carrier can accept it for service by using a number port process to their respective customer. (not sure the technical specifics of it).

hello my humans i had to comment on this post, its very true what you say the education is a massive hurdle, and farmers are afraid of this.

i also live in farming country, we grow crops where i am from in canada, but plenty of open water for fish farms exist.
and i was lucky to register my domain crypto.farm back in 2017.

so if and when this project gets going, i would totally let this project use the fish.crypto.farm subdomain or i could forward it to your website as I think this will serve a good cause to help reduce the prices by creating a fish market like you say. Its an amazon micro-payments (kinda dark and creepy) human workforce, basically for a few cents each task, you can get a real human to search your keyword in Google, Baidu, or whatever, and go spend a few mins on your desired link, this way the traffic appears as real and will help pump up the ranking algo as search engines like to see correct traffic flow and you will rank higher naturally without tripping their bot detectors.

 Will give it a try and report back in a few months with some before and afters. currently I am rank 3 for my test keyword, lets see if I can get to rank 1 with this self method for cheap vs using an agency or blog post backlinks for now.
