wow! what kind of news raised prices?

glad to see you around again

any news from BTER ? any responses to tickets ?

as to me: withdrawals blocked all the time ?
bter Answers to the same- last one:

"Bter Support (bter)

Jan 19, 15:33

BTS withdrawal is yet to enable.

Thanks for your patience. Please kindly keep an eye on the BTS withdrawal page for the update.

As to the AC, i am afraid it may still take a while before the wallet works well"

Ironic, he say that BTS withdraw enabled two week ago,but till not works, so AC there is no what to expect in general.
I sold all in rate 120-170sat damn!!!

as written several times in this thread, do not see any thick wallets which could resemble BTER Asiacoin wallet.

Total number of Asiacoins which BTER should theoretically have should be 2+ million maybe several times that

such BTER wallets should have at least some inputs/outputs even if cold wallets

at BTER all the time AC withdrawals were always delayed: to withdraw Asiacoin from BTER had to wait until price has fallen

as written many times in this thread - BTER sold all Asiacoin below 100 sats hoping for price fall

cannot imagine BTER to be so generous to rebuy Asiacoins at higher price

during latest recent Cryptsy scandals  lot of inside info was discovered

real secrets

mostly on this thread

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1173703

already 323 pages of Cryptsy secrets

some points:

1.Cryptsy had always quite a number of in-house altcoins and in-house altcoin developers

among these in-house altcoins : examples of HBN and Colossus

2.original Asiacoin scammer-developer it had to be someone very close to Cryptsy itself.
There are several leads. Would not go into detail here.

3.Cryptsy always had huge number of Asiacoins. This big number of Asiacoins on Cryptsy wallets was not corresponding to low volume on exchange.
It could be explained this way - Cryptsy invests in some altcoins just to make market in these coins.

In the light of recent developments -
more likely Cryptsy's millions of Asiacoins were leftovers from the original scam, washed through Mintpal

some example: wallet https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ac/address.dws?AcNosZPxdcBhJCdiA7zQynNjanVXWVSSMP.htm

this wallet had over 18 million Asiacoins till march, 2015. Then started to move all 18+ millions to Cryptsy hot wallets for sale

( Cryptsy had cash problem in 2015, losing a lot in operations )

from these over 18 millions: quite a number - more than 8 millions were not sold yet in 2015

these 8+ miliions traced from AcNosZPxdcBhJCdiA7zQynNjanVXWVSSMP started making some splits and transfers last months of 2015 and beginning of 2016

the point is : does not look like these around 8 millions or more were returned to some legitimate owner of AcNosZPxdcBhJCdiA7zQynNjanVXWVSSMP.

quite strong suspicion is : this wallet AcNosZPxdcBhJCdiA7zQynNjanVXWVSSMP was not some legitimate Asiacoin purchaser from 2014, but it was another Cryptsy - related

cold wallet ( Asiacoins from original scam, washed through Mintpal, unsold in 2014 due to extremely low volume of Asiacoin then )

today one of Cryptsy - related wallets started moving again : https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ac/block.dws?971024.htm

it is not quite clear, what Cryptsy guys would do with millions of Asiacoins.
Apart from around 8 millions traced from AcNosZPxdcBhJCdiA7zQynNjanVXWVSSMP, there are more thick wallets which could be traced on the blockchain as very closely related to Cryptsy

Actually, these millions of Asiacoins from Cryptsy ( stolen or hacked or whatever ) can kill Asiacoin price again in 2016, similarly as hacked Cryptsy millions killed price of Asiacoin in 2014

Cryptsy - related guys have some pressure to sell altcoins fast ( altcoins are stolen - this time stolen from Cryptsy corporation ) - pressure from divorce trial, also from class action case, and possibly from bankruptcy legal procedures.

