As has been stated, be careful when you visit the alternatives to BTC. It is a cesspool of FUD, scams and overall just bad people. There is some good over there too, but at times it can be very difficult to weed through. With FUD it's usually because investors are trying to do whatever they can to insight a panic sell-off so they can get cheap coins, or...... they are rivals of that coin, and it posses a threat to their investment.

Careful in the Alternate cryptocurrencies > Announcements (Altcoins) section. It's a cesspool of FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt), scams, and just all around BAD people. Obviously there are good people there too, but over the last few months it just seems to have gotten worse there.

Without putting some fiat in yourself, there really isn't a faster way. You have to invest some of your own if you want to make some.

Just give it some time. I think it was about 6 hours before I received my first staking. I think normally its between 4-8 hours. |

Well maybe this is what the early BTC-ers felt like. That's one way to look at it.
I'm so deep in the hole, that I won't be selling, and will continue to ride this out. On most other coins I would have already bailed, but XC is something special and I do think this will one day turn around.

I just wanted to say it out loud: I am not selling a single XC from my staking stash till rev3, full private tech, xchat and XC ITO, im just accumulating more, the only thing that worries me is LOSING potential accumulated coins because of bad trading skills and FUD... I want to be a freaking XC whale till rev 3!

dev was just in IRC earlier - he is working hard with exchanges to fix it. lets not all jump to conclusions
thanks for the heads up m8 ! ...dont wanna be in their shoes atm. by all means no fun thing to do on a monday mornin... btw. my wallet runs fine for 3 days straight without beeing offline and nicely moves along with the chain that's locked with suprnova, ipo and suchpool ('til the moment they put the pool on halt). internal block explorer & stats reflect their state as well and transactions also worked ('til lock on such'n'ipo) and still work on nova... at least this part of the network seems to continue without orphs (above normal) atm... considering pool vs. net hashpower most of the miningpower now should concentrate on suprnova... however, we'll see what happens in maybe little more than half a day when the last POW block is due... howsoever, I'd bet my ass on to wathever the bittrex wallet will be syncing eventually, this will be the chain to cope with. i doubt the dev is spending time trying to fix a corrupted chain. the silence suggests the dev isnt even working with the exchanges and they too are waiting for him. after this long in crypto it suggests he's abandoned the project. a fork doesnt take 3 days to fix. At this point I'd probably agree, and anyone that has invested in SPARK is pretty much screwed. Unless the Dev (who was extremely active prior to this event), comes in here to calm the masses. But he's been silent this long, so I wouldn't hold your breath. |

I cant be right all the time! I can tell you however that I am indeed invested large in XST. The devs are on fire, Hondo is a top coder praised from the gods above. Stealthtext Stealthsend 5+pod And all the other good stuff. You will 100% see a market cap much higher then this. Just give it time. Shit just got real! |
