Ark on ledger, awesome! Will you have any Ark branded ledger nanos? I want one  How can you stake if you use the Ledger S? Or can you still stake? Ans what is the point of having second passphrase now? ark has the ability to use ledger but it's not a requirement. There will be people who decide to protect the keys themselves and may want a second passphrase to keep it even more secure without needing the ledger hardware wallet. |

I guess one can't stake ARK if it's locked up in ledger?  nothing is locked in ledger, even bitcoin. all coins/tokens are on the blockchain. The only thing that the ledger does is keep your private keys secure and requires a physical 2fa to sign transactions (pressing the button on the ledger to confirm). You won't be using the Chrome app, but rather using the Ledger with the ARK desktop wallet thus staking by voting for forging delegate pools will be exactly the same. Consider it like using ledger with the Mycelium bitcoin android wallet. But replace Mycelium with the ARK desktop wallet. |

kinda, we have forging delegate who run pools. you can vote for these delegates and they share a portion of the forged ark with you proportionally based off your vote weight vs all voters. |

Swarm is like a team of investor, any approved whale can join. Mike still in Ark but he can also join team Swarm as investor. Like Axente said it's an typo, they should have something like, "Mike Doty - Ark.io MD", not former. Perhaps I'm wrong. Perhaps Swarm have it own token and they will creating Swarm with Ark token. They compare the failed DAO of Ethereum and Swarm as Ark community, Swarm is like the DAO for ARK? Very interesting and this could be another huge bridging for ARK! I guessed we will need to wait and see as I'm just guessing at this point. Mike is not leaving, his words on this Swarm thing:  haha sounds like someone has been looking for fud to drive the price down  Mike is 1000% ARK but he's been a crypto fan and has invested in projects since before most of the people here knew about crypto or bitcoin. |

I am getting error 502: Bad Gateway on explorer.ark.io. What's the issue?
Also when I login to the light wallet there's no column in the transactions list for amount - only columns for time, transaction ID and from/to. It seems basic you should have an 'amount' column.

Hi guys bought some ark currently in exchange wallet but want to get it off and put onto a USB with my other wallets but cannot get the ark desktop lite wallet to save to a USB, doesn't give me the option on where to save to, anyone kn W how to do this or is there any other wallets I can use? Cheers
all you need is your passphrase. with that passphrase you can load your address at any wallet. you can just copy your passphrase to a text file on your usb stick so any wallet accepts ark, is this correct? Any Ark wallets support ARK. As long as you have your passphrase, you will always have access to your ARK. -tb- So anyone know an arks wallet that gives me option to install to a different drive so I can install to a USB stick you don't need to save any programs on the usb stick or install anything. Just save your 12 word passphrase. That is your secret key. There are no files with your secret key saved on your computer |