Cryptsy's guys - despite having millions of unsold Asiacoins from original hack - even in quiet period ( end 2014 and q1 to q3 of 2015 ) - has made absolutely nothing to help Asiacoin  grow ( to easier unload their hacked millions ). Just the reverse. Made Asiacoin freeze for months - just to unfreeze to unload some millions fast.
Cryptsy guys were never acting like businessmen - always acting only as scammers and leechers

edit:
please to comment on: option of Asiacoin exchange to Asiacoin 2.0
Asiacoin wallet version 2.2.1 is based on  Asiacoin Micryon source - and that is based on Bitcoin core version 0.6.3
more explanations:
Now Bitcoin has already version v0.12.0rc4 : https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/releases
New version of Bitcoin code are almost incompatible with 0.6.3
quote:
Bitcoin Core now uses 'headers-first synchronization'. This means that we first
ask peers for block headers (a total of 27 megabytes, as of December 2014) and
validate those. In a second stage, when the headers have been discovered, we
download the blocks. However, as we already know about the whole chain in
advance, the blocks can be downloaded in parallel from all available peers.
In practice, this means a much faster and more robust synchronization.
This release supports running a fully validating node without maintaining a copy
of the raw block and undo data on disk. To recap, there are four types of data
related to the blockchain in the bitcoin system: the raw blocks as received over
the network (blk???.dat), the undo data (rev???.dat), the block index and the
UTXO set (both LevelDB databases). The databases are built from the raw data.
Block pruning allows Bitcoin Core to delete the raw block and undo data once
it's been validated and used to build the databases. At that point, the raw data
is used only to relay blocks to other nodes, to handle reorganizations, to look
up old transactions (if -txindex is enabled or via the RPC/REST interfaces), or
for rescanning the wallet. The block index continues to hold the metadata about
all blocks in the blockchain.
The user specifies how much space to allot for block & undo files. The minimum
allowed is 550MB. Note that this is in addition to whatever is required for the
block index and UTXO databases. The minimum was chosen so that Bitcoin Core will
be able to maintain at least 288 blocks on disk (two days worth of blocks at 10
minutes per block). In rare instances it is possible that the amount of space
used will exceed the pruning target in order to keep the required last 288
blocks on disk.
Block pruning works during initial sync in the same way as during steady state,
by deleting block files "as you go" whenever disk space is allocated. Thus, if
the user specifies 550MB, once that level is reached the program will begin
deleting the oldest block and undo files, while continuing to download the
blockchain.
Experimental support for big-endian CPU architectures was added in this
release. All little-endian specific code was replaced with endian-neutral
constructs. This has been tested on at least MIPS and PPC hosts. The build
system will automatically detect the endianness of the target.

Asiacoin 1.0 problems ( repost )
this premine wallet with 3.2 billion coins is visible today well in Abe explorer for Asiacoin
http://www.multifaucet.tk/index.php?blockexplorer=AC&top_addresses=100
actually with so much hacking of altcoins going on, one could not be sure that in future would not exist another hacked wallet allowing
for gradual reintroducing premine coins to Asiacoin
especially if original Asiacoin wallet had been crafted by Cryptsy-related hacker-developer ( as indicated above ) and nobody later was able to reanalyze roughly 39.000 lines of Asiacoin 1.0 code

Hi All,
I would suggest that ALL coins would make a version 2. Why? Cryptsy is holding a lot of small coins, KARMA, LOT, MOON, LEAF, ....
maybe they have a supply of 80% of all the outstanding coins, so we should all make KARMA2, LOT2, MOON2, LEAF2,... type of coins and swap the coins that aren't on cryptsy.
This will mean Cryptsy wouldn't be able to dump their coins on other markets and make another few millions and it can give the current owners of those coins maybe some money back if they were able to withdraw at least a few coins...
Cryptsy is down, so who knows how much coins you have... the best idea would be that everybody could take a screenshot for their stake, but with a exchange down.... in fact i already suggested that weeks ago on the KARM and MOON thread to make a new coin because everybody knew that there were big problems with withdraws... There isn't any perfect solution... only that cryptsy is back and is 100% ôperational, then there is no need for doing this type of actions, but now... do you want to continue trading other coins when you know that Cryptsy will be able to dump their stake on Bittrex, C-CEX, and other exchanges...
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1330315.new#new

