I always think when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency and I've thought of several methods for choosing the right time to buy cryptocurrency, that is :
1. buy coin during ICO, IEO or STO;
2. buy when the price down (dump);
3. buy when the project has a good news;
4. buy when the price starts to increase (pump);
5. buy when coin from the project listed on big exchange;
6. buy when the project already has a product.
Then from the methods I have mentioned, which method is the most appropriate to buy cryptocurrency or is there another method that you can suggest to buy cryptocurrency at the right time?

It doesn't matter, better to focus regarding the project it is.

This method wouldn't work since you're only use your luck to buy the coin.

This is FOMO, don't get tricked by this kind news. Most of time you'll ended up in loss since the FOMO is over.

Except Bitcoin I have never invested money or time in any other cryptocurrency. If you are planning to buy Bitcoin then my suggestion would be anytime is good and then keep on accumulating more, hodl until you make a decent profit.

If you mean altcoins being cryptocurrency, then there is no better time than now. The news about governments using Bitcoin I think will legitimize the altcoins as well particularly ETH and others. One for new launched project and coins, another part for top and established crypto coins. 1st, 5th and 6th method is effective only for new coins or project. And it won't be a good decision to buy new crypto which gets dump after launching. Observe and learn crypto market then finally take your decision. It will help much to buy crypto in appropriate time.

Your op suggests you're talking more about altcoins and ico projects, so it's going to be very difficult to decide when is the right time to buy a token, they are mostly pump and dump coins, so even if you think buying when they pump is a good idea, then the coin can dump sooner rather than later, it now makes it look like you're just gambling around.

Imo, talking about altcoins, your concern shouldn't be when the time is right to buy, but how good is the coin you're about to buy, take ethereum as an example, it's reliable and I don't think there is a time that could be wrong to purchase eth, it's not a pump and dump coin, and it's constantly improving it's network; look more into how sustainable the project or crypto is before buying it and not the right time.

This is absolutely right though it's recommended by expert and traders to buy at general support. Setting a limit buy is the best option.

Sorry, but you are wrong about this one. You buy the dip and sell the news, that way you can make cool profits out of it. You don't buy into news.

This is quite dangerous as well, you can buy into a trap. Day traders experience this a lot especially when whale try to shake the weak hands.

If you just sit there without making a choice it will only waste your time, so what I mean is trying to make an investment decision as quickly as possible. it's about time and effort. on the other hand, if you want to take advantage, invest when the project offers low prices, such as during an ICO pre-sale. It depends on the coin, not all altcoin when it has been getting dumped the price will grow up again. The decreasing price of the coin can have two reasons, first the coin doesn't have a real value/function, it was just created because HYPE like now DeFi system, and second, the coin has a good value/function but the decreasing price was happened due to a bad sentiment market for all crypto currency price movement.

After the experience of almost a decade in crypto, I can tell you that there is no suitable time. There is only a time when you should not buy, and that is when the project has been hyped for some time. Many wait too long and then buy at the all-time high and then lose a lot. If you are convinced of a project, do your work and make an in-depth analysis, if it convinces you then buy, just not when it is at its all-time high, preferably in a correction, otherwise leave it alone.

if the project is promissing maybe at the crowdsale stage is the right time mate
but, if this project already tradeable in the market, i think we must use some technical analysis to predict the right time to enter the market
and we will know when we must exit the market in the right time too

If the project is promising enough it's better to buy at ICO price, this will earn you big profit, DIA did bon curving this year at 0.5$ I guess and after the token start trading it hits 4$ per token, see that insane gain? If you aren't sure then wait for price dump, bitcoin always drag down other coins so you can buy altcoin like NEO, it's very good at sharp recovery

I am assuming you are talking about altcoins. For Bitcoin, you may enter when you think the price is on the dip. For altcoin? You forgot to write a point, "buy altcoin when you can afford loss". Because whenever you buy altcoin risk is involved with that. Even an exchange could delist an altcoin at any time. So if it happens, then you will have to lose hugely. Main of buy altcoin that you should know the background of a project, and obviously, after listed on the exchange. You should choose a coin or token which has been listed on multiple reputed exchanges. So you can reduce risk in this way.
