22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH made me very Angry today on: February 06, 2021, 08:21:58 AM
The real problem of Ethereum right now, HIGH GAS FEES!!!!!! I think this is what they should tackle more. Yes we are all happy that ETH goes for another ATH but what the hell right??! Its gas fees also reach its highs!!! Volumes are doing good tho for ETH. Thats all we are crying about, the high fees.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to invest in new crytpo coin/tokens??? on: February 05, 2021, 07:48:59 AM
It has always been risky investing in cryptocurrency make it new or not. All you can do it have a deep research on these projects as hard as you can. You cant simply trust these tokens that they will bring you good money in the future. You'll never until it happens. Risks is the partner of investing in cryptocurrency. You to have the guts to do it on your own. Good luck with that.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH high gas fee on: February 05, 2021, 07:42:43 AM
The real problem on ETH up until now, high gas fees 🤦‍♂️ This is just too much have... Hoping that ETH 2.0 to handle this matter as soon as possible. Gas fees on exchanges sure are going up real high. Volumes dont really matter in this. Yes the demand for ETH is clearly there because of it pumping too but its just too much. Hating this gas fees even more.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ethereum performance, what do you think? on: February 04, 2021, 07:30:57 AM
Ethereum really is performing really well right now. Going for a new ATH after new ATH. Volumes sure do rise up a lot coz of this massive upside of ETH market. Gotta hold them besides BTC. DeFi sure made a lot of impact in this matter too. ETH is a good altcoin to hold and trade right now. Do it!
26  Other / Off-topic / Re: Good habits about learning on: February 04, 2021, 07:26:20 AM
I want to know how everyone learns efficiently. I often can’t concentrate and how can I improve this situation.

I still think memorization is a good thing. After you memorize it, try to understand all the context of what you are learning. I think thats way more effective. Time consuming I know but what else are you doing anyway right?!
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Polkadot going to Kill Ethereum? on: February 02, 2021, 08:08:06 AM
Polka dot is an open-source project that works with shared protocol that enables Blockchain Networks to work with Synergy. The token serves three distinct purposes; Governance, Staking and Bonding. This is designed to co-exist with Leading smart contract Blockchains rather than competing with them. This is very appealing factor for some Investors. It won't be easy for the Polka dot to challenge Ethereum as many working projects are already using Ethereum Network even though Technically it is superior project but  It is already Home of 197 projects those are working on its networks  and many more willing to join it.

This is also evident from price movement that we have witnessed during the past month when its price moved from $2 to almost $6 that reflects great interest of Investors in this token. There are some predictions that within a year time , Dot will be Top 3 on Market cap.

I doubt that DOT would simply overcome ETH. Even though we see Polkadot rising and climbing up the rankings, its just too far from Ethereum. Volumes on exchanges are far too huge of a distance. But props to DOT for making it this far ahead in the competition.
28  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is it normal to not want to work at all? on: February 02, 2021, 07:56:54 AM
It isn't that I hate my current job, it's actually pretty easy and pays enough. I just don't want to go. I think even if I were offered my dream job paying quadruple what I make now, I still wouldn't want to do it. People tell me to find a job I love, but even if I loved it, I still wouldn't want to do it unless there's some way to get paid for watching TV - not writing reviews, not being in a focus group, just sitting quietly at my house watching TV and interacting with no one.

That scene in Office Space where Peter says if he had a million dollars he would do nothing? That's exactly how I feel. I just want to eat, drink and sit here in my chair watching TV or playing video games until I die.

I think its completely normal... Always had this feeling every single day that I go to work... Felt it yesterday lol had to take the day off..
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are you guys trading today? on: January 29, 2021, 01:44:14 AM
during these 2 weeks I no longer trade, I see altcoins have increased significantly so I plan to start trading when some altcoins have reached their ATH

Wouldn't be better to trade these coins before they reached their ATH? That would mean more profit right? Just like trading ETH before it hit again another all time high.
30  Other / Off-topic / Re: What kind of life do you think is perfect? on: January 29, 2021, 01:07:41 AM
Everyone's standard of living is different。Are you satisfied with your current living standard?