Asiacoin 2.0 will be based on 2016 coin source, with all distinctive features of Asiacoin intact (Pure POS and so on)

as to exchange Asiacoin to Asiacoin 2.0 : we propose to exchange to anyone who will request within specified time frame with no further questions asked
time frame being ( as usual with known coin exchanges ) : one to two months
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [AC] AsiaCoin | Pure PoS | 100% Interest on: February 09, 2016, 10:11:13 AM
there is new and interesting exchange

listed on coinmarketcap.com

new technology including instant exchange - similar to shapeshift.io

voting is open

it would be good to vote for Asiacoin by everyone concerned

25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [AC] AsiaCoin | Pure PoS | 100% Interest on: January 24, 2016, 02:40:39 PM
Good to know all this things.
So which exchange is new "home" for Asia coin? Seems things doing well on Cryptopia now.

exchange is a headache

sent 2 PM to Bittrex - no response

sent PM to Btc38 - no response

before have submitted for Yobit listing - no reaction despite submitting application on their page

actually was thinking of some sort of BTER solution : forget ( for the time being ) blocked Asiacoin millions
( let's them move frozen Asiacoin to AC-B as Bitcoins ) and reopen trading
still thinking of it

also thinking of implementing new wallet with in-wallet exchange
this is quite complicated and such wallet could crash

actually thinking of issuing new Asiacoin wallet with completely rewritten codebase
present Asiacoin wallet ( around 39.000 lines of code in total ) has been derived from Bitcoin core version 2013 on Novacoin/Blackcoin path
and this forking was not very top quality ( especially last fork BLK>AC )
sorry but it nearly imposible to safely analyse thoroughly these 39.000 lines of code
nowadays people do not trust anything related to Cryptsy after massive scam
1.mullick dabbled with Asiacoin : https://github.com/Mullick/AsiaCoinFix
2.Cryptsy has today a hacked Asiacoin client which allows multiple send of unconfirmed Asiacoin several times in a single block

example block : chainz.cryptoid.info/ac/block.dws?925374.htm
in this block : Cryptsy makes 3 transfers of same Asiacoins within single block ( two of them being of obviously unconfirmed amounts )
such Cryptsy blockS were seen in bigger numbers before
nobody knows how far Cryptsy hacked Asiacoin wallet
actually after Asiacoin premine was discovered end April 2014 - main intention of salvage group was to exchange all Asiacoins to new coin with a new blockchain without 3.2 billion premine wallet
then came new salvage group with Maestro1 claiming no need to exchange Asiacoin to a new coin, that 3.2 billion premine wallet will be software blocked
obviously, Maestro1 and all his team were in bed with original Asiacoin ''dev'' and wanted somehow to protect premine coins
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=595287.0

this premine wallet with 3.2 billion coins is visible today well in Abe explorer for Asiacoin
http://www.multifaucet.tk/index.php?blockexplorer=AC&top_addresses=100
actually with so much hacking of altcoins going on, one could not be sure that in future would not exist another hacked wallet allowing
for gradual reintroducing premine coins to Asiacoin

Better late than never to repair Asiacoin
actually thinking very seriously of arranging Asiacoin exchange to Asiacoin 2.0 with
-completely new codebase for Wallet, forked from 2016 coin sources
much superior to 2013 Bitcoin source
-new blockchain without 3.2 billion premine

-possibly options to exclude stolen Asiacoins from Cryptsy

please to comment on this possibility of repairing Asiacoin by exchanging Asiacoin to Asiacoin 2.0

please to submit ideas links and contacts where to try for exchanges

moreover, after Cryptsy fall, there might be a try from bigger altcoins to kill as big number of smaller altcoins as possible
possibly by influencing exchanges not to accept

situation is really critical

good ideas needed

edit: to illustrate what havoc could make Cryptsy guys ( could not underestimate hacking by Cryptsy guys ) - just take example of this weekend : some strange activity, almost sure to be connected with Cryptsy hackers kills entire Bitcoin blockchain
Up until Jan 17 2016, daily BTC txn volume was around 1.2-1.7 million BTC per day. Now it suddently jumped to around 33-37 million BTC per day. A few minutes ago, block #394736 moved almost 6.5 million BTC. And block #394739 should move around 7 million BTC. What's going on??

