I finished testing the Punt.com casino several days ago, the review article is already in the process of writing and will be published this week Wink
The live support usual reply time on the website is marked as "Under 10 minutes"
In reality, it took more than 10 minutes literally for every answer.
As a result, live support agent was not responding for more than 25 minutes and then just went offline without any notice.
It is obvious the supports are not active in some cases and as a matter of administrative procedure, they may not be in a position to answer such questions and will need to get the answer from the admin or security team before furnishing clients with the information. Am not standing in to support the inability of the support to be fast and actively informed on some sensitive inquiries such as this but since this is a new casino there is still a lot of development to be done on the site and we need to give them time to get to that level.
Maybe we need to think positively that their team is working on cases faced by other users so that it delays their response to us. But it is highly discouraged to leave a customer who wants to ask about something or their problem without any notification as this is a matter of trust and responsiveness of the support team in answering customer questions. Hopefully, this can be a valuable input for the team and they can fix it as soon as possible and tell the entire support team not to do it again to other members.

I doubt that this is the case. Punt is new and probably they still don’t have enough manpower to answer the live chat real time. They are saving all the feedbacks here as note for there future update. Many startup casino doesn’t have live support during there initial launch then just improve later on. Users of this casino should take in consideration all the point I mention above. I think more important is they still answer concerns right after they read it and not completely ignoring it.

The response time of 10 minutes isn't something we can edit. It is based on our average actual response time; Intercom notes this in their software and presents it to users that open up the livechat on Punt.com I personally haven't seen a case where an agent has taken more than 10 minutes to respond to a legitimate question. Of course there are sometimes exceptions. Although we are a brand new site, the growth Punt.com has experienced in such a short time is truly unprecedented and we are definitely going to be hiring more support staff to support the amount of volume we currently are receiving. Sometimes we get bombarded with trolls or people asking for free money; those types of chat messages tend to be under-prioritized vs. legitimate support relating inquiries. There is a search bar in the casino, you can use it to search the game you are looking for. Simply put the name of the game or keyword and you will see whether the game is available or not. Here is the result when I search for "CRAPS":



Is this what you are looking for? Anyway, I'm not familiar with craps and I also thing that it is not really popular game in this forum. Never seen any craps contest/tournament before and it is also rare to see discussion about this game. I doubt that it will be a good decision to create craps tournament because of its low popularity.

I think it's pretty early to tell. There's a chance that it is a payed influencer since he has the most videos on punt instagram account but who knows. I've seen good winnings and highlights on their instagram account and I think they are trying to get some traction thru it. This casino is somehow new but let's hope they are planning to be one of the biggest since those who aim high stays the longest.

As a new casino, they should impress their players and one of them is to have a 24/7 active support team.  Having someone from the admin or support staff to talk to when unexpected things happen such as delayed crediting of deposit, suspended withdrawal, glitches, inquiries and other stuff is somehow reassuring and make the player at ease.  It is frustrating and may put a lot of stress to the player if support staff reply takes too long.  This kind of experience may force a player to come in a decision to look for another casino that has more active support people.

Well, you cannot judge the support based on one attempt, because you might have just been lucky that one of them was available when you tried. I am not saying that you should spam them with frequent tests, because that will just increase their problems, but a query now and again will not hurt.  Grin

I am curious to know if they have support 24/7 to cover all time-zones ...and if certain time-zones gets more support than others. That will be the true test for new casinos, because most smaller casinos fail ..because they only have one small team that are only on duty in one time zone.  Roll Eyes

Well, you cannot judge the support based on one attempt, because you might have just been lucky that one of them was available when you tried. I am not saying that you should spam them with frequent tests, because that will just increase their problems, but a query now and again will not hurt.  Grin
Try it different times and you can discover it. Because a platform can change from good to bad and bad to good. It is why reputation needs lot of time to achieve.

The improvement is very noticeable because the last time I inquire in live support took them more than 30minutes before an agent answer my question. Good thing that Punt is very serious on taking notes all the feedbacks here to immediately apply in the casino.

That's a very good start from this casino. Honestly 2 minutes reply from a support is outstanding for me, knowing that I'm considering a 15 minutes reply a fast reply from a support chat. Improvement for such short time is a good way to improve reputation, also listening to the community suggestions and implementing it is one of the most thing that the community likes.

I finished testing the Punt.com casino several days ago, the review article is already in the process of writing and will be published this week Wink
The live support usual reply time on the website is marked as "Under 10 minutes"
In reality, it took more than 10 minutes literally for every answer.
As a result, live support agent was not responding for more than 25 minutes and then just went offline without any notice.
As a new casino, they should impress their players and one of them is to have a 24/7 active support team.  Having someone from the admin or support staff to talk to when unexpected things happen such as delayed crediting of deposit, suspended withdrawal, glitches, inquiries and other stuff is somehow reassuring and make the player at ease.  It is frustrating and may put a lot of stress to the player if support staff reply takes too long.  This kind of experience may force a player to come in a decision to look for another casino that has more active support people.
Hey Apne if they can do it the way you have mentioned here then I don't think they will be left behind.  If they can't do anything then their project will be in vain I think they won't be able to go far
