Big investors are putting money in. So it may affect price going down because some people are scared. Price is going up late 2018 when big players are pumping their money again…

Investing in Cryptocurrency for me is not an option to get rich but an option to earn more. That eventually can make you rich or not, it will always depend on you and the market.

You have to be ready and prepared. Risk only the amount you are willing to lose.

It depends on you. How you deal with it. You should have an expertise or at least the basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, how to trade it and its working. Blindly following the lead of others is not going to be fruitful. Yes, in initial phase you may have to rely on expert advice, seek help from social trading programmes available on exchanges. But don’t just leave your money to them and sit back. You need to carry out research on your own. You are solely responsible for the profit and loss.

I would vote for Litecoin. I consider Litecoin the next Bitcoin. Litecoin (LTC) is still one of the top 5 cryptocurrencies. It is no longer the “silver” to Bitcoin’s “gold” but it still trades very well and still has lots of development around it.

Litecoin has a solid team with Charlie Lee (former head of engineering at Coinbase) as a founder of the project, who still works on it.

More than 90 % altcoin are scam. So be very careful.

The price of crypto-currency is increasing that does not mean it is good thing for long term investment. I left these for your decision. Learn, understand then invest in it. No-one knows the future, use your wise sense of judgement. There are many agents who will tell you to buy crypto-currency so that the price goes high and big investors can utilize this by selling their crypto-currency. I think, now it is clear to you how it works and why people (agents/investors) are always telling to buy and hold crypto-currency.

This would be very hard to say… No one can predict the future. However, I’ve made a shortlist of cryptocurrencies that I think could make it big. Maybe not as big as Bitcoin but nonetheless big. I believe the following cryptos could become huge successes:

Bitcoin Cash

Also, I think that there is some probability that if Bitcoin disappears, so will most of the cryptocurrencies, as they are still closely tied to Bitcoin's performance. For example, if BTC's price is going down, the same happens to altcoins.

Say goodbye to lots of new investors buying into crappy ICOs. This will destroy the incentive for these ICOs.

Essentially only decent cryptos survive. Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero and a few others that have solid fundamentals (as of now, the future is never a certain thing) and won't be massively affected by these changes.

The biggest risk to crypto is simply investor sentiment. Once the spirit of most investors is broken through constantly seeing the money they invested, when the ATH was approaching, being whittled away to almost nothing.

Crypto traiding is the best but you need to  learn how to Buy low, sell high. To know when to buy or sell cryptos you need to look out for the signals. You can search for them yourself or you can rely on other sources.

The most efficient way to monitor trading signals is via telegram channels as you receive the messages there instantly.

I think Neo has the potential to dominate the Asian markets if it works alongside the Chinese Government in the near future and rapidly scales the adoption of their blockchain technology. I believe that Neo is at a fraction of its potential price and will certainly compete with Ethereum in terms of market share.

I personally have invested in both Ethereum and Neo, as no-one can predict which blockchain will be widely utilized first.

Every government has all the powers to ban Bitcoin within their country. However, the only possible way of banning is through ban of entire internet just like North Korea. There are some countries, which has already banned Bitcoin other than china. Therefore, this is a normal event on cryptocurrency world. Bitcoin is global; meaning if a country shuts it down cannot kill it. The only way is by regulating the users. As much as the internet is working, Bitcoin will always be around.

Cardano First blockchain to be developed from a scientific philosophy:

Cardano aims to integrate with all other major cryptocurrencies without the use of a third party, which:

- Reduces fees that exchanges charge
- Allow quicker and easier transactions across the blockchain
- Removes risk of a third party losing your cryptocurrencies

Neo differentiates by focusing on the ease of adoption for the developers. They do this by supporting Java and existing coding languages that developers have already learnt – removing the barrier to entry that they would face having to learn a new coding language if they chose to use Ethereum’s blockchain.

Right now. I get a feeling that 2018 might be a big year for alt coins because Bitcoin’s game is done. The bubble might burst in 2019 or 2020. No matter what you tell yourself but I guess this market has begun to enter bubbly phase.

The “top” altcoin to invest in changes weekly and depends on if you are looking for short term trades or long term trades.

But as for some off the top of my head in terms of great long term coins to invest in especially in 2018: BTC, ETH,OMG, EOS, ADA, POWR, RDN, QSP.

We are in the early stages of the year, at the beginning of every year there is a correction, this one looks particularly bad due to the shear volume of the market cap that has been removed but in terms of percentages corrections of 50%+ are quite frequent and a bull rally of much higher ALWAYS follows.

I believe we have just witnessed the bear trap and we are now about to see some crazy (even more so) rises than before.
