Objection, argumentative.

Man, let's move on.  Okay?  I will not post any more, you will not hunt me down and kill my family.  Deal?  You're borderline stalking me on the internet right now.

Seriously man, I need to get a truce from you.  I don't want to wake up tomorrow and even think about this case.  Cloudbet is a shady company.  End of story.  I'm done posting about it until I get an official word from them.
23  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: October 24, 2020, 04:42:11 AM
We may not agree on a lot of things about the case.  My silence pending official word from Cloudbet or private emailing with Cloudbet or accepting a monetary settlement from Cloudbet is not out of the question for me.

However I agree I cannot nor deserve to torture myself with taking the heat of these posts after outing myself because of my inability to keep a secret or be dishonest.

I just can't take the heat nor do I deserve this for myself.  We disagree on a lot of things- but I appreciate you offering your hand to try and resolve our disagreements and I appreciate it more than you know.  It is very fair.
24  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: October 24, 2020, 04:34:28 AM
I hold no ill will, and seriously do apologize if I overstepped bounds.

Listen, I will be very happy moving on with my life.  I'm for the most part done updating the thread.  I wish you the very best in your ventures, I don't know why you took such a keen interest in my case- but I will put no more mental energy into this crap.

I will make amends in whatever way you would like.  Other than that, I can't control how other people feel, and I do wish you well.  I'm sorry if I left a bad impression in my heated posts.

Understand this very clearly, and remember it, lest you come to try to discredit me in the future and act like you don't recognize it by now. I was an honest poster on a site (SBR). You came to ask for help from me, and the community at large. I spent time attempting to help you. I offered you advice. In turn, since you were in the middle of lying to get paid, you threw me under the bus. You attempted to discredit me, and smear me. You've done that all the way up to today. It hasn't stopped. You've done it across many sites. You've said things that are clearly not true, and lied continuously. You forced me to defend myself. I do not want to see you succeed in getting away with what you've done to me, or Cloudbet. That isn't what I view as being honest, or having any integrity at all.

You know all of these things to be 100% true and accurate.

OK man, so how do we please come to a peaceful resolution.  I just want to move on with my life.  It's a nightmare.  I don't want to think about getting this $15,000 taken any more.  I don't ever want to think about the words Cloud bet any more either.  I don't even want to think about the word bet.

How can we just move on man.
25  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet should no longer be allowed on bitcointalk- a danger to community on: October 24, 2020, 04:31:34 AM
I just don't understand how this type of feedback doesn't affect them over the years

Anyways I'm going to quiet down about the case and hopefully Cloudbet will want to come to a resolution.  I have to actually go back to my normal life with a job and stuff and not deal with this on a daily basis (or ever again), god forbid.  Good luck to those who have to deal with the company in the future.  Utter mess.

The truth is that the support was reversed because I came clean on my own accord to confess that I lied about VPN'ing in from the states.

I do apologize to you, RedApples if I offended you in any way.  Or to Cloudbet, or to the community.

The facts are that I VPN'd in from the USA and then I lied about doing that after sending about $25,000 in bitcoin cash and attempting to retrieve $15,000 of that bitcoin cash.

Cloudbet is now evaporating that balance.

I can't take the personal attacks, and I will wait for any word from Cloudbet on the new facts presented in the case.  Until then I am awaiting word.  I appreciate any sympathy for the case that anyone may have.  But I can't give RedApples the credit for the reversal in negative feedbacks.  And besides, what does that matter when Cloudbet's feedback already looks like this?

March of this year.  I am going to start compiling all of the accusations i can find on the internet and put them on a central site.  They can't keep doing this to people (including me).  Someone has to take a stand for them who can write proper English, most of these people scammed have no voice because the community that calls out things like this is in English (and Cloudbet themselves seem to have massive numbers of shill accounts built just to protect their scamming ways)
32  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: October 21, 2020, 01:58:25 PM
Hello Mods, this user RedApples made an account here just solely for the purpose of harassing and bullying a user and victim (myself).  Is there anything that can be done about this?  I have strong reason to believe it is Cloudbet themselves taking all of their anger and frustration out on me without having to deal with regulation or oversight from their licensors and regulators.  They are an anonymous cryptocurrency book believing they can extort documents from people and get away with anything.

