After more then 2 day and hours, after contact with them on twitter, they paid me and i get my withdrawal instant (weirdly). This book scams its players VERY subtly. Pay attention if you ever place live bets.
Add something to your betslip, say at 2.0 odds. Watch the odds in the main window change to something like 2.4 (improve). Submit your bet at the original odds, and it will be confirmed at the original odds EVEN IF you have the "accept better odds" box checked. Now, if the odds became worse, say you added something at 2.0 and it decreased to 1.8, then your bet would be confirmed at 1.8.
These MOTHER FUCKERS do this shit all the time.

Started playing on this site. Made 5 losing bets in the sportsbook. Finally won one and requested a payout. Stuck as "pending". How long will this last?
They claims that almost all withdrawal are processed instantly unless there is a rare situation, then it may takes 24hours to be processed. So better for you to wait for a while (up to 24hours), I do believe they will process it as soom as possible. The withdrawal page says this: "Please note that we strive to ensure over 90% of all withdrawals are processed instantly. While our algorithm to identify fraud is constantly improving, due to the complexity of our ecosystem and other circumstances necessary to protect your funds from getting into the wrong hands - your withdrawal may be queued. Rest assured all queued withdrawals are processed within 8 hours or less." It has been well beyond this timeframe. Just received. Had to sweat it a bit but they came through. |

You guys are clueless. I have been emailing support about this match for 12 hours now. It ended 18 hours ago. OFFICIAL results are on the ITF tennis page. Sorry Dan, your explanation is incorrect and appears to place blame on the customer (me). I logged in and out several times AND checked my pending wagers and it did not appear there at all. Additionally, I sent a screenshot of my pending bet next to the ever-changing odds. How is my browser updating the odds but not showing the bet as confirmed?
"The good news is your bet won". Yes. That is good news. The bad news is that it should have been confirmed at odds of over 7. I am reaching out to Sportsbook Review to arbitrate this matter.

Dan, I send problems to your support team all the time, and all they do is say "we'll investigate and get back to you". Well, this time I'm going to post here because the public should know. I had placed a bet that stayed in the pending state for 5+ minutes. I logged in and logged out and the bet was still flashing yellow --- not accepted. I placed the bet for a stake of .05btc @ 3.0 odds. Finally, the bet was confirmed. However, when the bet was confirmed, the odds were over 7.0. I ended up winning the bet, however, it was paid at 3.0 odds when in reality it should have been paid at over 7. I expect my account to be credited the difference. Attached is a screenshot of my pending bet next to the odds when they had moved to 6.0. I placed a live bet on the NFL 2nd half Under 34.5 of the Jags game bet slip ID 2722437 My bet was still being processed while the Bengals where throwing the ball into the end zone. I know that this happened for a fact because I am watching this on Direct tv and as bet is processing I here Touchdown! and thought it had to be a highlight it was not. Also my processing bet took roughly 20 seconds to process with a orange blinding light.

I have had similar problems as well. I gamble on cloudbet extensively and would appreciate, if there is a feature for a ive bet to be accepted at current odds like DB does. More like a system, which user accepts and then when the bet gets processed, it gets processed at that current odds, instead of the time when the user is trying to make the bet.
This needs to be reported to the licensing agencies. Cloudbet will accept a bet if the odds change in its favor (i.e. if something bad happens to your side in the match you just tried to bet on), but reject bets where the odds change in your favor. Additionally, I've had a measley .02btc withdrwawl pending for 4 hours now. What the fuck? Get your shit together, cloudbet. |

FUCK YOU BETCOIN YOU FUCK HEADS. exact same thing happened on saturday may 7. this site is an absolute joke. it makes me wonder why anyone plays here. the amount of technical errors in the live sportsbook is laughable. it takes them 30+ minutes to grade MLB games when they claim it is automatic. their live chat support agents have no ability to actually DO anything other than say "open a ticket and our team will address it in business hours". There are so many better options like Nitrogen. When something like this happens, Betcoin should have all of their IT guys on it immediately. Instead, they don't realize anything is wrong because their staff and management is a bunch of fucking monkeys. |
