There have been some amazing concept designs created like this example. DEX will get some basic UI improvements in the next month, and stuff like this might be in the new few months. Wow! I didn't use Waves wallet long time and I see the design became awesome and have more usability. Really good work I want that!

If token leasing is a thing...couldn't this enable shorting on the dex in the future?

Consider moving this onto the WAVES chain...the wallet and DEX are much nicer...WAVES is NXT 2.0. It will attract way more interested people to this project.

---- May profit share ---- A total of 517095.84601752 NXT will be distributed among 374 accounts which own a total of 18,467,708.78634 shares.
0.028 NXT per Janus owned.
Transaction 15350389444990902579-SNIP WTF...I got like $200 in NXT dropped on my wallet. Where does this profit come from? How regular is this to get all these dividends? Will this continue to be so much?Ok, simple answer. Yes dividends will continue. Profits come from nxt betting on betterbets as of right now. Yes, 1 business. Another business will go live this month which will be yet another source of income. Then another after that. As more sites go up, the dividend payments will also continue to go up. The Janus token has a fixed amount of tokens with no more being created. This is an absolute crypto gem. Dividends are paid on the first of every month. Just a heads-up: More JNS owned more % of dividends. Janus is a long term project involving others platforms too diverse investment, like Ethereum Classic business. Janus holders can expect an addition to the monthly NXT profit share ( 90% of the NXT profit * from BetterBets.io), a new blockchain based business-centric on Ethereum Classic that will be launch in the middle of this month. The new site's going to add an extra revenue stream to Janus and JanusXT holders: 10% to Janus holders, 10% to JanusXT holders, 10% to the Ethereum Classic development teams, and 70% to the Janus Team Check April summary: https://www.nxter.org/janus-news-april-ii/* Please keep in mind, that not always the profits will be equal due to the nature of BetterBets.io. Sometimes the house wins and sometimes it loses, although we´ve a standard house edge of 1%. - Luis. Thank you guys... this is just plain awesome!!! I want more Janus! No one knows about this coin or it would be $100 million cap.

WGO (WavesGo token) is doing really well at Waves DEX, almost 40,000 Waves in buy orders I dont see it listed as a trading pair on the dex...they should really clean up the pairs. EDIT...ahh. those are the favorites on the right side. Still need to clean them up. Make the dex look like polo or Mintpal...then it will take off.

Finally I have purchased my waves for a long term hold. I believe the time has come for waves to do a tsunami in a positive way.
ITS TIME!!!

Welcome to the project. I've been watching this for a while now. This is the best real world plan for any ICO that I've seen. I'm glad the devs didn't do a bunch of marketing until they were ready.

Ok...major gripe on the chrome wallet...
Its a Multi-coin wallet, there should be at least an indication that the WAVES address is the address displayed at the top of wallet. It looks like a multisig BTC address.
On the 'deposit' tab under the WAVES token, it should not bring up a BTC address and say "send BTC here"...I assume it converts BTC to WAVES. This should be the WAVES address like every other wallet...after all it is 'deposit' under the WAVES heading. There needs to be a instant convert (shapeshift) tab or something to handle the instant BTC->WAVES conversion.

I bought Waves on YoBit, after I realized I can not withdraw it up, bad!!! On Cryptopia you can, how can it be?
Yobit is a sort le scam Buy waves to BTC and rebuy waves on dex Yup, Yobit is one of the worst exchanges. Waves DEX is solving these troubles for everyone in crypto-land. Exchange on the blockchain, trades only happen when they are filled, nobody can steal or touch your coins (unless you share your private key, but that's never a good idea, haha). http://Tidex.com is doing well too, first exchange I ever noticed you can actually us a pencil to draw in the chart diagrams. Yes, don't buy Waves on Yobit, you can't withdraw them for some time now. How do I buy on the DEX? I have 5 btc in lite wallet but it wont let me buy on the dex...how do i move the btc to the dex? Is your BTC showing on main wallet page or are you referring to the "Bitcoin" token that was given out by faucets that shows on the portfolio page? There is no "moving" anything to DEX, that's the whole point of DEX. I've bought Waves with BTC through DEX. Yes it is showing 5.0btc on the wallet page. I transferred the BTC https://blockchain.info/address/1HaSPTykXJyD6TQa4BhWTSC26W5JX3J5Wv 45 conf ATM. When I try to place an order the DEX says "Error! Not enough balance." I have no WAVES in the wallet yet...could that be the issue?

At today's rate I will buy some stratis to increase my stake. This asset is still cheap. A lot of potential coming and I really dont like to miss this bullet train.
Yes, the price in bitcoin is affordable now, bitcoin has a slight pump, so altcoins were slight dumping. But Stratis can keep stable price range, which is good for the future. Holding like a king! Lol u would say its affordable even when it hits 3K usd, u would say whatever to get rid off ur heavy load. Its funny that everyone is talking about stability when btc looks like a flying magnet. After bitcoin cap starts to shrink altcoin cap will perhaps halve. I still dont see any new breakthroughs here, is there anything that I and my investment group should be aware of. Nah...go away dipshit and take your "investment group" with you.

Why hasn't there been a desktop wallet developed? Yes there is the chrome extension.
No need.

how much total supply for this ceyprto, ? and when the crowsdale will be start ? any update about that The EDCON event and Lachanin tech events were plenty of announcement to get major interest. Now info coming out that the dev team is about to release a prototype and begin marketing the project. These guys have been developing, not talking until they have something to show. I think that's pretty refreshing in the current landscape.

We should try to get SDC on BTER. It looks like the volume is all headed to that exchange. I sent them an email...others who have info should look into contacting.

service, marketability, market presence...ect.
can you pinpoint something? from what you say generally, there is no justification at all for decentralized systems. I pinpointed three for you... Service to users. Tech support of the of the product. Making potential users aware of the product. companies can give services over decentralized systems and charge their clients. the product is open source, and a the money is used to develop and support the product. like in the open source world, you know. being aware is a bit more easy: each PC holder getting free money wouldn't stay a secret for long. These are huge needs to a system you are proposing. A decentralized system does not work better in this use case.
poinpoint. why decentralized system won't work better on this use case? it's also needed to say zennet is not 100% equivalent to aws, each have their own pros and cons. I did...you are trolling your own forum. Have fun.

I can't see how this make any sense at all, not everything runs better or more efficient as a decentralized structure...good luck to you.
look again: on a centralized system, the owner will take some fee. why would a VC invest in them otherwise? here, the system is fully decentralized, and no one takes commissions. so, a centralized system will fail due to lack of ability to compete. You mistakenly think price is the only way systems compete. ok, give me another reason. service, marketability, market presence...ect.
