Maybe there is an attempt to make the price of BTC more affordable. 1000$ gets you 5 instead of 1 BTC now... maybe more soon. ETF might be launched, Paypal Amazon might start accepting BTC, Visa might have BTC option??? Maybe major fluctuations in the Fiat world will cause a rise in BTC... Been looking at Gold and Silver as of late. Big drop several weeks ago. But I am noticing a slow rise. What is Gold relationship with fiat or oil? What would be the relationship with BTC and fiat or oil? Could this be that there is accumulation happening both in GLD SLV and BTC? Everyone has been expecting explosions in both BTC and precious metals for quite some time? That could just be the case in the near (1/2 year to 1 year future). A solid, rapid, secure, stable digital currency would surely benefit many. LXC will be one of the few when good features and services will be released soon. |

Still holding but price drop is scary  Need to get some updates. New investors will not risk their BTC if they see a thread full of comments that pertain to the lack of involvement from the development team. If DEV and team do not want to answer back to every troll comment that is posted on the thread, they can post after 10 troll comments. Seriously, I do not see such activity on the thread that would require hours daily to keep community and new investors up to date or to touch base. A daily comment would help a lot. By the way. Like it or not BTCtlk is still the reference as per crypto announcements. It is the forum that helped 95% of the cryptos out there to gather their initial market cap. Same goes for Librex. One last thing: It's not ONLY about anon features that need to be released and the hope for a quick buck. It is road map in it's entirety that needs to be followed. Librex needs to be up there with BTC, DOGE (if it survives) and LTC (if it's still relevant) when cryptocurrencies are widely accepted. A reliable anon tech, Librex (or mix) ATMs, and bluetooth would make this a unique coin that would be used for actual purchases and financial transactions, money transfers. Shitcoins are getting flushed out steadily. Wallets going offline, blockchain issues...

Happy the rest of the week to you! A fantastic week to all the Librex team and community! Can anyone post the little flash clip with the coins shuffling (Librexcoin intro 10seconds). Post it in the OP or in the thread here and intermittently. Have not seen any other coins with a cool intro like that one. Gives a very cool image to the coin and is excellent for branding. Haven't been able to post any flash on my end. If this is just a small example of what your marketing graphics team can do, I believe we are in strong solid hands once this baby needs to go viral! |

Any feedback for the multipool??
The amount of hash send is pretty low. I will have to change payouts to once every 3 days if we cannot generate more hashpower?!
Also if you have comments about the service let me know, it might be possible to help you out.
minimum hashrate should be around 300Mhs for x11, 100MHs for scrypt and 2 THS for sha256
This minimum is to allow a good yield/efficiency on the minted coins (=best payouts)
Let me know if you are missing something, otherwise promote the multipool and send more hash!
It is in any case good for your coins already in your wallet!
Can you add more coins to the pools? It would help greatly! Some of those coins on the pool are not that great.. Can you add CheckCoin to the x11 rotation. of course, but many of the better coins, have a higher diff, making the profitability actually very low: e.g. when we have a coin with diff 5 (still low) on x11 it will take more then an hour to find a block with current hash. The pool will look for the best coin every 15 minutes, probably resulting in switching to another coin before a block is found. Also due to the checks and trading involved more coins generate more work for the pool-op. If we find only 1 block a day, due to big spread of low hash over every daemon makes it not very interesting. The more hash the multipool has, the easier to find better mineable coins. (bigger choice). In addition, operating a multipool is a lot of manual work (keeping all coin deamons in sync, install updated coin versions etc, do all trades and transfers, find better profitable coins, compile and test these, find exchange etc ect.) . This is mainly a hobby project and helping the coin dev/community. So with extreme low hash rates there is not much motivation to keep looking for the best coin.. Of course it is all about what was first: the chicken or the egg, but i will need some confidence the pool is appreciated and hash will follow. That said, I will check out your suggestion tomorrow! Multipool is much appreciated! Your work is commendable! LXC multipool has motivated me to start mining again. |

Been reading about BlackHalo/BitHalo. My understanding is that it would be a P2P exchange. Would this be an alternative to the online exchanges (Trex, Crypsty etc)? Very interesting! Would eliminate the possibility of get MTGoxed or Mintpaled in the arse!  As LXC Dev suggested, should we pursue this feature? I think yes! I also think this would be the model for exchange platforms of the future. How would a coin be added to BlackHalo? I haven't downloaded the beta "wallet" yet but I am excited to see how it all works. Need to do a little more research. Bright things ahead for LXC, D. Zimbeck, BlackHalo and Crypto! |

Here it is! posted on 19th Nov. We are looking at many things to bring more value to Librex. We will use Librex for LibrexCoin for most promotional adds and marketing. Ticker is still LXC. "coin" is seemingly passe in crypto so we will go with Librex. LibrexCoin and Librex will still be used for most graphics. Librexsend. We underestimated the work with Librexsend. In particular we are having trouble to make NFC work in our TESTNET version. However besides that many problems have been resolved now and we should have Librexsend around Dec. 25th.  Merry Christmas. We are in LXC for long term, and do not care about prices on a daily bases for day traders. We do care overall and long term. To that we develop the coin. We still will even at 100 satoshi. We self fund the coin from birth till now. So market price will have no impact on our ability to develop Librex. Win Mobile is also a challenging beast. That said we have managed to begin testing it on a real device. Proof you say? Vaporware! Pics/vids or it didn't happen? Maybe would be cool to add mutlipool (or community multipool) in the thread title.
Make it obvious for miners that are on the lookout for new coin to mine.
Make it obvious for newbies that it is a POS coin but you can mine other (cacacoins) and get paid in LXC.
Mining is a very consistent way to bring the value up until speculation brings some new capital.
5000+ LXCs taken off the market since opening. Not too shabby.

Basically we need big releases and that code review I donated 4000 lxc for back when it was 12k. Momentum has been a drag in all these block coins. The scene needs some excitement.
Dev when might we be able to see some transparency on the donations made by the community. And I'm sure i read somewhere on the blocknet thread that Dan Metcalfe is no longer doing coin reviews, which is good I think for us considering all the nonsense surrounding him. Anybody with good PR skills might try to contact kristov atlas for the review find out a price if he's willing to do such a thing.I wonder if he still does his YouTube channel shows. Agreed! Donation fund needs to be used fruitfully. Would be beneficial to inform community of future plans for fund usage. New site is awesome! Mutilpool works good too! My miner has been running almost non-stop since opening. Also found a scrap R7 260 that might still be working. Could give out some nice hash. Need to test... |