33  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: October 20, 2020, 01:49:29 PM

What is with this sudden policy change after such a sincere post by Cloudbet two years ago in a previous case (one of many).  This is alarming to say the least and should be cause for community concern about their ability to pay out large wins ($15,000 is not a large win by the way, and was also less than my deposit which is even MORE alarming) and liquidity issues.  It has been two years since they have shown proof of funds.

34  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet should no longer be allowed on bitcointalk- a danger to community on: October 20, 2020, 01:46:26 PM
Mate, in their site they have mentioned clearly this.

So I cant blame Cloudbet in your case.

Yes, but confiscating the balance is a sudden policy shift- and is alarming to say the least.  It is cause for community concern for liquidity issues which haven't been proven for 2 years now.  In the past they have made multiple statements that ALL players are paid their account balances and especially deposits when co-operating.

See this:

what caused the immediate change in policy?  Because of their mis-grade error?  I am here and ready to co-operate, however Cloudbet refuses to do so and I am patiently awaiting further review of the case.  The precedent is overwhelmingly in my favor and the issues brought up in this post and past recent posts are cause for alarm in the community- not just with this company but all the companies we deal with in this space.  The cause for incongruencies is alarming and cause for concern for the financial status of the company and needs to be addressed by not me, but by the community and this is why I made this thread in the gambling section and was moved to scam accusations.  I will continue persisting until a mutual amicable resolution is made and I am fully co-operating with Cloudbet in any way they see fit.

I appreciate your time and want to thank the bitcointalk community as a whole for making sure we hold companies accountable for their actions in this disruptive, anonymous crypto wagering economy.
35  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 20, 2020, 12:26:44 PM

You did not obey rules of Cloudbet casino and of the forum. If you have something more to add, use Edit and keep one update each day.

Oc, you are very fair in your assertions and I will do my best to memorize by heart these important forum rules so as to "stay in my lane" so to speak.  I will continue asserting my points for why precedent is overwhelmingly in my favor for awarding back the account balance of an account caught using VPN from the states.  I appreciate bitcointalk more than words can express and with eternal gratitude for allowing me the platform to bring to light these important facts about my case to the public in order to get through to Cloudbet about prematurely closing the case.

Again thank you for being fair to the player and not silencing a player victim in a casino dispute matter.  I realize I broke ToS, and I will never do this again, I have learned my lesson.  I am a losing bettor in many ways, and this is just another way that I find leaks in my game and losing money and time and energy on perhaps a fleeting pursuit that is gambling with precious cryptocurrency by ever-so-carelessly breaking ToS (extremely non-malicious with no abuse intended, all bets and wagers were made fairly and without intent to cheat in any way). However, I will continue to assert my points about my case being unbelievably strong in favor of returning the deposits- and until this is resolved I will do everything to abide by all forum rules while bringing relevant facts and updates to the attention of the bitcoin wagering community.

With that being said...

 • In the picture in my previous post, I've included some highlights of key incongruencies from a case from 2 years ago until now.  NO idea why they decide not to pay account balances all of a sudden when they clearly state this is something they "always do" with cooperation, even though right off the bat they were trying to deny me any cashouts.  It may be in bad taste but I feel for the good of the community the following point needs to be brought up: it is alarming to suddenly change so brazenly from a sincere resolution of a case stating that even when falsities are provided with co-operation account balances are always returned in regards to non-maliciously breaking ToS as has been previously stated in an official post from Cloudbet- and so the issue of why Cloudbet has not proven their liquidity and ability to expediently process large cashouts to a winning account.  I believe the way the case was shut with brazen attempts to evaporate the account balance and deposits were alarming since the precedent says with co-operation the account balance is always returned to the player when connecting via VPN from the States. In my case, with the previous points and following points:  if a book takes action from you for 11 weeks while losing, processing deposits and cashouts, then decides on the 12th week to ban you only after you deposit a large amount and then evaporate the balance- that is basically what happened here, so with these highlighted points I believe my case is stronger than ever to receive back my deposits into the account.  There should be no situation where a big and successful and trusted book in the crypto and sports wagering community should accept action from and not at least pay back the account balance let alone deposits.  This is why this case is worth bringing to the attention of the community until it is seen through.  The community should be asking whether liquidity issues and the ability to pay large wins play a role in the sudden alarming policy change with how to deal with player disputes and USA vpn users breaking ToS for the first time non-maliciously.  This is why the case is relevant to the community- because of the sudden alarming policy changes to evaporate account balances rather than returning to the player, it is not a question I should be asking but the community.  It has been two years since Cloudbet has shown proof of funds and liquidity (as shown in my previous post they did this while also saying they always return deposits and balance to player- what changed Cloudbet?).

