21  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com got recked by me on: September 18, 2022, 05:04:12 PM
How can they accuse you of money laundering? Does stake has information on people who are suspected of money laundering coming from the authority? If I'm not mistaken, we have the AMLC who issues information, so what is their basis? By the way, can you share some messages from stake about your accusation?

Probably Stake use the irregular activity on his account such as too frequent deposit and withdrawal by just doing a minimal wager in the casino. User that launder money usually has something shady on the account transaction history which normal players doesn’t do. I think even though he is not really done the offense but since he shows the criteria of the casino for that offense is the reason on why his account get banned.

If that's only the basis, then it's not justifiable to accuse the owner of an account for money laundering. With frequent withdrawals and deposits, they can still make money from that as their withdrawal fees are usually higher than the standard fees in the blockchain.

they are scam money laundering is excuses no to pay.
22  Economy / Gambling / Re: I beat Duelbits on: September 18, 2022, 11:02:43 AM
You should move this on the proper thread such as gambling discussion or on Duelbits ANN thread to share your experience and not here because this section is for scam accusation topic related. It seems that you are a bit overjoyed to your winnings that you forgot the functionality of the section here in the forum.

That is some juicy win and congratulations to your profit. You have a steel balls on believing that Canelo will still win to GGG via decision.

it was predictable both of great chin and never got ko. canelo is better and beat him a few years ago.  GGG is now 40 years old.
I was certain 100% that he would beat him by decision. many of the boxing/mma matches are predictable like this one.
23  Economy / Gambling / I beat Duelbits on: September 18, 2022, 10:55:05 AM

You are 20+ and grumpy as fuck in your life. you make  from making a living from sig campaign. on your profile you as donaton like homeless people. you are lost.
1 bet on sportbooks for me is like 1 month on your sign camapign here.  respect the king.
Who survives on $70 a week? Ooh yeah, again, your little mangled brain thinks so. Can't blame a deluded fool like you. I am tempted to show you what I do for a living, but it's not worth it. Not to a blockhead like you. I will leave you to believe whatever you can believe and continue to gamble in order to survive and not for entertainment... king of clowns  Grin

maybe join another sig campaign in another account to help support your meds.  Get another few cents.
You have money ssues and mental issues that you need to adress.
26  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com is a scam - I lost my money for ''Money laundering'' on: September 12, 2022, 08:51:20 PM
I don't believe they are scam anyone purposely.
Then change the topic title Smiley

but some small can be tricky can put your money on trouble.
high rollers players can do little mistake and end up losing 100k if they brich some small thing from their TOS.
Casinos aren't designed to make high rollers rich, they're designed to make the owner rich. That's nothing new, and it would make sense to fully understand the details before wagering (especially for a high roller).

I don't care.
Your OP didn't sound like you don't care.

I also beat them at the end.
If you're referring to your other topic: you don't "beat" a casino by wagering and winning. Casinos only care about wagering: as long as players wager, they'll win in the long run.
If you want to beat any casino:
stop gambling.

When this type of transaction happen in between two person who are not living in the same country then technically it's money laundering. In that case casino becomes liable for it.
I don't think that's by definition money laundering. But even if it would be, wagering the money before withdrawing doesn't change it at all!

Is not money laundering people just say bunch of crap to fill their signature campaign goals. Like copy and paste.

I just got to realize that you are really so kiddish. I doubt if you are older than 15 years, but in case you are, then you are really f**ked!

you got it right i got all my funds back  and is great feelings. Is a matter of principle. at the end I beat them and I am happy with my achievments.

Stop ranting, you didn't really beat anyone. They allowed you to bet because that is their primary business. They are a gambling platform after all, right? Fortunately for you, the bet came out in your favor. But, it could have easily gone the other way. You wouldn't be bragging here then, would you?

By the way, if you had done that with your first account, you would have been $400 richer and all this drama and crying would have been avoided.

I won money 2 times today I am happy.  1 month work on your sig campaign is 1 bet of mine.   Cool
29  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com is a scam - I lost my money for ''Money laundering'' on: September 11, 2022, 10:33:12 PM
Why can't you withdraw when your account is in "withdraw only mode"? That doesn't make sense.

You are laterally using them as a mixer to break connections.
Casinos log everything, which is the opposite of what you'd expect a mixer to do. Casinos want you to wager because they earn from it.

Why would you deposit coins in a casino in the first place if you are not planning to gamble at all?
I can think of a few reasons:
-changed your mind
-you did the math and sanity kicked in
-don't want to risk it
-wife complained
-unexpected expenses came up

You don't understand how marketing works and how the brain store information.
If that's what you're trying to do, you're on the wrong track instead of helping your case.

You don't even believe your own scam accusation, otherwise you wouldn't have done this:
I won  new account that I opened today
My advice: stop gambling.

