You should lock the older scam accusation thread if you want to have this new thread active. You are already spamming the forum for having 2 active thread with same purpose. Creating new thread will just create more opportunities for user to spam your thread with same opinion comment. The power of the community is very limited and you should convince chips.gg for your case and not us if you want to receive your money.

The only thing we can do is to create a flag against the casino and put a negative trust on it. But it will need a very solid evidence like that since they are accusing you for violation of there ToS. We should wait for there response and be patient. Ignoring your concern for a period of time will only mean a red flag.

Most players violate the roles of a casino without even knowing, how can one who was a van from someone else still commit a similar offense on the new one, and when their accounts are restricted, their ruse out to accuse the casino of banning their accounts unfairly?

But if you the player can share some basic information to make your claim to have some substantial evidence or will help fast track the level of support you will receive because others will have evidence to work with.

We must stress that we cannot reveal any explicit information about how our security system runs and how players are caught out when attempting to or actively abusing the platform. This would be a dangerous breach of our security and the casino industry's security. We cannot divulge specific information however, we can say that the player was flagged for value bets on player props.

To go back to our original response on this thread, the player's account was NOT closed because he was limited on another casino. During the conversation with the player, he shared information that he was limited elsewhere and he was asked by our support staff why he was attempting to abuse our sportsbook to which no answer was given.

When your account was closed at Chips you are correct in saying that you can no longer access our live support feature, you were given an email address to send any further correspondence to by our live support agent. Chipsgg already provide a detailed explanation based on there last reply here. I believe they already assumed that they explained already their side so don’t expect them to reply here again quick. I suggest that you should create this post too on Askgambler because they are active on this kind of case. Chipsgg probably ill not released sensitive data in the public while Askgambler is the platform which casino can give their evidence without exposing it in public.

I didn’t follow your case but if I understand correctly. You are just demanding now to explain what kind of abused did you do? I see many case like this on Askgambler, you should try that too since casino has fast communication with that platform than here in terms of complaints that casino is convinced that they are right.

Many gambling site are using the same game provider but its not ok to flag your account because they’ve seen irregularities on your account with the other site, Chipsgg should not allow this to happen and better to explain this further. OP should continue to communicate though and demand for damages if proven not guilty. I’m wondering now if the gambling site shares your data to other site? Is it safe for the gamblers?

They already said no, they are not connected in any to Rollbit.

Chips.gg has given their reason above already, it's on their decision whether to closed an account and return the money to the player if they suspected that something is not right, although this is still open for interpretation.

Unfortunately, I don't think chips.gg have an active community on this forum, what I would advice you do is to do some research and see if you can find any authority governing them so you can report this case, this is an outright fraud and shouldn't be condoned.

   -  Based on the picture you gave evidence, it can be said that you have a strong evidence and this might have a chance for you to win against this casino, I just wonder what is the relationship of the casino you used to play with the casino platform here at chipsgg? it has nothing to do with their rules and policies, to be honest. They don't want to pay you out of your casino winnings.

Your money is also 12k$ more than theirs, so if you have abused other casino platforms, did you abuse their chips? I agree because, with the evidence you showed, I didn't see any abuse, this is the real problem with other casinos when it comes to the large amount of money that a gambler takes out of their platform.

The case is that you took your chance with chips.gg even though they mentioned they are waiting for the answer from their sports provider. That should have hinted you to hold off your bets and wait for their go signal. Correct me if I'm wrong on the sequence of events.

Maybe the support should have advised you to not bet yet but I guess no casino would ever do that. They probably wouldn't refund you anything in case you lost prior to receiving a word from their provider.
