Nba and Evoulation casino games and I did 15.500 dollars and could not withdraw my money last 2 days.
Meanwhile, I uploaded 3 level KYC documents in my account and it was approved On 9.12.2022, A person named Anderson from live support said that
Claiming I was abusing Rollbit, which is the same infrastructure but another site, and said that they would delete all my wins from his account and close my membership.
I can play games and deposit and withdraw money in my account at Rollbit. There is no abuse.Even continues in our Affiliate partnership with Rollbit.
I learned that there are many people in Chips.gg who are experiencing the same situation, I hope you guys care

What a lame excuse by the casino, it really doesn't make any sense and I guess, without having a read at them, nothing about this is stated in their Term and consitions.

Is this possible, to punish one player because of the wrongdoing he did in other casinos, does Chips.gg have this in their TOS first time I read something like this and this is not acceptable you treat your player based on the action of your platform not on what he did in another platform this is worse than scamming because the player is innocence, he trusts your casino and believes that you are legit but what you did is something that is quite unbelievable.

Bitcointalk ranks does not matter, it is an external account — a casino account. The number of years a casino operation does not matter as well. There are lots of them who have once with good reputation then sucks later on.

The case OP looks like legit based on the screenshot and it's a very lame excuse for what the support answered. This is a unique case from other casino issue i have read actually, that's why a representative/community manager should be heard here or any gambling community/forum, why this is possible.

No kidding, Why casino will required KYC if they are just gonna declined the withdrawal of there user? What’s the sense of asking KYC documents while the result is already determined.

The casino probably is looking for some hole to accuse the player.  If the KYC verification failed,  then the casino won't have any problem confiscating the users funds and winnings.  It is the best first step to deny a player of payment.

This is weird case though for support or the casino itself to just close someone accounts who goes on a KYC already on their platform and pass it and then suddenly claiming that they he is abusing their system and then just close his account?

I admit that I used Chips.gg in the past specially when they are new here in the community, never had problems.