Finally someone wise here all the other users thning it has somethng to do with money laundering. I don't believe they are scam anyone purposely.
but some small can be tricky can put your money on trouble.

I only play with frinction amount of money so I don't care. I also beat them at the end.

Apparently, it was a matter of principle for you to bet on this fight on stake in order to collect your blocked funds, because you could do the same without unnecessary risk elsewhere. But excitement and resentment sometimes make you do such things, but now that you have reported this, I think you should not continue to play on stake.

According with this image https://imgur.com/i115pV5 I didn't see that your account has been banned here because they are still contacting you with their support regarding your issue, which means that when everything is okay, you can now make withdrawal transactions on stakes.com and my attention Also it looks like you haven't enabled your security on the stakes dude. Because as far as I know, when you earn a lot on the gambling platform and withdraw a large amount, you are obliged to activate the 2FA authenticator so that just in case like that, you can still open your account easily as far as I know.

The question is did you follow the rules that the stakes have according to their policy? because if you violated something even though you knew it was illegal and you still did it, you must accept the consequences of what you did. But in fairness you are good in gambling according to your balance dude.

This is new account i opened for the ufc fight today read the thread.
34  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com got recked by me on: September 11, 2022, 10:05:33 AM
They ban me for money laundering in one account and then I won in other account easily first win  and took their money.

After crying and vehemently denying that your account had any reason to be blocked, now you openly admit that you have multiple accounts, so essentially violated Stake's terms of service twice. Thanks for admitting what a scammer you really are. At least now we know for sure that your accusations against the casino are baseless.

proof of my earnings:

And you think that will damage the casino in any way? LOL! Good luck withdrawing those funds, by the way.  Wink

I withdraw already I beat them.  Smiley

claiming someone does money laundering without proof is bad.
Is like saying you are a thief o you are a killer without proof..

There seems to be a misunderstanding between you and the casino. They don't accuse you of "money laundering" because they don't have the legal authority to do so, but they do have the right to enforce the rules that have been set. If you don't want to comply with the rules and conditions, you don't have a right to use the site.

is making their brand look bad.

I really don't think it does. Stake.com is one of the most popular crypto gambling sites out there. No one is going to take your juvenile accusations seriously.

You don't understand how marketing works and how the brain store information. What I did cause them to lose more (I am a marketing expert) I know things.
Many people who view this section subconsciously will be afraid to invest in stake when they see these titles.
Stake could avoid the trouble by not fook with me but look at them now.

Every casino has scam accusations from players that did something shady and think they can use this forum to extort money from them.  If you want to damage Stakes rep for being a scam, you have to back up your claims to convince others to leave them negative feedback.  Just crying scam without being transparent about what happened is just a waste of your time.  If you were using Stake to launder money, you're wasting your time.  I don't think Stake would freeze your funds without a very good reason, and I don't think you're going to tell us the whole truth, but in case I'm wrong:

What does your deposit/withdraw request history look like?  Post screen shots.

How many times did you deposit, and for how much, and how much did you wager?

And why did you deposit your money into a casino and then withdraw it without gambling?

extort  my own money? read all you turd.  never did money laundering maybe you guys want to get your tongue out of stake.
36  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com got recked by me on: September 11, 2022, 08:31:33 AM
Is this just to get back on Stake for banning you, I don't see anything wrong in banning you based on what you posted in the scam section, good to know that you still trust Stake.com as you're still playing here, just don't mess again with Stake, after this win I'm sure you'll play here again, they are strict but they are reputable just read their terms and be updated and follow the rules and enjoy playing, and congratulations on your winning.

Now I play here :

Congrats I guess.  It was a great fight and I was glad to see Nate Diaz win.  He deserved it after all the drama with his contract and a new last minute opponent.  I'm not sure you should be advertising your ban evasion from the site and I'm pretty sure you were banned for not placing bets in the first place so it's nice to see you're actually using the site for something other than a proxy to move crypto from one wallet to another.

I am MMA fub. Nate is a tough mother fucker and tony is on a downward spiral. He can't handle all the stress like Nate they are built differently.  They have different mindset.
Both of them of great chin I knew he gonna win by decision or submission.
If you understand yourself you can understand others and make good calls. the bookies make it completely wrong to favor tony and  I took advantage of it.

40  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com is a scam - I lost my money for ''Money laundering'' on: September 11, 2022, 07:52:29 AM
What a load of rubbish. You don't convince anyone that Stake.com is a scam because of this. It's widely known and it's in their TOS.

If you wanted to deposit and withdraw without wagering, there are still some casinos that let you do that, but most don't.

And to bump all the old threads you've found about stake isn't going to help your case, you just look chilidish.

is making their brand look bad.
