I asked btc-e if I could wire money from my business account. They asked for Articles of Organization, passport etc. which I sent. Then they said OK, you can send the money now.
As soon as they got my wire, they froze withdrawals, including crypto, for a month.
Opened a ticket, they said send "SWIFT document."
My bank says there is no such thing.
The btc-e website says that to enable withdrawals, send ID documents. Which I did, passport, bank statements, company documents, everything.
And of course, now they ignore me entirely.
If I can withdraw everything at the end of the month and get out safely, I will. Btc-e has no respect for its customers.
Bitstamp was hacked last month, at least we know who's to blame, and you can make a claim with the law. even bitstamp were the mtgox 2, we knew the ceo and the team, so they never want to do anything in Europe. But we nearly know nothing about BTC-e, we can't do anything to btce if they were really deliberately dishonest  I suggest you take a try Lakebtc https://lakebtc.com/ which was attacked by DDOS every day, but it always endures and continues its buniness. |

agree much. you can see the deposit way on stamp and finex, also on lakebtc, international wire is the major math only btc-e has various fancy means, and the high deposits / withdrawal fee on btc-e via wire. |

The very first exchange I started using was btc-e but I left there because of their fee rates. I haven't used it in a while so I am not aware of their current fee system but I do recall they didn't have a big selection of coins to trade with on there. I haven't used lakebtc so I will give this a look. With the recent happenings at bitstamp with the bitcoins issue I am wary to trust them right now or in the near future with any amount of my money. Coinbase now, surely. Previously, probably bitstamp or btc-e
I have a Coinbase account but I rarely use it. I recently checked out bleutrade and I like how their website is set up to do tons of trades between different alt coins. Do y'all know anything about this one? Thanks for the suggestions, much appreciated. it's ridiculous only for fiat withdrawal / deposits fee on btc-e, if you entry / exit with bitcoin, that's no matter. lakebtc has an appropriate fee with trading / withdrawal, and deposits is free. I trade between bitstamp and lakebtc in most cases. ( I prefer to lakebtc since stamp had been hacked) Coinbase is fresh, trading free until the end of March (withdrawal / deposits fee is not include), it need take time to prove whether coinbase is a good exchange |
