My computer crashed, now tron wallet does not work - error loading blkindex
This has happened twice now, kinda annoying... now i lose my POS and have to reinstall...
You didn't lose anything. Delete everything except wallet.dat and sync again and all your coins will be there. -tb- Well i did not lose the coins i have the wallet backed up in multiple locations. But i was a few hours away from getting the block reward of 100 tron, now i get nothing. Thanks anyway tho ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Can anyone answer - The 9% - that is 9% yearly, paid out how often?
Yes, yearly. It gets paid out whenever you stake a block, like it does now. The only difference will be the reward amount. Thanks for the info ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) So if i stake 1000 coins, i will get 90 coins per year - So perhaps 7 or whatever per month? Would it be paid out every couple of days like it is now? I hope no one minds me asking questions like this, i think this coin is very interesting and would like to do some calculations. You will be paid 9% of your 1000 coins and it split out everyday as long as you have it staking So then that would be 9% compounded daily which is a very solid ROI, although you would need alot of coins to make real good money from it. 9% y / 365 = 0.0246575% daily Cool, ta mate ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

There we go positron is now on this coin voting list https://gourl.io/coin-voting.htmlHe gave me 50 free votes too w00t. If people can email gourl.io and ask for positron to be added, or donate BTC to vote for positron it would be a great thing to get tron implemented into that system, will boost value alot and generate many more transactions.

I signed up and inputed my cc details but had to do lots of other stuff i only wanted to buy 20 bucks work real quick, not wait days - Anyone know somewhere its truly instant, like 5 mins to sign up via cc or paypal and its done?

Sounds like a plan, i will partake in the bugging ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I think any good coin should be trying to get merchants using them, shops, games, apps, tips or whatever - as many kinds of transactions as possible to actually get people using the coin, this will give it value. I just installed a crypto currency payment gateway on a few of my blogs to sell digital download products, and it would be good to see positron on the list, im sure it would get alot more people using the coin and i know i would like to accept it. Check out this coin voting system: https://gourl.io/coin-voting.htmlIf positron got on this list i think alot of people would start wanting it. Gourl.io comes up first for "bitcoin" iin the wordpress plugins section, thats where i found it. Its simple and easy to setup and accepts about 10 or so coins. The voting thing i linked to above is where you vote for each coin, perhaps the admin or some other people who want to help positron grow should get positron on this list, ill vote and donate a bit to get it up there and if enough people get behind it, i think it will be a real good thing ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Yeah thats all i think, just stick with it long term. The dev team wont always need to be working like a madman, after a while you can just let it sit their and build up itself.
It appears many people just want to ride the wave and make a few quick bucks, pump and dump style. But then again these people are not professional investors, not at all.
Hope it goes well for you guys anyhow, just thought i would share my thoughts on the subject, since no one in real life wants to hear me talk about crypto haha..

I had a thought and would like to share it with everyone. I see everyone has been wetting themselves about the price drop. I am doing some simple math - Their is 1.5 million coins, tron is rare. Their is some good tech, dev appears to be doing a good job, lots of interest in the coin. And besides that, i think everyone should be looking at these altcoins long term. Get people using it, spending the coins, tools made.. and in time the price will only go up. I think everyone wants to make a million dollars over night, which is NEVER going to happen. The BTC millionaires were not made over night, they bought in early and waited years. I am holding all my coins long term. But thanks for all the cheap tron i just bought up was great ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) And if it goes down ill go down with the ship, were not talking millions here its a few bucks, who cares.

I have been looking at doing mining with solar.
You can get 1500W solar panels for about $2000 direct from china, perhaps even cheaper. From memory they can run about 800W 24 hours, from 12 hours of sun light.
They are big too, thats 6 foot by 3 foot i believe, it would be sitting in your back yard taking a bit of room. If you had enough room, you could setup 20 or 100 of these, i bet you could get them cheaper if you buy in bulk from china.
And you might make more money selling the electricity, but mining gives you the op to earn alot more in the future if bitcoin and altcoins really take off.
I think its possible to get a good ROI, but expensive to start.
I am going to buy a 60w or 300W solar panel just for fun and stick a rasperry PI on it with a few USB miners or something to mine altcoins, not expecting a ROI but just for fun it will be cool, you can get them from china for about 100 bucks or less.

I am wondering if anyone might have had similar problems to me.
I have 3 X avalon NANO USB's which should do about 3.6GHS.
Now i can get one working, and running for days on end at about 2GHS. This is plugged direct into the USB socket.
Then if i get my powered USB, and plug all 3 in - I can get them all working together, but after a few hours or so they all slow down to virtually nothing, and if i leave it over night they go down to 0GHS. They still appear to be running, but i can see in BFminer its not hashing, but connected to the pool.
In BFminer, it says its doing a few GHS in total, but nothing is really happening and when i check the mining pool it says 0 GHS and no shares are being submitted.
So i was wondering if anyone has had any similar problems. I am guessing the powered USB is not sending enough power? I do see that 2 of them power up fairly strong and one is always a bit weaker, doing less GHs.
Anyone have any ideas?