I thank the community for continuing to bring up these points with not only Cloudbet, but any issue arising with an anonymous crypto-currency casino.  It is our duty to regulate our environment in this disruptive industry and economy.

 • I believe the higher-ups haven't looked at the mis-grade error on their part which caused the negative btc balance and I think once this is cleared up it should be clear as day to rule in favor of paying the account balance- I have confidence that Cloudbet will accept my offer to co-operate to come to a resolution and expediate the process.
 • Thank you to you all for following this case and your continued support of paying player balances when no malicious intent or abuse has incurred and full cooperation in clearing up any falsities and whatever else is needed to come to a full resolution for both parties.  Please get back in touch with me asap Cloudbet.  I have not heard from you in quite some time and there are a lot of new facts presented, thank you ever so kindly.  Please see below highlighted points from one of the past cases which sets a precedent for my case.  No idea why account balances are not being paid after this very sincere post by Cloudbet.
 • Again, Cloudbet, your silence for the past weeks is deafening.  I am awaiting mutual amicable communication on the matter to resolve this expediently (mostly by fault of my own for providing mis-leading facts.  However here I am being forthright on my own accord, so I believe we can co-operate and come to a resolution).  I am ready willing and able to co-operate fully to resolve this expediently and will continue to bring valid points to the community about the case until it is resolved and seen through.  I believe cases like these do bring an important light to the community and other players and should be an important concern to anyone who has ever thought about making a wager on an offshore crypto-currency casino and sportsbook, let alone actually made a wager.  I have crossed some terms of service violations, with no malicious intent- this was my mistake.  However I believe that the case is so strongly in my favor to pay the account balance, that I am committed to seeing this through and bringing the important points to the attention of the community especially until we can amicably co-operate and resolve the dispute privately, something that I have been waiting on since the start.  To me the case will never be closed until the account balances are returned and I will continue to stay within rules while bringing it to the attention of the community and reminding of past cases with Cloudbet being amicably resolved with TOS violators having their deposits returned to them as I wish mine to be returned to me.  It was my error, I take full responsibility.  I am waiting on Cloudbet to address the new facts of the case and review their previous cases to see how in favor they are to awarding the account balances of players- especially when point 4 has clearly stated the player is a winning player with the site when actuall I am quite a big donator to your organization.  Thank you to Cloudbet for any mis-understanding and further clarifications on the case, I am awaiting an amicable resolution to the matter and will continue persisting until we see this through.  You have my full co-operation.

36  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: October 19, 2020, 02:30:17 PM
Hi baby, I didn't provide them all the facts in the beginning and so they need to review the correct information.  The facts are that:  my deposits are not more than my withdrawals.  I have lost over 3 bitcoins on the site.

Appreciate the support, I have provided clear evidence of this above (I have provided all emails with transaction hashes for deposits to the site as well as withdrawals and asking for Cloudbet to verify this information and release any information needed).  The precedent is in the past they pay out the balance, not sure why this time was different.  I think there was confusion with the mis-graded wager which seems to be a mis-understanding.

It is my fault for the delay, however I have confidence Cloudbet and Curacao and I will come to a resolution, though I don't know how long it will take for them to sort through the facts.  As well, review their statement from a previous case above.  Not sure why things have changed since then, perhaps they have liquidity issues, though I don't know.  I am co-operating fully and hope the community continues to ask questions like does Cloudbet actually have money to pay out big wins, or do they need to evaporate balances of accounts crossing the lines of TOS.

