The Crown development team Unintentional? Lets call it by name: The network is under contant 95% attack.. since a whole year there is one miner mining all of the coins. he changes his address several times a week - but he mines nearly all blocks, all in a row. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/crw/#@difffour days ago he maybe had a problem - then real pools again had a chance and mined blocks. now he is back on track.. this big hashrate fluctuations probably cause confusion in the network. i don't really see a solution.. so maybe POS is a good idea.. or 5 algo mining like DGB/XVG/MYR ? Fred great idea, multi fork of crw when they switch to broken chain pos The newtork issue they have mainly is most the hosted master nodes they provide are sitting on the same server and ip but under different subnets this is a huge cause of failure. Not reaching out to big sha256 pools are also a huge point of failure. Asking for money to dev constantly another failure. |

Yeah... I have been assuming most of the $100k went to the eventual switch to the "third way". Is this incorrect? Using the 100k to actually create things and ways to use CRW would be more of a stable choice. Unlimited hard forks= unstable Yes correct whoever they are asking to do that must have keyboard made of gold that needs replacement. You really think that building stuff on vulnerable blockchain instead of fixing it and delivering a reliable blockchain is a way to go?. No it is not! I know crypto loves fast fixes and lambos, those should move to an ICO space, but here we are focusing on long term goals which makes sense ACP. The Chimaera team is working very hard on the project.
What we can say now is that we will be updating everyone this month.
A new website is in the making where you'll learn more details about Chimaera.
The Huntercoin snapshot: you no longer need to keep hold of your coins, it was only for coins held at the specified block.
Regarding Poloniex, it was stated by Tristan (from Poloniex) that they would allow CHI coins to be redeemed if they were held in poloniex at the snapshot block.

Seriously, what happened to this project? It was doing well and then boom it hit the ground. Is this currently being worked upon or this coin took the path of being yet another dead coin?
We are currently working on adding a new algo.
A re-branding has been in the pipeline for awhile now which will be rolled out once the network is updated with adding the new algo for mining.
Block times will average 1 minute network wide & 3 minutes per algo.

since cex is delisting you maybe a new exchanger is needed  Please do add another exchange, or try to get Yobit working again. We unfortunately don't mine coins that can't be traded for BTC as that is the preferred payout method of most miners. We will speak to ccex also.. |

I really wonder how many investors masternodes are still on the wrong chain since we don't promote crw like we use to for you. Maybe take a day to drop in ccex trolbox on an update and help spread your news. It's pretty basic considering communication with the whole original team was a daily thing before your trex listing. This can easily be resolved with some small PR work.

You guys need to spend some funds on keeping your original user base updated not left in the dark, it's like every other month theres a ninja update and no, people run many clients one tweet is not enough.Setup an email relay server or something so people can register and send out update emails because one month earning of many master nodes is a huge loss. You don't want those old school holders to dump all over the market. Takes 30mins to setup email relay server then just have a registration option . This is getting really frustrating. We agree it's frustrating to lose out on MN rewards. However, we actually keep developing the project - as it is our goal to make it a usable blockchain platform for everyone to use. This needs development. And your remark that there was one tweet is incorrect: we've posted it many times on mattermost, bitcointalk, telegram, facebook and I can't imagine just once on twitter. And after the announcement there was +20days to update. My suggestion would be to please check one of these channels every once in a while - telegram might be easiest: https://t.me/crownplatform Also, and I'm not 100% sure on this, we're looking into a notifying feature for the wallet that indicates when there is a new update. Pretty sure the "alert key" has been taken out of btc codebase you are on. They could re-add it and send out an alert. Doesn't take much for one of your guys to jump in ccex trolbox now and then to even promote your updates. Hopefully you have notified the exchange atleast. |

Thank you for sharing, I've noticed the amount of constant nodes increase & suspect it is soloers for myriad-groestl algo or pools I will put your pool up on the website and ANN on the next update. I encourage anyone else running a pool to please post If you are watching so we can allow more options via new comers who want to start mining Someone has informed me Acp myr-grs is being mined here , Looks like there's a bunch of pools running & Acp is being added auto , again any more pool opps want to come forward please do so. We can update the websites all at once with the current pool list. The 24/7 nodes list has jumped significantly. |