BTER.COM continues Asiacoin trading, but since June 2015 nobody could withdraw
Bter does nor respond to tickets or emails since.
after opening WD ticket comes within few days only automated answer: example from November:
Dear Sir,
Sorry, I am afraid it may take a while before the ac wallet is fixed
The AC withdrawal was cancelled. Please try to withdraw later when the wallet is fixed.Otherwise it may be stuck there.

Bter.com likely does not have any Asiacoin wallet at all
all Asiacoin trade on BTER is a fiction
actually, we should warn potential new users of this crime
best solution for this moment - put a warning on each page

DO NOT TRADE ASIACOIN AT BTER
NOBODY COULD WITHDRAW SINCE JUNE 2015
BTER DOES NOT HAVE ASIACOIN AT ALL

Tried to withdraw AsiaCoin from Bter. Now the coins are gone, but the withdrawal status says "Waiting for balance". Still waiting for an answer from support. Seems like my money simply disappeared.  Shocked

thank you very much for info

earlier in this thread there were guesses:
1.BTER does not seem to have any Asiacoin wallet ( it should be wallet in the 1 million + range and which stopped moving May/July 2015
and this wallet should have - as usual with exchanges - big number of inputs/outputs )
no such wallet seen until now
most likely Bter has ZERO Asiacoin
as indicated before in this thread - Asiacoins were sold hoping for price fall somewhere May/June 2015
2.in chinese threads there are accusations that BTER scam is much bigger than paltry 7.000 ''stolen'' BTC ( what everybody knows )
as far as can understand this Chinese texts, real BTER scam amounts to over 32.000 BTC

27  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: January 21, 2016, 02:28:50 AM
of smaller coins:

resuming some internal transfers on Cryptsy related Asiacoin wallets

in blocks around 1% out of total marketcap transferred to somewhere

there were absolutely no transactions of such volumes last months nor pending wd of such sizes

similar transactions on Cryptsy related AC wallets ran starting from end of November

could be explained by running from creditors and deposit holders

BTW Asiacoin wd still blocked - even small

Why has Bitcoin failed - Mike Hearn

https://medium.com/@octskyward/the-resolution-of-the-bitcoin-experiment-dabb30201f7#.406n35fcr

The fundamentals are broken and whatever happens to the price in the short term, the long term trend should probably be downwards. I will no longer be taking part in Bitcoin development and have sold all my coins.
the network is on the brink of technical collapse. The mechanisms that should have prevented this outcome have broken down, and as a result there’s no longer much reason to think Bitcoin can actually be better than the existing financial system.
If you had never heard about Bitcoin before, would you care about a payments network that:
Couldn’t move your existing money
Had wildly unpredictable fees that were high and rising fast
Allowed buyers to take back payments they’d made after walking out of shops, by simply pressing a button (if you aren’t aware of this “feature” that’s because Bitcoin was only just changed to allow it)
Is suffering large backlogs and flaky payments
… which is controlled by China
… and in which the companies and people building it were in open civil war?

my opinion of BTC range in foreseeable future ( assuming no drastic changes in global economy )
putting my opinion to benefit readers, who already could profit 50% in 10 days by following exactly my tip two month ago
btc range : expect to be usd 225 to 680
quite safe strategy would be to buy under 300 and sell over 430
there is some risk of dramatic dumping by major players below 225 on some unknown major negative news - and percentagewise this risk of major negative news is difficult to estimate
in my opinion: no chance to go over 680 ( without major change of type of : weimar 1923 type hyperinflation or world economy crash much worse than 2008 )
recently even 450 or 500 faces massive dumping by big players
possibility of new pump over 450 till around 680 by major players ( in order to profit themselves and then to organize even bigger dump ) : this probability IMHO is over 30 %

edit: 22 Jan, 09:19 UTC
this time missed local BTC peak at 425 to 429 depending on exchange, so literally following my tip ( ''sell at 430 '') made no profit this time
of course, i could put my last tip which had been ''sell at 430'' more like this way ''sell 20% at 420 , and sell 20% more at any 3 usd increments above 420'' but then it will be quite technical and more like addressed to pro traders