You should be asking these questions rather than if I am lying, and regardless please if you want to further comment on the case please read all of the facts from the case.  Other than that I can't continue to be reduntant by explaining the concerns that should be raised by the community in this case- and the fact that Cloudbet is dismissing tyranically some of the objections to the evaporation of account balances.

I also don't understand why you are quoting the post you quoted, when there is a post above yours with more relevant and up-to-date facts that are a precedent in previous cases solved and resolved by Cloudbet as you suggested.  In that case they paid out winning balance to a USA account that lied about their location.  Please stay updated or don't continue to post on the case, it becomes reduntant and buries the important facts that need to be addressed by Cloudbet.  Thank you.

Should you need any more information about the case before next time please feel free to PM me as before.

I am further awaiting any updates on the case from team Cloudbet.  I will keep the thread updated, however I have not received any response from Curacao gaming or Cloudbet in weeks, especially after presenting the updated facts and coming forth under my own accord to the community with provable facts with evidence, as some is listed above and will update as more info comes out.  No problem, I understand these things take time and the delay is my fault due to presenting mis-leading facts and falsities, and blaming others for my own faults.

Total account balance on the day was around $25,000 in bitcoin cash sent in the 24 hour period, and a $15,000 (67 BCH) cashout minus the $3,000 (.26 bitcoin) mis-grade which shouldn't be as hard as it has been to figure out.

Will keep the community updated and appreciate your continued support.

I have emailed cloudbet and curacao gaming the following statements:
Haven't gotten an email back except canned response, but I am sending this statement from a previous case (the 330btc case I believe) about being honest, co-operating, and doing whatever they need me to do in order to co-operate.

Whatever I can do to co-operate from this point forward please let me know.  I apologize for any blaming and overreactions and overreaching previously.  I want to do what it takes to resolve this and co-operate fully with Curacao and Cloudbet.  Thank you.

I also included this with all of the notations from the important points about cooperation and precedent of past cases with account balances (they returned the winning balance and deposit of the past cases with co-operation)

Other than that I am awaiting any word from Cloudbet on the updated facts and appreciate that these things take time to sort through, though I am confident we can come to a resolution with proper communication and have my confidence in Cloudbet especially given the past resolutions to cases after some back and forth with getting the facts right and co-operation.

Cloudbet:I am willing to cooperate fully in order to get this resolved and be 100% honest and forthright as I haven't been provably honest previously- and will do what it takes to co-operate and provide an accurate story.  I appreciate your understanding and accepting any apologies for mis-behavior in the process of trying to get this resolved.  I am willing to co-operate in whatever way you see fit in alignment with Curacao gaming as well.  Thank you.

Also note:  any delay is not the fault of Cloudbet's, but my own for providing misleading facts about the case.  I understand these things take time and when I wasn't co-operating by providing mis-leading facts this can severely delay any expediated resolution to a case such as this.  Thank you for taking the time to review the updated facts of the case.

Update:  I have emailed Cloudbet from my old email with my documents and also from the new email with the updated case information.  Continuing to await them to look at the updated facts and hoping that the precedent for previous cases is in my favor which does seem to be the case; especially considering point #4 being that my total losses and wins add up to me being in profit.  This would mean that the account balance would be 67 BCH (a withdrawal for 33 BCH and one for 34 BCH) minus the .26 bitcoin mis-grade (this really shouldn't be THIS hard to figure out) would be the account balance.

I would really appreciate the update as I have spent countless hours uploading evidence to support the facts since the trust level is low at this point which is understandable.  Appreciate any updates from Cloudbet on the case as I have been trying for weeks to get in contact about the denied cashouts and evaporated deposits for the around $15,000 in BCH (67 BCH) minus .26 bitcoin mis-grade ($3,000).

Appreciate all the support from the community- you guys have been extra special in helping with this.  Regardless of my location, the previous cases ruled on by Cloudbet could play precedent in updating the case with the facts and evidence provided.

I am also curious why others aren't asking for proof of liquidity since this hasn't been done for almost two years.  Are there liquidity problems?  I'm curious why others aren't asking about this as well.
