Looks like their account is not logged in few weeks ago. But I believe they are aware that someone is trying to make a discussion with them here, I hope they respond properly and resolve the case with the fairest posible solution. I played here before and I had fun, but I personally I'm not trusting their site much than the other online casinos that I am playing.
One thing to watch out for before playing on a new casino site is a license if there is no License it is better to stay away There's no need to take risks while there are many other casino options True. I honestly only decided to try the casino out because they were doing a twitch streamer tournament, and the streamers were having no problem cashing out, even if it did take a few days. Should have known that they would of course make sure the people promoting them had no problems cashing out *eyeroll* |

Thats why I thought that the 14 days it took to come to this clonclusion would have revealed. But they refuse to give me any further info. They were trying to buy me with what they offered. Which is nice but not professional or what is even remotely fair to what is owed

On jan 23rd, I decided to deposit at vervecasino.com and had amazing luck. Over about 9-10 hours of play I had gotten my balance up to over .5 btc (by far biggest winning night of my life). After initiating a withdrawal for a small amount , I kept playing. Hours after when there had been no movement on the withdrawal, I contacted support. Waited about 3 hours for a response and to my displeasure, they let me know my withdrawals were being deleted and my balance confiscated. First they said I was cheating, then stated it was a malfunction in the Playson game I was playing(where i won most but not all of my balance). After making posts on here, social media, and speaking with a few streamers, they begrudgingly agreed to investigate the situation, and that it would take 2 weeks to finish. I agreed ot take all posts down and wait.
So I got a response today about the investigation that took place in regards to why my .4btc balance was taken along with .1 in btc withdrawals deleted from my account..
Initially it was stated that there was a game fault in the Playson game I was playing. Causing me to "win more balance than I was supposed to" therefore causing all my after to be negated. Today they said it was actually a fault in both playson AND Boongo games, because I had played the boongo game first, thats why all my bets were void in between and after (quite convenient if you ask me).
They also stated i was trying to cheat by tipping my best friend on the site when i was winning and having him "quickly try and withdrawal".
These accusations were both lies, trying to prevent them having to pay me the roughly 12,000$ i am owed.
I did not cheat, have no way of knowing how on to. And yes i did tip my friend. But he wagered on the money i sent him for hours and hours before he even attempted a withdrawal himself. Proof is the fact that he got multiple decent rakebacks and raised his vip level on the site more than 2 times during that period.
Neither of those things would have happened unless you wager a decent amount of money... so no.. he was not trying to hurry up and cash out..
So .. back to the investigation
Steve the support guy whos been nothing but rude and unprofessional this whole time tells me today that there was in fact a fault in the playson and now booongo games (booongo was never mentioned before) and that all my bets are not valid and they offered me something like 300$ for the trouble... not even close to the 12,000$ i am due.
When asking for a log of the bets that were invalid and caused all my other bets placed on diff providers , like pragmatic, blueprint, and quickspin.. or even the statement from playson or boongo legitimizing the verdict.. i was denied and said they cant because it would breach their security... I have screenshots of all convo's with them. Along with timestamped photo and video evidence of my balance throughout that whole evening through different providers and i will be uploading below..

There is many many people claiming of foul things from verve.
1) They claim instant withdrawals however several people have been told “Please wait 7 days for a review of your play”
2) on wagers they have made up rules as they’re going forward. (Blackjack,table games count 27-30% with no mentioning of theyre version of plinko) however once the member beat it they claimed plinko was also 30%)
3) They don’t addresss the issue they just block you.
4) personally I’ve had good experiences but all I’ve seen recently is everyone with proof as well saying they’re starting to stall if your on a wager with a payout if your winning .
There were some posits in this thread the other day from a user who they were claiming had been able to place bets without funds in his account. They now seem to have mysteriously disappeared without explanation. It's the same with a few complaints on twitter. I was the one that made the scam accusation thread. They told me that they were cancelling my withdrawals and they removed my .4btc balance saying there was a malfunction and i was cheating. I made the post initially because they refused to be reasonable and said there was nothing i could do. But after we came to an agreement that they would do a 2 week investigation and im supposed to get a verdict on 2/5/21. If they say it wasnt a malfunction which it wasnt, and return my due balance. .. it is resolved and i will gladly continue playing there We shall see |
