21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: November 25, 2016, 09:11:02 AM
As I can see trading was the most highly suggested of others as source of income. Second is sportsbetting(gambling) I guess. Only few are engaged into other way of income compared to that two.
Certainly better to trade than to put all your money in gambling. Perhaps they are someone that something give, but I do not believe it.
I think the views of each person is different, maybe if they did not know how the techniques and strategies in the trade of course they will choose a gamble, but I do not agree to use all your money in gambling
22  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Many Millions of People Use Bitcoin? on: November 25, 2016, 09:10:00 AM
yes, i agree with some of the comments here. it is impossible to determine the number of bitcoin users just by basing on the number of wallets being used.  one user may use 3 or more wallets or bitcoin addresses. just like me, i use 5 wallets. so that doesn't mean that those wallets are being used by 5 persons.
I think any method used to calculate the total bitcoin users will not be able to describe the actual total bitcoin users, let alone use a number of addresses, because only one user can have dozens of bitcoin address right ?
23  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: November 25, 2016, 09:08:23 AM
What is the obstacles, challenges and problems that Bitcoin can face it in 5 years? How we can help Bitcoin to take more authoritative place in the world of currency system?
Bitcoin will be good in our economy who knows that bitcoin will be more popular after 5 years because of a new president in US it will be more popular because it will be choosen by people are trying to get some business with bitcoin and it will be use as physical money too to use offline store.
no one knows about the future of bitcoin, but bitcoin see the development from year to year where bitcoin is growing very rapidly, I'm sure a few more years bitcoin will become popular, it may be adopted in various countries? who know?
24  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: November 25, 2016, 09:07:01 AM
From the first I did not like to put their money and assets in one place, I'd be for that person's opinion though not lucrative, bitcoin is very good made investments, but I'm not going to put my money only in the bitcoin, maybe in 5 place: land, property, vehicles, gold, and bitcoin.
yeah it is a good plan, but what if gains in bitcoin will provide greater prospects? it would be very unfortunate if you use capital for other investments right ?
I would invest in bitcoin only, because its more profitable
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: November 24, 2016, 09:40:09 AM
Anyone bought drugs with bitcoin and what are you thought on the subject ?

i know i have used bitcoin to buy psilocybe cubensis thank you bitcoin i cold have not done this without you now i can trip watching corry & eastenders in the evening its such a sight.
There are online shop that sell drugs and accept bitcoin as payment but its the kind of drugs which are generic but if you are considering those illegal drugs then I haven't and will never buy this kind of drugs. In darkwebs and silkroad maybe there are kinds of that.
I think people who sell drugs will not blatantly sell their drugs and create an online store and said that "bitcoin accepted here" of course it would be suicidal for them and of course it will make a name bitcoin become ugly
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: November 24, 2016, 09:34:32 AM
In as much as bitcoin is decentralized I think china has an influence in the bitcoin market has the own major bitcoin mines (especially after the having process) so they can easily dictate how the  bitcoin market will perform
bitcoin decentralized so there will be no one who can control the bitcoin, but because the total Chinese miners is very large, so they may provide little effect on the price of bitcoin, when they do certain things
27  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: November 24, 2016, 09:27:55 AM
I regret having sold 6 bitcoin several months ago, I think prices will continue to fall but bitcoin several weeks after I sell price is thus increased. And now I have to buy bitcoin again and I will hold for a long time or price reach $2000 or more.
There's nothing to regret if you have made profit selling your bitcoins, you can buy now and hold for more years, that way you will make more profit. It's all about the right timing mate, you just have to stay patient if you are really waiting for a good price to hit before you sell.

Indeed you should not even have than regret because you made profit, selling bitcoins is never good when you have the feeling you can make profit but on the other hand profit stays profit no matter what.
The fact is you cannot hold bitcoin forever, otherwise you will not enjoy it's value. Be wise, sell at the right timing.
You are right, timing is the most important in investing. The timing to get in and get out and the timing to buy and sell. It's important to ensure that we can have at least a profit when we will be selling our bitcoins, and as a way to guarantee that we enjoy the value, we must spend as well.
of course the exact timing will determine your profit or not, but how to determine the right timing, because we do not know when prices will stop rising bitcoin?
Sometimes I lose because one of the approximate selling bitcoin
28  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: November 24, 2016, 09:25:13 AM
Bitcoin need fiat and fiat need bitcoin this is just a cycle this both need everyone it's like in relationship you need a boyfriend and you need a girlfriend you can live without girlfriend but in the end you will find one and it will leave you again but there are going to change and it still you have boyfriend and for this bitcoin can't replace fiat how ever fiat has already a big contribute in bitcoin economi

Wrong. Fiat dont really need bitcoin. Of it does please provide some proofs that it does need it. I havent read an article like and I would love to see it until the end if there is one.
of course, will not require bitcoin fiat, fiat will remain alive despite missing bitcoin, while bitcoin will always need fiat, if fiat no bitcoin course, will not be worth it ?
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Great way to make Bitcoin! on: November 23, 2016, 06:32:44 AM
Today i am trading altcoins and it is very hard for making bitcoins  Grin but i will try to mining using GPU hardware, i will try other ways for making bitcoins although will be hard.
I think trading is only for people who have a knack in it, if you do not have the skills that will be the same as gambling, it might be better if you did mine, it would be better even if you do not have any skills
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin being used for illegal activities on: November 23, 2016, 06:15:34 AM
I think also that most of the bitcoin users used the bitcoin in legitimate transaction because bitcoin has a great services that everybody can be benefited that is why more users using it legally to maintain the bitcoin existence.

