When will the cards be distributed to the Stellar network?
|
|
|
Not sure I understand it. You have to "buy in" to participate, and the reward(airdrop) goes to most expensive cards? Bad economics in my opinion; but then I never bought a kitten either. My opinion of cryptocelebrities: - no fractional ownership - users have to invest to participation (sometimes implies a scam is involved) - Does this trading history look legit to you? 7 minutes ago John F. ... Network Security Fee will be redistributed as follows:
- If a PR Card does not have a token:
50% to a PR Card Holder 50% to PR.network foundation (entity will be created in Amsterdam, the Netherlands this April)
After PR Card has Tokens attached:
100 % of Network fee will go to PR Card Token holders.
All token creators will have an option to be donated to % to PR.network foundation - but it will not be obligatory. .. We still did not conclude on how to prevent members from HODL'ing assets- we want to make sure at least 50% of assets land at the dexchange no later than 12 months from the release. We will provide you the plan as soon as it is available. ...
How would voters benefit after achieving BV min-level for XPR airdrops? If ownership of token can be decimal %, perhaps each new card could auto-airdrop 50% of card tokens to the active voters over 12 mths, something like 2% of card token given to voters during that month, for 12 months. So, Voting could lead to Card Ownership as well. Just a suggestion; sure you have other ideas.

Cold storsge should be private keys and print it out. Exchange is what you can afford to lose. I could list the now defunct exchanges: mtgox, btce, vircurex, crypsy, and dozens more.

You cannot sell a ripple account. It is based on a secret key that you know, and it cannot be changed. Any buyer would have to trust you with the account key.

A new wave of cryptos is coming... Are you ready for an entirely new reality in the cryptocurrency world?
Check out the initial design for our MarketCap.Cards for all community tokens:
All assets created by the community will be automatically listed on the MarketCap.Cards website where everyone can easily monitor, buy/sell, trade or exchange PR Cards' tokens on the Stellar dEx!
Incredible screen!!! Many questions. 1) I thought there were only going to be 100 units of each card? I think fewer units make the cards more valuable. (When there were fewer kittens, the price was much higher.) 2) What does the red/green/black represent? 3) Does ownership of a card get the voting fees and a portion of daily airdrops to card owners? Are these fees/drops in XPR units? If so, as a trader, I would want to know the historical earnings per unit of a card when looking at that screen. 4) If I own all the units of a card, could I push the exchange price to infinity to muck up this screen? Again, Great work! All cards are unique, there is only one of each card. Card owners can issue a maximum of 100 tokens with their card. The Circulation column says 16 million tokens in picture for each color (red/green/black) of each card.

May i know what mean by 100BV to receive entire bounty? any example of this? i'm afraid to miss out.
1 BV = a "+" vote and a "-" vote at PR.NETWORK site. Based on your profile, you get 2 BV or more per day. You vote today; you get another set of votes tomorrow. Votes stay forever or until you reverse a vote. More voting over time => higher ranking. Oh, you can also make your own cards and vote on them. In time, distribution of XPR will be based on how you vote according to how everyone else votes. And, your cards make returns too. I do not think a full description of this mechanism has been written up yet in a whitepaper. As for how many XPR you get in airdrop, see this post. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2009143.msg21369476#msg21369476It's a weird ptoject. They are developing the product (voting, assets, internal exchange, etc) BEFORE the ICO and BEFORE the whitepaper. This one is going to surprise people.

After spending an hour figuring out how to cancel a stuck transaction in Ethereum(and paying more than $2 for the privilege), I'm totally convince you made the right call with Stellar for the framework.

Interesting correlation between CryptoKitties and the PR network. If CryptoKitties or other similar concepts really catch on it could be good news for the project.
You are right , with the right marketing it can really blow up. Cryptokitties has been able to make noise due to ethereum's popularity. Stellar doesn't come close to the attention ethereum gets. The beautiful thing about stellar is... we can choose, whether we create ERC20 or Stellar tokens, not only this: we can run smart contracts, set up oracles, micropayments, guys this is huge. We are very excited. Every day we learn something new about the "New Stellar". We were early adopters, who left to build PR far before the network upgrade. Check Mobius project based on stellar, we will be joining it with PR.network: https://mobius.network
Mobius is building innovative universal blockchain API protocols and a DApp Store that will connect billions of people and devices to the blockchain ecosystem
This is a solution to high transactions fee and slow speed of traditional blockchain-based protocols. Ethereum tokens can be moved in a matter of second for a fraction of a cent thanks to Mobius DApp. Let us know your opinion on Mobius.network and whether you would like PR.network tokens to comply with ERC20 or not at https://pr.network/opinionsHands-on is best way to test it out. Mobius is giving away $50 in Mobius credits to new accounts. If you want to experiment with predictive voting, there is crystalball to experiment with. More info at: https://galactictalk.org/d/475-crystalball-a-guessing-game-built-on-mobius-and-stellarI'm just testing it out now. EDIT: I'm not sure you can withdraw Mobius Credits from CrystalBall. You may want to hold the Mobius credits for PRN Neteork app.

