You need to study the IPOs of qoracoin and other coins. Keeping 40% coins for devs and IPO the rest and launch. You should have no problem to sell some coins to raise 25 btc for food after the launch. You will be surprised how much btc you can raise as long as you don't dump too many and have a working software. You can continue the developing after launch and the price will go up as you make progress.

I think so. The only chance for NFD to take out is to build a community like those good clones such as litecoin, Feathercoin, dogecoin. The community can help on the logo, social media, website, running nods, promotion, utility of the system, and so on.

It will depend on the community in the future, just like all other clone coins such as litecoin, Feathercoin, and dogecoin. But this one is a clone of Nxt, the 2 generation of crypto with PoS and not a clone of Bitcoin with PoW.

This will be a clone of Nxt and there will be no any unique technology itself. Its values will depend on how well and stably NFD can operate a foring node network inside of its community. Basically the more the nodes are running the better and stabler the network will be. Therefore the status of its community will decide its price. There will be lots of other things which will depend on the community, such as marketing and utilization of this network (adding business on top of the network in the long run). In short run, I think its price wil be minimum and very low and no one can make any fortune for it. It will not be a pump and dump coin.

Node and Nodecoin sound pretty good. Since the name of NXTL is not official and popular yet, you can just announce that the official name is Node/Nodecoin on all your posters and people will start to call it node or nodecoin.
