I am actually beginning to doubt the potential of this project, not about the project in itself, but about the team supposed to carry it, I have never seen a project so badly handled. No marketing campaign nor media covers, no communication whatsoever for potential investors, delayed once, maybe a second time and anyhow they won't receive much ethers with such way of handling an ICO, very unprofessionnal, I am thinking this could just be a SCAM. I invested quite some ethers in January, enough to know that it will be taken to court and investigated if the team does not begin to show some moves, always traces to roll back and find the real identities and nowadays scammers should know they can get prosecuted for such acts. I am not saying that they are (yet) but this is all way too shaddy.
 Or and it is maybe not reassuring neither, they just don't have a clue of what they are doing. The day I can pull out of this project I surely will do it in no time, if I have the chance to, even at loss which is almost inevitable considering ether's sharp raise.

I ADVISE ALL POTENTIAL INVESTORS NOT TO ENGAGE ANY MONEY IN THIS PROJECT AS LONG AS LIGHT HAS NOT BEEN MADE. It would be very unreasonnable and reckless.
A little math just for the fun, number of coins, 100 000 000, price in dollar per coin is 16 now, which would make a 1.6 billion $ marketcap (Litecoin's marketcap is that amount in comparision) , just like that, with nothing solid, just a beta for one poker game... this is clearly fucked up. If those guys are not scammers then we have the most dumb team of the year award to give out.
Go look at DAO Casino, they are real ( I met them) serious, motivated, media coverage, well advised, Vitalik and other eth developpers did look it up and they changed a lot after those advices.
Yeah, I know I should shut my mouth being an investor, but right now I just don't want more people to feel like I do.

This thread seems to be more dead everytime I come, and this project more shaddy and unprofessionnal as ever, just to say that things are moving at a very fast pace right now ( I won't even go into the Ether price since my last post, it would be deppressing for investors like me having money stuck up since months and not even sure to have the benefits from it, because that is the problem here, ROI might just be 0)

It's like all ICO's have really lousy dashboards, either it's not clear or has a bug or like now simply down.
A bit annoying, so now between the rapidity some ico's have ended and the bugs when too much people, we will have to wait like when the new hype product in limited quantity is out at midnight and put a tent in front of the store and start a queue >_<

Few things are catching my attention here.
I invested yesterday while it had already said "auction ended", and the transaction went through with the eth adress created by Gnosis, and I just tried 0.5 eth now at the time of writing and transaction still went through.
It would not be the first time an ICO page is showing wrong informations.
I would not see the point of the Gnosis team to create such an abnormal situation.
Also, Vitalik Buterin, not known to be a scammer clearly approved this ICO management and is an advisor, and when we see Ethereum I would not understand why back up Gnosis if the project is shady or bad handled.
What is sure is that this ICO was not clear as to the model, many people did not understand the concept, and with othe ICO's like Melon or IEX ending in matters of hours, people just did not want to miss the train.
Another important thing, if we look at 2 of the top cryptos who are Bitcoin and Dash we know for both that the creators both hold large amounts of tokens in wallet (1 million for Satoshi and 2 millions for DASH founder) and both have not used their tokens and did not even "lock" their wallet, and still people "trust" these coins even if some will disagree for sure specially about one of the two examples. So Gnosis clearly is not ideal regarding the process, but it does not mean the ROI will be catastrophic, just it will take some time to be positive ROI. Eth did not trade after ICO for example and it did not matter, only made the project more strong.
So let's wait and see how this turns out.
After reading a bit on Gnosis, it is reasonnable to think other "future token launches" will be made.
And I sure hope a big part of remaining funds will be locked for a long period, a statement from Gnosis will be reassuring.

