21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NINJA][SCRYPT] GraphCoin [ROADMAP][NO ICO/PREMINE] on: May 11, 2015, 10:56:09 AM
I'm the person who is always afraid of those big dumps, that some whale decide to get out.

But with Grapchoin I have never been this relaxed! The biggest dump that can happen now is 1.2 BTC, that's nothing.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NINJA][SCRYPT] GraphCoin [ROADMAP][NO ICO/PREMINE] on: May 10, 2015, 09:54:21 AM
That's amazing, I have never seen such low percentage on and exhcange before. All coins on exchange is only worth like 10btc now, talk about a low supply.
Just imagine when the demand comes  Wink

First place on bittrex!
Let the pump begin  Cool

Btw, loving the roadmap. Can't wait to start earning BTC with my GPH holdings, besides the value itself.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NINJA][SCRYPT] GraphCoin [ROADMAP][NO ICO/PREMINE] on: May 08, 2015, 05:45:19 PM
Nice little shakeout now before the real rocket comes on roadmap release.
Was able to pick up some more, have a pretty nice bag now Cheesy

See people talk about 0.005, and that's very good, but I believe we can go much futher if the tech the dev has planned can be made real.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NINJA][SCRYPT] GraphCoin [ROADMAP][NO ICO/PREMINE] on: May 08, 2015, 03:45:19 PM
We have a Breakout!

Look that 20k break when roadmap is released.
So undervalued right now, just look at the marketcap  Cool
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [EKN] Elektron - EKN - ElektronFoundation TOR MARKET - Bittrex - Cryptsy on: May 08, 2015, 01:06:21 PM
whos the noop dumping so cheap.. Grin

So dumb, this is easily worth 10k!

It's not unusual in crypto, many coins are developed by techno geek code warriors not accomplished marketeers, PR agents and project managers. Communication and presentation are well down the list of priorities/skills.

The silence is either a sign of hard work from a small team/one man band on the next development release or a sign Dev has disappeared. Flip a coin. In/Out.......

Very well said. The best developers are usually not good at PR/managing. I am actually thinking about applying to become a community manager or some sort.
Because EKN needs more communication.

Also as you say, it can go both ways. There is always a possibility that the dev/s has disappeared.
However I see it as much more unlikely here because of the work already put in. Most coins that get abandond so quick never had anything other then ideas & promisses.

It's a risk ofcours, but also very high reward opportunity Smiley
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [EKN] Elektron - EKN - ElektronFoundation TOR MARKET - Bittrex - Cryptsy on: May 08, 2015, 11:12:48 AM
Wow, we are up over 100% today.
Someone obviously know something we don't :O

I bet the dev will announce something awesome today!
28  Other / Archival / Re: = on: April 28, 2015, 06:14:06 PM
I am guessing he is out of "dirt" and is trying to do whatever he can to get his negative removed Wink

I don't think it is going to work.

I am certain it will not work, he seems to be very backwards! I mean who would ask for accounts for a smear campaign it is like he wants certain people/person to see and get scared or something lol

OP you are a dafty mate and i stand by you could not even create a smear let alone maintain and or afford aha!
29  Other / Archival / Re: WTB shills for smear campaign on: April 28, 2015, 05:56:35 PM
PM sent bud

You are just as bad as him wtf is wrong with you people lol smear campaign you are very clever little man aren't you my bet is you can't even afford to set up a proper smear, what you want the whole of 2 member accounts?  Cheesy
30  Economy / Gambling / Re: 💥BitHorse. BETA testing Opened for BitHorse V2! (Unique new game!) on: April 28, 2015, 05:51:57 PM

Hold your horses they are not 12 tracks O_O!. the are 3, Each got day and night, Small and big tracks. But hey i you want to count them as 12, thanks!

31  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitcoinPoker.gg - High Stakes. High Rewards - Secure Bitcoin Poker on: April 28, 2015, 05:43:32 PM
Are withdrawals going out?  I submitted one last night and it hasn
t been processed.

I got my last withdrawal yesterday but just small amount (20chips) and it was less than 12hours. http://prntscr.com/6z7goz
But now seems that the site is down (I can't access it since few hours ago), can you access it now?

Down for me too.  Hopefully all's okay with the site and its owner/operator.  At this point we'll just have to wait for updates here.
I can access the site and there is a freeroll playing.

Very interesting!  I just started kicked off the tor browser and I see the site *is* up.  Must be something about USA ISPs blocking....

I am not in the US and i am getting on there fine, so you may well be right there.

** ALERT **

An arrest warrant was issued against Bryon Micon in Las Vegas Justice Court on Monday on one count of operating an unlicensed interactive gaming system. The charge carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison and a $50,000 fine.

http://www.reviewjournal.com/news/las-vegas/nevada-ag-charges-online-poker-operator-who-used-bitcoin

Holy moly!  Stay safe, Micon!  I hope they don't do extradition or whatever from Antigua.

Actually Antigua and Barbuda does have an extradition treaty with the US, but Antigua has very lax gambling regulations and has "stood up" to the US in the past over online gambling. I think he is relatively safe there, but nobody is completely safe from the US. it isn't possible to get away from the most powerful organization on the planet.

Yes i agree it is near impossible to stay safe away from the big businesses/bankers personal protection racket. Guns in your face over a bloody simple bitcoin poker site  Huh They're likely to give him a harsh sentence as well i would have thought because clearly someone/s has something against him for all this carry on. Good luck Micon!

Huh who said i gambled for stress? lol I gambled for profit as most people do but it backfired hard and this is the first time i had got acrried away like that.