edit: 22 Jan, 09:36 UTC
more on BTC price fundamentals : as everybody knows there are only two major enemy battling camps influencing BTC price
1.BTC pushing up faction : miners - mostly Chinese, capital support unknown: as described in old article: ''
The 21 companies that control bitcoin
http://uk.businessinsider.com/bitcoin-pools-miners-ranked-2015-7?r=US&IR=T
2.BTC dumping faction : major financial powers, as described in this post above : want  to control BTC price downwards or ban outright

Asiacoin withdrawals at Cryptsy blocked persistently since Jan 8

on this thread

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1173703.new#new

there are speculations that:

1.some kind of court order blocked cold wallets

2.in the case of Cryptsy bankruptcy, depositors funds ( coins ) will be taken by creditors

3.wallet manager Mullick disappeared over two months ago, and over 80 wallets are in maintenance

Cryptsy support replies with one single formula :

Currently we are experiencing problems with our withdrawal system.
If you place a withdrawal for BTC LTC DASH BTCD and a few other coins, you may experience delays.

You will receive notice once we have resolved this problem

If you would like to cancel a withdrawal, please create a "new" ticket and choose "Cancel Withdrawal"
from the ticket type.

We appreciate your patience while we resolve these issues.

Asiacoin exchanges status

Cryptsy.com : withdrawals blocked for now.
Cryptsy has for sure huge number of Asiacoin on their wallets.
Not clear when withdrawals will be open again
quite possible that client's Asiacoin will be MINTPALED
on this thread below it is documented, that almost all coin withdrawals are stopped on Cryptsy including BTC
some days ago dogecoin withdrawals worked and dogecoin price on Cryptsy was 30% higher
now dogecoin is possibly stuck too

and cryptsy.com is thrown out from coinmarketcap.com 59 hours ago

not updated since 59 hours and cryptsy ''volumes'' are not counted anymore

bter.com : withdrawals blocked since June 2015
most likely BTER does not have any Asiacoin on their wallets
asiacoins listed on BTER possibly would be never bought back by BTER

Alstroph

Big fucking surprise. I purchased some cryptocurrency on Cryptsy, from here on out we will refer to it as XCoin.
XCoin was about 70% lower on Cryptsy when compared to other exchanges, so I purchased about $200 dollars worth. I then tried transferring about $1 worth out of my Cryptsy wallet into the main XCoin wallet. Never came, through some research I found out that XCoin had recently forked and Cryptsy had failed to update.
I bugged Cryptsy, eventually one of the admins told me that they did not know how to contact the XCoin devs. No problem, I knew how to do that. I put the two in contact with each other. Through this process I also landed a position working for XCoin.
I spent the next 2 months TIRELESSLY working with Cryptsy and XCoin to help exchange old coins for new coins. Near the end of this process we discovered that Cryptsy was under-allocated by about $10,000, meaning Cryptsy owed it's users $20,000 but they only had $10,000 worth of valid coins.
What happened? After pulling their fucking teeth out I was able to get Cryptsy to agree to the exchange HOURS before the deadline. Let's note that I was in the middle of this transaction and could have intercepted it with ease, but I trusted Cryptsy at this time.
So after the transaction what happens? Nothing. They pocketed the $10k, left the old worthless version of XCoin to die on the market. The Cryptsy users were screwed out of $20k while Cryptsy was $10k richer. They took no responsibility and blamed XCoin for the problems.
Not to mention I lost $200 and 2 months of time dealing with their bullshit. Fuck Cryptsy.