You might want to see the process of this ICO which is pretty much unique, value of coin decreases over time, not the opposite, so cap right now will only go decreasing, a bit complex model, but looking it thoroughly you will see it is not what you think it is, even Vitalik Buterin agreed this would be a great way to do an ICO, goal is to avoid friction, and not rush since the first GNO will be very expensive, and price decreases over time, and at the end all investors will receive the amount calculated from the last block of the ICO period, meaning even if you invest now you will get more coins than what you think, go look before stating wrong informations.
But it might indeed go pretty fast anyway

How can I say this without being considered a fudder,
I honnestly think that your team has a clear lack of communication, which seems to me essential for a project like this one to be successfull, momentum is important, having some infos to corroborate and develop attention also, not everything relies on Developping because without funds and community you just have a potential that may not transform into a success.
Few points that I find important as to lack of communication and management:
First, An ICO date must be respected or announced delayed quite some time before, not the case here (though I admit you finally changed dates on ICO sites but very lately, after the supposed start, and the start is now 3 months after, knowing this I would have invested later and less), people who invest don't necessarily want their funds to be blocked advitam eternam specially with the volatility which will lead to 2nd point.
Many ICO's nowaday had the logic to modify their ICO prices when big moves like Ether had past few months, or pegged the price to dollar which seems lot more fair in comparison to a questionnable argument
I invested at a certain price expecting an ICO at  a given date after, and yes still undervalued, but 4 times less than originally, and the point of being early bird is to benefit from a potential gain. But I understand your point about early backers and your non responsability as to volatility, but it does change the deal even for future investors, and that may result in a potential fear of an over valued project and have your team gather less funds than anticipated.  (posts like mine don't really help, I totally agree, but transparency seems essential to me, a direct message has lot less consideration.
No incentive as to bounty campaigns and visibility in the crypto environnement which will not help building a momentum even if july seems now pretty far.
Not answering a bounty translation, or just creating a bounty program so people can know and get prepared, or begin part of the work if it is considered which is not an obligation from you, but clarity is important.

To all the newcomers, I am not saying this prject is a scam, just that it had some lacks and I pointed them out hoping it might change something, this is all. I wish this project has success.

And by the way everybody http://demo.pokereum.io/ the demo is coming out in 1 day now, and this is a great opportunity to test the client and see that this project is serious, concrete and hopefully of quality.
Since this is a first iteration, changes or modifications and improvements will happen, and maybe the team wants some return from the people who have tested it. That's where community is important.

Thank You innovator256 for your answers and informations, I totally understand your concerns and roadmap, it is legitimate to think this way, I would just point out that Ico info sites have not changed the ICO start date, and it might get confusing for people wanting to join the project, I have invested couple months ago now, and I sure hope your project will be valuable since the Eth value sharply raised meanwhile, giving you guys even more funds to develop properly, I just hope that this value difference will still be worth it for all the investors (Ether quadrupled since beginning of the year) 
Any regards on that ? Any incentives for the early birds compared to when the ICO will start (40% discount was good, but with a currency multiplying by 4 since launch of seed funding it makes your SUP value also way higher than expected originally (I know currency values are quite volatile and uncertain, but it does change the game quite much) Any possible refunds for investors thinking this is now over rated ?
Are you preparing for a big marketing campaign once the beta is launched ? Any staff onboard for that ?

 Presence in future conferences and events to be visible ?

The launch is supposed to be in 2 days now and still no update on the project, no marketing nor communication whatsoever since more than a month, a dead thread.
Not the ideal environnement to bring investors to participate to this project which is a bit worrying, I know devs are not here to market their project but something should be done to boost this project.

I can be irresponsible and assume my consequences, I say it now, I do not "need" any funds back from the 3 escrowers, but I just find it unbelievable to escrow while you know there is a timelapse impossible to overwatch and "police".
I will surely know bitcointalk escrows can be as irresponsible as me (lol) and hold no real value except as a make-up/trompe l'oeil, which is not their original purpose.
Who can say except for their reputation (trust) that escrows are not part of the scam (I do not "believe" in that schema, but to highlight the fact it is not secure.)
Probably for a lot it is a basis but many just continue. Each responsible in a way. Trusted escrow companies with real backups, founders and team made public, white paper not just being Word, a true team already gathered, a project roadmap solid and not hastened.
Anyway, not holding grudges to anyone here excepted the obvious scammers.
I hope this lesson will be of use to everybody, investors, escrowers, team members.