Well you said:

"Only gamble what you can afford to lose, (is what i should have listened to) Smiley"

Sounds like the amount you deposit or decided to play with was going to cause you stress if you lost, and you did, sounds like end result = some stress.  Why bother playing a game for stress?

Let me break it down for you, I set out to gamble 0.5btc win or lose that was my limit 'what I could afford to lose', all would have been good and happy and I could not have cared less, then for some reason because I lost quickly I felt hard done by and I went back on my word and deposited more trying to chase the small 0.5bct.

Do you have any idea about gambling because it seems you don't understand what happens when you start chasing losses 'I got carried away'. Yes of course I set out to stress myself that is why I had a limit of 0.5btc i could afford to lose lol.

you know how to treat gamble but can't resist it! So you end up losing money. If you lose money, you still try to win back. If you win, you still try to win more! You never stop gambling, you will always lose money in gamble!

Exactly great you understand mate, that was the first time I had got carried away like that which was shame as now I will not play it again. Was fun while it lasted. Oh and really stressful every time I deposited  lol

for block 345110:
there were 4 bets
and this is the winning payout
https://blockchain.info/tx/52b49ab4afec119a18925b6a8ce17df2e3405ea808e43ce81289edf54aaa2669
who won this one?

the prize is 0.04 x 99% or 0.0396 BTC

That is my address and yes I won the winning price is 0.04 because there are 4 people right? Nice but it seems this is just a random and need luck may be. So far it is so fun and thanks for the prize. So how long are this game going to take? Is there any time limit for it?

it will go on as long as there are players.

I will be taking a seat and watching a few blocks and i will be getting involved seems like a good enough game and it is different which makes it all the better for me personally. See you soon  Cheesy
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ryan Pumper: Pumpers Picks (Updated Daily) on: April 28, 2015, 03:24:31 PM
95% of people in this thread are the same person

Yes i agree that is clear as day that it is the same few people, i would go with 3-5 people with 3-5 shill accounts each, what a show these clowns are putting on! I feel sorry for anyone that see's the dollar signs without opening their eyes fully. 0.5 for entry in a group and for your troubles they take a massive dump on you when you buy all their coins. Amazing..
36  Economy / Gambling / Re: - 0Wins / 117Losses - Let's Lose A Few Dollars Together - on: April 28, 2015, 03:04:26 PM
Angry I Can't Wait To Know What It Feels Like To Win 2 In A Row.  Angry

I will trade you 2 picks for 2 picks of mine and we will see how we get on and hopefully i can lose more and you will win more  Cheesy Jokes aside i am loving your stats! You are truly one of the best threads i have come across, people should take note..
37  Other / Meta / Re: people "buying" trust without you noticing? on: April 28, 2015, 03:00:53 PM
I would say a lot of the loans are for gambling if they a frequently borrowing not that it is any of our business  Cheesy Yeh that should be a limit to what entitles positive feedback from a trusted member, i mean if i borrow 0.01 and pay back 0.013 then i should not get any trust for that imo if i borrowed 0.4btc and then repayed would be nice to have some trust because i was clearly trust worthy.
38  Economy / Gambling / Re: Looking for palyers who are at a loss from gambling. on: April 28, 2015, 02:55:04 PM
I think you have to have fixed limits for profit, deposits and losses before you begin to play
Write in a paper the maximum you can deposit(afford to lose), the profit that you want to get,and when you want to stop playing
You have to strictly follow these amounts

Thanks for the advice and to be fair i did try to limit myself but after losing one btc i started chasing and depositing again to try win it back, i am backing away from it from now but if i do have a bet on the weekend i will do as you have stated and make sure i stick to it.

Its stupid to gamble with what you can't handle like you said.
I have lost a  lot initally as well, and the only good that has come out of it, is that I don't waste money on dice/other gambling games. I do a little bit of sports betting and Poker , thats all.

After losing before over 2 BTC, I looked for threads like these https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=345103.0  , and stopped gambling thereafter, It becomes an addiction if you keep continuing after losing

So it is not unusual that guys lose a few btc and feel bad, i am not alone  Undecided I am joining you with just a weekend bet on sports and i also like to play poker so instead of throwing the btc away at least i will have fun playing poker win or lose. Thanks for the link i will take a look at it shortly.

As the subject says i am interested to hearing peoples gambling losses, i am a little strange but i lost a few bitcoin last night on dice and my way of dealing with it is to hear others have been in the same boat.

Maybe you have lost more than 2.3btc if so where, when and how did you manage to lose your bitcoin?

Disclaimer if it is to hard for you to come to terms with don't reply i am only looking for those who are willing losers, jk. Looking for those that don't care about their losses!

If you have had big wins or are in profit then you could finish the losses post with a positive vibe as not to put people of more than needed lol

Only gamble what you can afford to lose, (is what i should have listened to) Smiley

If you can find other people who have lost the same or large amounts im assuming that means you feel better about yourself for gambling too hard?

There probably aren't many adults around who havent gambled more than they would like to have on a particular life bet, even if that is a non conventional gambling method.  I wouldnt feel bad about a one off if you have recognised the problem, then work on ways to stop it from happening again.  This post concerns me a little that you are trying to normalize the situation too much, most people gamble purely for fun, not stress.

Assuming there are more people who have lost more would not exactly make me feel better because i like people losing more about i am not alone in losing more than i set out to.

Yes definitely see the problem and i won't be doing that again to feel the way i did  Undecided

Huh who said i gambled for stress? lol I gambled for profit as most people do but it backfired hard and this is the first time i had got acrried away like that.

I would sell all my BItcoins if A, i needed the money and wasn't able to keep saving or B, The price reached a level where i was happy to withdraw and invest in other things until it dropped again and i was able to buy in for a lower price.