Hi there
I've downloaded the latest wallet version 2.2.1 en did exactly as described in the post on page 182 but my wallet can't synchronize bcs there are no active connections to Asiacoin network.
How can I fix this ?

description of problem too vague

could be for instance
1.firewall blocks Asiacoin ( this is most likely )
2.internet connection or router port forwarding blocked
( this is unlikely as Asiacoin should work OK even with port 35656 blocked by a internet provider - unlike Bitcoin core and some other bitcoin wallets having big problems when 8333 port is blocked
   or not forwarded properly )

more details needed ( firewall type, internet connection type, router type and so on )

None of this helped so I did it all over again: deleted everything in AppData/Roaming/Asiacoin folder except the wallet.dat file. Then I put wallet version 2.2.1 in the same folder and run the file. Wallet synchronized well this time but I LOST most of my coins Shocked Shocked Shocked. Before this  I got about 167000 coins and now after syncing with this new version I only have about 29000.
And the strange thing is that most of my previous incoming transactions are still showing as confirmed, but these coins somehow disappeared from my wallet. Huh Huh Huh
How can this be? What to do to get my coins back?

this is very strange situation
there is one really important question - without this answer is impossible to seek any solutions
the question is : which quantity of coins shows in your wallet Asiacoin explorer:  chainz.cryptoid.info/ac

PoW Phase Block Reward: 10,000 AC
PoS Phase Staking Rate: 100% annually decreasing to 2% per annum after 1st year
    Min Stake Age: 14 days

Max Coins After 100 Years: 823,707,260 AC
Initial Distribution: PoW period of 2 weeks

Bittcoinn, why we have so many coins now, not in 10 years?   https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ac/
It is not clear for me. 345 million at present?

as far as i know, nearly all altcoins have unlimited quantity including Ethereum
i am watching this subject what other coins are doing , but see nothing decisive
good example is 42 coin which was supposed to have 42.00 coins only
now it is as far as i know 52 coins already and growing every day  http://42.blockexp.info/
nearly all altcoins have wrong codes as to limit max quantity
for instance :

mullick ( wallet manager from Cryptsy ) says this time in DMD thread (50% POS)

The following line is commonly mistaken as restricting the total supply. Which it does not.

https://github.com/DMDcoin/Diamond/blob/master/src/main.h#L38

As you can see by the following results its only a sanity check used for transactions. You cant create a single transaction greater than that size.

https://github.com/DMDcoin/Diamond/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=MAX_MONEY

Unless the following line which appears to be unique to dmd restricts it

https://github.com/DMDcoin/Diamond/blob/master/src/main.h#L39

But I dont see that referenced anywhere else in the codebase.

The pos reward allows for endless creation unless otherwise limited

do not know how serious and real is limitation on BTC and LTC ( must ask a dev )

actually, for Asiacoin if someone starts normal Abe Explorer it is still visible a wallet with 3.2 billion coins :
http://www.multifaucet.tk/index.php?blockexplorer=AC&top_addresses=100
shows nice wallet AKPy5ugy98yBkBCNU9Ne1bHExy5tqdq9Gu having 3209869924.73000002 Asiacoins
and exactly same wallet shows when someone starts himself Abe Explorer

having this in consideration, i would say changing Asiacoin code to stop POS at current Asiacoin supply would be very counterproductive
every (potential ) serious investor in Asiacoin would start Abe Explorer first ( 15 minutes for a programmer on Linux ) and see this wallet

Hello,

Do you by chance have link to the source code of the newest wallet? I can check against ours and see what's up.

source code is at https://github.com/AsiaCoin/AsiaCoinFix

as indicated also on  https://www.cryptsy.com/currencies/view/AC

this source corresponds exactly to wallet version 2.2.1 being used

assemblies as http://sourceforge.net/projects/asiacoin/files/

I've got about 13,000 UTXO's from June - Sep 2015 that do not want to stake...anyone know what may be causing this issue and anyway I can fix it? I don't want to lose the coin age on these. Perhaps there is some wallet fix command I can run or there is a known fix for such an issue?

