21  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Antminer U3: Decentralization continued. Order now, Ship on Nov. 5th on: November 25, 2014, 03:55:04 PM
Where is the binary for the 4.80 version. I have 4.71 running default. Seems to work ok cept that my miner runs really hot. I tried the included power supply which is less then a piece of crap and it barely worked. Pitched it in the garbage and hooked it up to one of my main line power supplys and it works better except for the fact that it won't hash any higher then 45gh. It bounces all over the place between 31 and 45gh and the bottom is quite hot to the touch. Hot enough that I really don't want to hold it more then about 5 sec's. Any help I would be great full for.

what is the --enable flag for the u3?

It does work. Picks up the U3 just fine. I think I have a bad us though. With the defaults you have it will only hash at about 43gh. I have not tried to play with the volt/freq settings because I would like to think the defaults should wrk. Thanks for getting it working without all those nasty settings.

Ok.. that's what I thought. Got it qorking but.. It won't hash any higher then 48gh. Seems to jump all over the place. Any ideas on this?

What would be the command line to start BFGMiner 4.10 with the new Antiminer U3?

Is there anyone working on the code anymore? I would like to run Minepeon on my Banana PI's. How would you get minepeon installed on a Banana Pi?. Can't use the port as it is as it does not run on the Banana. Any ideas?

I seem to be having problems with CGminer. Anyone know how to fix this issue  [2014-10-14 13:56:13] KnC transport: Can not open SPI device /dev/spidev1.0: No such file or directory.
Getting that message over and over again. Makes it hard to watch the log.

Hey M.. I have tried using CPUminer but it never submits any work. I don't use a command line with BFGminer.  Also BFGminer seems to be broke in the update. It won't run my U2s and it won't even come up at all.

How would I run Gridseed orbs on Minera. I have tried everything and it just won't work. Is there a special command line that would go in the manual window to get them to work properly?. Iwould like to run  them with Bfgminer or CGminer. But I'm not having any luck.

Will.. it looks like everyone has moved to this place instead of the old forums.
So.. I will ask here. How can I install apt-get on my peon.
Also. has there been a fix for the adafruit display yet?

Is there a way to slow down the new RBox 110g using Minera and CGMiner?. I can't find any info on the clock speed or chip count on the new miner. The error rates are way too high as it's running 111.54 clock which is causing an error rate of over 88%. I have not found any info on this units chip count or recommended clock. If someone has this info I would love to know the stock settings. For some reason BFG miner won't even see it. I would really prefer to use BFGminer if someone has the manual settings for that. THanks.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Minera and the Zeus Hack on: September 20, 2014, 08:03:35 PM
Hello. New to the Minera system. Very nice system btw. I have a question though. I am running 2 different ones.. One running the gawminer fury/Zeus script miners using the cgminer/Zeus hack and I'm having too many hardware errors with that so I need to know where to go edit the file that set's the speed so I can slow it down a bit to lessen the hw errors. The other problem is with the new Rbox 110g Miner using cgminer. The speed is too high and also causing too many hardware errors. What file and where is it that I can edit it to slow down the clocks of all my miners?. Thanks.

I want to use screen to see what cgminer is doing using Putty. That way I don't have to have multi web pages running.

38  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Hex16A2 and CGMiner on: April 03, 2014, 09:24:30 PM
Does anyone have a step by step way to show me how to get CGMiner with the HEX16A2 boards in Windows? I can't seem to find any good info and running Hexaminer with the program mining_proxy,exe is mostly a pain and quite unstable. Any help would be welcome. I would do this on Linux but Linux and me do NOT get along well.  Thanks in advance.
