I glanced at the socket.io documentation and found what I needed to make the connection automatically reconnect after a disconnection. You should see messages in the Console at the bottom of the screen informing you of the progress of the reconnect attempts.

Let me know if the new code works for you. Maybe this refresh will be your last  Cool

Seems to have worked.  A+ cap'n.

No.  You.

Looks... a little bearish.

I will be looking into the socket.io documentation a little more closely to see if I can't force the connection to restart when this disconnect behavior is detected.

I agree that having to refresh the page every so often is pretty lame. It reflects poorly on my site's reliability, even though the real time data stream is controlled by Gox.

That's what I started to figure towards the end.  Oddly I had to restart to get it to work again.  Socket connections can be a real bitch.

Is annoying.

I learned a valuable lesson about shaking foundations and low volume.

Despair: the emotion of hope?

Seems awfully fucking quiet for a rally...

It seems to be saying... 'wait'.

The little circles represent lemmings falling over a cliff...

Apparently they had a little velocity.

On another note, last night I was looking at my holdings thinking "This long position looks very vulnerable... buy hey the bid wall looks strong enough"

You see the one skidding towards the edge?  That's me.  I'm half man half bear half lemming.

So who now does not believe that threads like this are a bearish sign?

Finally an indicator that works.

Sarcasm.

I can't believe you would write off 89 years of experience...

I actually think that experience beneath some certain amount is fractional.  Let's say for a moment that the modicum of experience to not nuke the world with stupid trades is 5 years, 178 .5 year olds  .1 units COMBINED experience ie .1 ^ 178'th is 1.e-178th units of experience.

These are mathematics you cannot argue with.

Careful analysis and 89 years of experience leads me to believe that Bitcoin is about to go through the roof.

Though most will not understand the dynamics of what this chart shows, those that do will be blown away.

You heard it here first.

BUY BITCHES!!

So is that few month old video some sort of secret message telling CBS and FOX insiders to invest in bitcoin? Or am I missing something? It seems you are making unsubstantiated statements in regards to the last two months of trading and it being caused by CBS and FOX.

But yes we are going down, down, down where we stop nobody knows.

I think he just counts on the readers to invent interpretations.

I don't care what people say, poor liquidity is awesome in a bear market.  Too rich for someone's blood, I make a bunch betting on retracements.

but what happened to the basic principles of Econ101?...Know your market...go download tor and do some market research people.

I took action on your advice and went for a visit. Pretty interesting I gotta say... some of the transactions are obviously quite large too after browsing some of the listings and recent feedback.

The one question I had to myself was: whats stopping these sellers from signing up as buyers and performing a 'fake buy' to leave themselves more positive feedback? I'm no expert on this, but wont Tor itself will prevent basic security measures other sites may use like logging account IP's etc...

Or the Feds from doing so to start sniping off buyers?

Although, I'd suspect what they really want is to find the proprietor.