Asiacoin network is from time to time under some strange attack, and Asiacoin blockchain behavior is not easy to understand

some weeks ago Asiacoin blocks within 24 hours were found not each roughly 60 seconds but each 110 second all 24  hours

and same day difficulty sunk to absurd low 0.0002

this can be seen on explorer under ''overview'' as soon as it is back online

our developers at this moment cannot explain what kind of hack it was at this day

recently Peercoin was attacked by hackers and PPC blockchain crashed

so it seems as if i have just lost 50,000 asia coins by trying to send them to cryptsy on a old wallet. Why hasn't the website been updated with the latest wallet ? you go to the website and it says that the latest wallet is 2.0.1.0 and then i go and troll through posts to find out there is a newer wallet WTF guys this is total bullshit, i have done nothing but lost money on this fucking coin, since the inception where it was delisted and had then the coins returned and the value drop to nearly nothing, then to spend the next year staking what i have cause it wasn't worth anything and now to try to transfer the coins and loose them because no one can take a few minutes to update the fucking website bunch of amateurs

as to wallet - with nearly 100% certainty Cryptsy uses newest wallet - more precisely - compiling own client from latest source

reasons for Asiacoin delays hard to understand for now
1.possibly defending against some hacks by delaying transfer. In such a case transfers should arrive in some hours/days
2.also quite possible Cryptsy 2.0 new platform is crashing and transfers must be doublechecked by hand ( tough )
3.also theoretically possible that Cryptsy is delaying withdraws because doing some staking - explorer shows over 3.000 wallets as Cryptsy - for sure Cryptsy
has more wallets than this number
these officially known 3.000 wallets are not staking but some unknown wallets possibly could stake
in such a case - delays could be little longer
4.another possible explanation - by disrupting altcoin flow Cryptsy wants to crash altcoin prices. if successful then Cryptsy can make some more profit in arbitraging

whatever reason, Cryptsy is a headache

actually wondering why nobody uses cryptopia exchange

decent non-anonymous exchange from well regulated country

their software is less advanced but very stable

never seen any complaints on cryptopia

FRom BTER support regarding AC wallet (whats taking so long to be fixed? Until its fixed AsiaCoin is trading at 5000 satoshi lol)

Bter Support (bter)
Nov 9, 17:35

Dear Sir,
Sorry, I am afraid it may take a while before the ac wallet is fixed
The AC withdrawal was cancelled. Please try to withdraw later when the wallet is fixed.Otherwise it may be stuck there.

Thanks for your patience.

wallet fixed - most likely only when Asiacoin will be at around 100 or so
( at which price exactly BTER blocking started ? 120 ? 130 ?)
this seems to be the levels BTER sold client's Asiacoins hoping for price fall

my opinion of Bitcoin rally

1.rally stops at around 410 levels

2.around a month stays at 400+

3.then slips to 340-350 levels

4.then begins short selling pattern similar as 2014 : lower lows

some reasoning : looking at alexa

bitcointalk slips down http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/bitcointalk.org

bitcoin.org stabilized http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/bitcoin.org

mmmglobal.org this mega-scam must finish some day http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/mmmglobal.org
( offering 100% monthly bitcoin ponzi on a global scale, 20.000 to 40.000 youtube videos )
and after imminent mmmglobal crash BTC image would be burned heavily worldwide
many working class families in India South Africa and elsewhere would remember losing family money on BTC
a clever trick of BTC enemies at New York, Washington DC, Basel and elsewhere - use MMM

edit: after yesterday's dump from 459.2 top to 377 within three hours nobody believes anymore in Bitcoin rally?

started to figure out ( even difficult to imagine today ) that for pump and dump team even better dump will be from 600-650 levels

difficult to imagine today, but theoretically it is possible for pumpers to somehow pump till 600+ within weeks/months

edit : Nov 07, 03:31 UTC : anybody who possibly followed my tip would make an easy 50% to his money in a few days ( without leverages )
-buy at my post at 320 levels
-close at any 410 levels and reverse ( short )
my timing and levels were not 100% exact, but easy 50% profit was possible - easy - by literally following my tip

bitcoin devs disclosed a vulnerability in October

https://bitcoin.org/en/alert/2015-10-12-upnp-vulnerability

solutions provided:

Either

turn off the checkbox in the GUI under Options → Network → Map port using UPNP

or

add the line upnp=0 to your bitcoin.conf file (asiacoin.conf)

or

add -upnp=0 to the command line options

it is advisable to disable upnp