Right now Im not satisfied. I dont like where I live. I dont have the job that I really wanted. Im not anywhere near with all my goals in life. Its hard living like this. I wanna reach all my goals soon enough with my partner who I know is also struggle living. I wanna give her the life that she deserves.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency? on: January 28, 2021, 03:33:23 AM
I always think when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency and I've thought of several methods for choosing the right time to buy cryptocurrency, that is :
1. buy coin during ICO, IEO or STO;
2. buy when the price down (dump);
3. buy when the project has a good news;
4. buy when the price starts to increase (pump);
5. buy when coin from the project listed on big exchange;
6. buy when the project already has a product.
Then from the methods I have mentioned, which method is the most appropriate to buy cryptocurrency or is there another method that you can suggest to buy cryptocurrency at the right time?

Totally agree on No. 5!! This gives more time for a crypto to rise up all you need to do is accumulate and provide volume. Buy in bulks coz things will go sideways once the hype is gone. Huge volumes on new listing provide huge profit. Been doing this entirely on every listing on KuCoin.

Polkadot sure have showed its dominance in the market. I do think they have the potential as an alternative to Ethereum, but thats all. We all know that Vitalik Buterin is cooking up ETH 2.0 real good. Expect a sudden pump on ETH soon as it is fully launch.

Its time to abandon the ship. Rethink afterwards and reflect to everything.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CAN RIPPLE SURVIVE? on: January 27, 2021, 01:09:17 AM
Ripple (XRP) has been suffering series of hindrances from regulatory body (The US SEC) since late last year. The attack led to a litigation in a US court leading to panic sales of XRP from majority of their investors. The litigation in the US saw the co-founder of XRP who happens to be the CEO of Stellar XLM sold his XRP. This created more fear among the investors before XRP started to gain the market loss back in January.

Another report came out a week ago that the UK treasury has classified XRP as non-security asset and this is different from the law suit by the US SEC filed against XRP.

Will this mean the XRP might be back to it's position in the Cryptocurrency community soon?

I still see XRP coming back to top. They have been pretty much the most active altcoin that I know of. Integration after integration actually. Volumes on exchange platforms really have plummeted after the issue arise. Im still holding XRP coz I believe it will recover any time soon.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POLKADOT is making a lot of noise right now. What do you think? on: January 26, 2021, 03:12:20 AM
There has also been an announcement of polkadot recently. And you see, it's currently priced at 17$. In the last 7 days it has gone up by about 80%. And it is at on top 4 position. So give your comment about polkadot (dot token).

It sure has been making waves in the cryptomarkets right now. Surprised to see it get passed XRP and LTC all of a sudden. Even volumes on exchanges are drastically increasing massively. Hope it doesnt hurt us in the long run.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the point of so many cryptocurrencies? on: January 26, 2021, 01:29:50 AM
Hi,
I was browsing about 50 pages here https://www.blockchain.com/prices?page=50 then I gave up and googled it...there are more than 2000 cryptocurrencies!
Why?
The fiat tends to reduce thanks to EUR, what's the purpose of so many cryptos?

thanks

Most of them really has a use case. Most of them are scams tbh. Im only looking at the top cryptocurrencies actually.

Own a company. Have a huge house. Have a luxurious car. Get to travel around the world. Be financially stable.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gold or Bitcoin on: January 26, 2021, 12:45:56 AM
Gold is good in the time of crisis. If you own a mining company that mines gold then good for you. But for investment purposes, I'll go fir Bitcoin. That actually says it all. Bitcoin has becoming a good alternative for fiat. Bitcoin volatility is just one of the factors to see if you have to hodl or not.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Altcoin Safe for Investment on: January 25, 2021, 06:58:00 AM
Dont fully trust any project without fully understanding and doing a decent amount of research. Doing your own research is the best weapon for new projects that we encounter. For sure we are all experienced traders here. We gotta learn how to deal decently on how we can earn more and not lose to any projects. DYOR!!!!
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins replace Bitcoin?!?!? on: January 25, 2021, 01:46:13 AM
Im not saying that Bitcoin will always be the top 1 cryptocurrency, but every thing will just come to an end. Maybe right now there is not a single crypto that will replace Bitcoin but sooner or later there will be one.