Given the status of Ethereum these days, I wanted to confirm that prior ICO is stll based ETH-based (to be paid in ETH)? Also, what is the timeline?

PR.network is a place for the good ones and those that need to improve ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) We will not disqualify bad reputation but the reward will for sure be lower than members with the trust. In that case, I will participate. Please provide the source for the signatures and tell us where we sign up We don't start the bounty until important dev isn't completed. We want everybody to see Tokens directly on the website. Stay tuned! Guys, kind request to vote! There is a huge opportunity for PR.network at Stellar Network. We are interested to know your opinion on Stellar.org. Vote and Tell us your views at https://pr.network/card/stellar-development-foundation. Stellar as an organization is trustworthy and been around for years preaching use of electronic money. My comment (on knowledge from years ago) is that Stellar/Ripple are NOT cryptocurrencies; they are merely a means of tranporting IOUs. {I mean like transferring deposit from USD-CITIBANK to USD-COMPASS. The ripples are just used to pay the transfer fees for transfer of an asset; they are not themselves an asset like btc.} That said, there could be mutual benefits. You should explore them.

Former Bitcoin King is Bankrupt and could be rich again. https://www.wsj.com/articles/former-bitcoin-king-is-bankruptand-he-could-get-rich-again-1510223405because the claims by people who deposited bitcoin at Mt. Gox are calculated based on the yen value of the cryptocurrency at the beginning of Mt. Gox liquidation proceedings in April 2014 ... Mr. Karpelès’s company, called Tibanne, owns about 88% of Mt. Gox. The bankruptcy estate for Mt. Gox holds 202,185 bitcoins worth about ¥169 billion or $1.5 billion at current rates. Meanwhile, the trustee has recognized claims by exchange customers of ¥46 billion based on the April 2014 bitcoin price, a procedure that lawyers say has a sound basis in bankruptcy law. ... Omg...Karpelès.....Bankrupty laws make no sense. How can they make him a billionaire? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) ?? Really!!!!!

Any chance of adding "Cards with Comments" to the Filter dropdown? Or some other way to see cards with active discussions.

Das is listed on cryptopia now....I just looked....unless I'm missing something?
That would be DA$, which they display as DAS. Go to coin information on Cryptopia and you will see it is not DAS. It us some Ethereum token.

The feedback overwhelmed us! This is so awesome!!!! Thank you community!!!
We have just announced the pre-reservation to only 300 Early Bird Adopters but already.... more than a half of PRN is pre-reserved! "The Community" is and always will be our priority no. 1!
Once again thank you very much!
Just as a reminder:
If reservations will be for more than 3.000.000 MLN PRN
- Token distribution will occur pro-rata.
If reservations will be for less than 3.000.000 MLN PRN
- We, the founders reserve the right to purchase remaining tokens (but we already know the 2nd scenario will not happen)
Why is the link/mail with announcement distributed like this actually, there is no advantage over registering earlier right? I suspect because they wanted early adopters to show demand exist before going to this forum. As for pro-rata, they may want a broad distribution to build community, rather than first-come which would merely lock coins to early adopters.

Comment/Share feature is now LIVE!
The first comment in the network is already on! You can share comments, links to pictures (.jpeg. .bmp. .png) documents (.pdf) and music .mp3. The feature will be improved over time. In the next post, we will share details about "The First 1000 Comment Bounty!" Happy Halloween! Note this feature is only available for members with the Experience Level 4 and above! ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2Fv7NBFgL.jpg&t=663&c=hCfsC4ytv9dexw) You should not allow EDIT of comments since you are allowing people to vote&reply on it. Just DELETE and REPLY. Even in BTT, the replies embed the prior content in the reply in case a user changes the original post. To all, the card PR.NETWORK contains the first comment. So, I am assuming it is owned by dev. https://www.pr.network/card/public-reputation-network-pr-network

Why are you sending out emails/links with the ico details on different dates per level? What's the use when you are distributing it pro rata anyways and probably nobody gets to buy what they want?
I was wondering this too. And, how will you know that the people have the funds to follow thru with their bid? If you think it will sell out, then you just bid more than you really want (or can pay for).

can someone please help me l have some vib tokens on EIDOO wallet and l cant transfer them to hitBTC. when l try a message pops out that l have insuffcien funds
To transact with the Ethereum network, you need ETH to pay for gas. When you transfer a token between exchanges, your exchange withdrawal fee pays for it.
