That is the worst way to do it. I suggest doing what Ethereum did. Loan money and then hire market makers and traders to make trading have high volume. It will encourage the people to get in and buy the coin.

Yuanbao is possible, a popular exchange in China, but Huobi is not an altcoin exchange, they only have one alt, aka ltc. Huobi even doesn't list ETH, if they can list Stratis, it would be a    HUGE GREEN DILDO.
