I was talking about that.  I guess I was totally confused.  I was hanging around quite a bit last week during the week, I didn't notice that it was daily.  I can be pretty obtuse, though.  Anyway, thanks for the info, I'll jump into that 25 sometime in the next day or so.

Some bad news for Bryan Micon, SwC operator. Arrest warrant was issued against him.

Attorney General Adam Laxalt has scheduled a news conference today to give details of a case against Bryan Micon and his Bitcoin-fueled Seals with Clubs poker site, which was shut down Feb. 11.

An arrest warrant was issued against Micon in Las Vegas Justice Court on Monday on one count of operating an unlicensed interactive gaming system. The charge carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison and a $50,000 fine.

That is a little of topic because as you can see BItcoinPoker.gg is anonymous and has not shown their name to be harassed by the bankers personal protection. If true this is obviously good for other poker sites but bad for bitcoin poker as you can see where this is leading to heavy regulation.

All that drama for a poker site feel for the guy because he is not a bad person   

On a side note OP i would play the 25GTD everyday but it does not start till early hours for me and i have got my sleeping pattern back on track, please consider making a GTD for around from now till 7 hours away

That's as 'on-topic' as it gets. This is pretty important news for bitcoinpoker.gg (and other BTC poker sites) for the reasons you mentioned.

1- Operators now know what kind of reaction they should expect from authorities if they don't take proper measures (anonymity).

2- SwC is/was most popular BTC poker site. All those players will now be looking for other places to play. This is a huge, not-to-be-missed opportunity for bitcoinpoker.gg to make themselves visible and attract more (valuable) users.

Edit: I may have jumped with point 2 too soon. Apparently Bryan Micon resides outside of US, so he can choose to continue operating SwC and never return to US.

last time I open this site was 12hours ago and I had no issues.
But after read your post, I got the same problem..loading so long and ended in connection timeout.

You're right that the site needs more players.  However, in my experience, it's more each time I try (a few weeks ago it was a ghosttown).  I doubt seriously that SwC will close because of this situation, I'm pretty sure it's why Micon went to Antigua.

I am not sure why some of you are having issues accessing the site. I am able to access it just fine without using TOR.

Our server provider could of had an overnight maintenance window that we were not aware of.

I have logged in without trouble without tor and my connection held ok for about half an hour before logging out, I am based in Europe and from here all is good. Great looking site by the way.
