GREAT NEWSLedger wallet now supports Stratis https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledger-wallet-chrome now has Stratis support, they will soon add the Ledger Wallet Stratis app to Ledger manager and their website etc. The official tweet from them will start the marketing for this integration. Feel free to download and build the chrome app before this, instructions are included in the repo. Don't forget come visit the Stratis Team at the Blockchain Expo in London Olympia on 23-24 January. Did they come with the suggestion to add Stratis themselves or did you ask them to? I saw another altcoin wanting to be added to the Ledger eco system, it would cost around 49,000 euros to have the Nano S / Blue app developped, to get support added to the Chrome App, to have an explorer API developped for the backend and to get a supply of a 1000 Ledger Nano S units with the altcoins logo engraving. Maybe the supply of a 1000 Ledger Nano S units isn't included within this addition, but either way it seems like a pretty amazing addition. You will find that "james" = "morden" = "moonscape" = "nexus-dev" = "riverhead"All them are upgraded to witness accounts and are supporting each other with votes. Most are in active witness list right now, working tirelessly  Thats one single person - the biggest cheater - famous riverhead from Steem. The second one: "joseph" = "john" = "utclover" = Mr Stuhlman All those witness accounts were forging blocks yesterday. Today only one is active however. I think the problem here is that the dev didn't increase the default 11 witness nodes. It should have started at 101 and then increased as we got more interest.
Can we vote to increase the amount of witness node block finders?
I agreed I think we need to raise the limit so everyone can get a chance to find coins. |

Well you could go to the http://blockchain-expo.com/speakers/ conference and meet Chris there, I think a few ppl that live near by who support Stratis are going. Chris has given them an open invite to meet with him. You could ask him if it's a scam, but i'm guessing that would be and awkward convo in real life. Or stay home and ponder the 'scaminess' of the project. Hey at least next year there will be many speaking events at conferences you could catch the team then>!! DEVELOPERS UPDATEOur developers have been working so hard and so fast on the nStratis project that it’s often difficult to keep on top of the latest news, so this week we have made a special effort to bring you a snapshot of what is happening under the hood of nStratis, right now. Visual block explorer Great news – our visual block explorer is within reach. Just two tasks stand between us and having a simple user interface that will enable users/corporations to interrogate the Stratis blockchain: 1, fork the Azure blockchain indexer and 2, see to QbitNinja. Once completed, we will have an official visual block explorer and API that should be able to support up to 20,000 requests per second! Full Node Update from Nicolas Dorier For Stratis full node, the consensus code is done. There are two further things that need to be done that I will focus on: downloading from the network – not from a single node peer, and the RPC Server. I’ve worked quite a lots with ASP.NET core on TumbleBit, so it should be easy. For NTumbleBit: I coded all the logic for puzzle promise and puzzle solver. What is needed now is to do the TumblerServer. This is well on the way and I don’t expect much difficulty in getting it finished. You can read more about The NTumbleBit project in our recent blog post ‘Anonymous Transactions Coming to Stratis’ that can be found here. In a nutshell, TumbleBit is a new anonymous payment protocol that aims to solve two of the major challenges faced by Bitcoin, scaling Bitcoin to keep up with the increasing demand, and protecting the privacy of payments made via Bitcoin. According to Nicholas TumbleBit will likely be the first off-chain payment system to reach mainstream adoption. We are pleased therefore to be making steps towards adopting this technology into nStratis. nStratis is Hackathon-ready We are happy to report that nStratis is now in a ready state for the hackathon. The consensus code for Stratis’ full node is complete and has passed it’s checks. nStratis also supports netstandard (for netcore and cross platform) and has a published and ready to use nuget package. We are using the nStratis nuget package with the netcore project [name of the Minter] to download the blockchain and will be using it to build and broadcast POS blocks to the network. NBitcoin Update from Nicolas Dorier Regarding NBitcoin: I’ve just removed dependency to System.Numerics and allowed compilation without Newtonsoft. This basically means that it now theoretically works on Unity. I also coded a bunch of JsonConverter out of the box for serializing to Json – the most commonly used class in NBitcoin. Hello new logo!  We are excited to officially reveal our new logo to you today. The Stratis brand is currently undergoing a complete face-lift that will include a brand new website. This is necessary in order to be ready for the commercial market. We will be shedding our startup skin between now and the new year and this is the first of our grand reveals. This team is way too arrogant, they have only made some code but achieved nothing. Even the wallet is full with bugs. You are all acting as if you are already on the finish line.
Why would a company want to buy coins? They can just steal the open source code and host their own network. Then all work is done for nothing. And how do you think you can get these so called customers? Besides the fact that there are too many coins and not 98 million coders worldwide. I understand they only need 1 coin to be part of the network that is basically run for free by other people their computer and power resources. It will only cost for those people. What use case does it have then yes nothing? And will these coins be used one time only and then get burned or stay in existence? And what about the cloud why is it not finished yet. Why can't i do anything now with only coins on exhange or some piece of shit wallet. It's way too overvalued now.

Well then answer my question instead of talking out of your ass Which wallet is full with bugs? Our interim wallet is based on Blackcoin, which is a proven digital currency code base, the bug that Stratis experienced was due to a parameter change between Blackcoin and Stratis that did not cause any problems until recently. The interim wallet based on Blackcoin has been stable so far and credit must go to the Blackcoin team for their work and dedication. They do not need to steal our code as its open source. However, should they require the network security of the Strat blockchain, the in house expertise of the team that created the platform and to do business with a company that as an organization is able to offer them an enterprise end to end solution. They will choose Stratis. I do not understand your point on the coin supply, 100M coins with 1-2% inflation is optimum for our platform and technology. Developers do not have to purchase any Stratis to develop applications and platforms with our Stratis Development Framework. However, if they want to deploy their app on our cloud platform or utilize a private chain, this will incur a fee in STRAT combined with the STRAT they must purchase to utilize on their private chain. In the standard Stratis chain model the coins can move between the main chain and the side chains, so the coins are not burned. We will be implementing a fee based POS reward structure once the transaction volume can sustain the network, this will remove the 1-2% inflation from staking. As far as use cases, I would start by reading the use cases listed in the whitepaper. We are developing the tools and the platform to allow .NET developers to create the next generation of blockchain applications and platforms without knowing the inner workings of cryptography and the blockchain itself. There will be use cases and innovations in future that we have not even thought about before. The Stratis platform will offer an end to end Blockchain development platform built on Microsoft technologies, which is the major player in corporate environments. Microsoft runs on the majority of corporate desktops, developers have not had a simple SDK or framework to develop the next generation of desktop apps, we are creating them as we speak.
