Do this guys answer support requests lately? Looks like my ticket has disappeared from my profile portal a while ago... Also, can anybody confirm these guys are actually from Norway? I have this sinking feeling that all these cloud-mining websites run by the same heist crew.
I do not know but I live in Norway , 2 hours from Trondheim , maybe I visit them  If I stayed in Norway I would have been visiting them on a regular basis. Please visit them and post some photos of their operation. If I remember correctly there was one guy from Germany who have actually met them ?? |

Payout received! Better late than never! But never late is better...  Thanks! I have a question for you Trimegistus. The last two times the difficulty has gone down. Have you earned more from week to week (the last weeks) or less compared with the time when difficulty was up? It is almost impossible for me to compare my earning on a weekly basis because I reinvest everything every other week. Therefore, I only get paid once every two weeks. But I can tell you I believe last two weeks the payout seemed somehow bigger than before. I just don't know exactly how much... Thanks. It should be. I am new (not in mining) and I invested in cluodminr.io hoping that the difficulty will be almost the same for some time and I will have the same earnings during this period. But seems that this week my earnings are less than the previous week. I have to wait the end of the week to be sure but I'm checking every hour and seems that my hourly earnings are less. Sent ticket to support but no answer. How is this? How is possible to contact the "masters" to have an answer? Twitter is quite good to get answers...i think .. |

I have 320ghs and last time it took if I remember correctly 45 days when I receive 0,01 bitcoins. According to bitcoinwisdow I should receive about 0,02 bitcoins / week. I am one of the earliest customer... U don't have to be Einstein to realize what's wrong in this picture  |

If you had a 100 Gh/s contract before, it is now 250 Gh/s. If you had a 1 Th/s contract, it is now 2.5 Th/s.
We are also giving you credit for the time used on your old contract. 60% of the time you have already used in your existing contract will be appended to the expiration date of your contract.
This means if you have had your contract for 30 days already, then 18 more days will be added to the end of your contract to extend it's expiration date.