No matter if a person uses bitcoin in a wrong way as long as he is not doing it openly, because no one would even come to know if bitcoin was used for something bad if the person does not do something that is clear to the public which can result a bad reputation for bitcoin in the community outside this.
yeah I think whatever they do use bitcoin, it's up to them. because they are free to do anything, we will protest when they use bitcoin for strange activities and they published it to make a name bitcoin be ugly
31  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: November 23, 2016, 06:08:49 AM
We all have some amount of bitcoins in our wallets..
Do you really think bitcoin is a currency Worthing you more than a real currency...
I do because real currency price won't grow up or down as bitcoin...
So do you or not ??
And also have a discussion about its prices in future..!!
It is worth it for me. Unlike real money currencies, bitcoin is more flexible. That you can either do trading, investing, selling or mining.
Except for mining you can do all of that with fiat too, in my opinion the greatest strength of bitcoin comes from its decentralized nature, that has allowed bitcoin to survive and even thrive despite all the obstacles.
Yes the decentralization is really good for us,  unlike fiat that can monopolied by bank.  Bitcoin  was designed to be deflation  everytime,  it mean the value will always rise. Bitcoin  will survive as long as people use it.  The number of people who use bitcoin is increase every time. So I am really sure that Bitcoin price will keep rising forever.  So bitcoin is worth as an investment  for me.
sometimes decentralization is sucks , you know what ,
you have 100% responsible on anything happened to your money ,
for example when you lost your money because hacked or any other technical problem noone will help you ,
so it is sometimes worth more than just money but sometimes horrible.
Lol yeah that's the risk you have to accept when you're using bitcoin, decentralized actually very nice to hide your identity and if you want this freedom would be very useful, but all the responsibility is on you
That's why I like it because it protects our information and we can retain the confidentiality of our transaction.
I think when you're using bitcoin just to get money anonymously on bitcoin facility is not needed? but if you want freedom or confidentiality because you aim for illegal transactions may bitcoin is very useful, because anonymous
32  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: November 23, 2016, 06:07:20 AM
I think the goal for sure and believe bitcoin bitcoin is that in order to survive, because without the trust of users then over time the user will leave bitcoin, and bitcoin will be dead #imo
33  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: November 22, 2016, 10:51:36 AM
yeah i heard that many people are saying that bitcoin is dead but i think they have do not knowledge about bitcoin because keep saying that bitcoin is dead if they know about bitcoin that bitcoin is stronger currency profitable  then i am sure they will also support the bitcoin .

Cause most of them are only trolls/ bitcoin hater.  That's why we should not pay attention to those people cause most of them are attention seekers, the more attention you will give to them, the more they will think its fun.
i agree with you that hater want to fall bitcoin through spreading bad news about bitcoin they want to drop  bitcoin because they invest their money in other crypto currency but its impossible to dead bitcoin .
I think what haters goal to make bitcoin die while they do not get any benefits? I think this was done by the users themselves, causing panic bitcoin, and bitcoin they could buy at a low price
34  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen if Bitcoin became a legal currency? on: November 22, 2016, 10:49:46 AM
It will be awesome, if bitcoin become legal currency for sure it will makes our transaction easier and there will be a lot things that can be buy using bitcoin, i think by making it into legal currency it will make bitcoin become more valuable, and as the user we will feel easier to spend bitcoin on something we want
of course when bitcoin be legal in all countries of course we will find it easy to shop using bitcoin and of course we will not need to convert it to a fiat again, this is a very good thing
I really want that to happen, who knows when it will happen
35  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: November 22, 2016, 10:47:54 AM
For the price to drop that much it would take unlikely acenarioa to happen in the short term. The only reason it would plummet like that would be loss of confidence by holders or massive regulatory restrictions.

So let's face it, if btc drops to $100 any time soon, you'd be thinking thrice about buying up.

1000 dollars price of bitcoins was possible but it will takes more years to happen, i have faith that bitcoins will go higher than the predict price but for now, i will just think for the possible things happens. Digital Currency price was not stable, so we should also consider that the price of bitcoins will also fluctuate. Lets look on the reality. Bitcoins price goes up and down, so we better think of practicality. i will buy now before its too late.
It's possible because we have already achieve that price..

Yes it is already increasing but for the price of bitcoin it doesn't need to take years before it pass to reached the hope of many which is $1,000. I guess that will happen before the end of the year. And with this Christmas season for sure many are going to buy bitcoins and doesn't need to wait for the price of bitcoin to reach down to $100.
I am also positive we are going to hit that level, just another pump as the price now started to neutralize. I would not be disappointed if $1,000 will not be achieve this year as I am confident we can have it early next year.

There is no need for a pump to reach $1000. If the price rises 5% a month, that will just take 8 months to reach.
I think it's not that easy bitcoin prices go up every month, you know that bitcoin prices fluctuate every month so the price can not continue to go up, which is probably the pump prices and then down again, it is a definite cycle
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Should people wait for confirmation of Bitcoin? on: November 22, 2016, 10:42:18 AM
From what i read previously, it is due to avoid something called double spend, even i am not sure how is it work, but its something like in the olden days where ATM in Location A and Location B is not centralized and sync, so people can withdraw their initial deposit twice.

I think its something like that if i am not mistaken
I never get bitcoin twice in a row and within 1 day I did not get any confirmation, and the transaction to fail, it may be referred to must wait until the transaction is getting at least one confirmation only
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it possible to hack your bitcoin from your wallet? on: November 22, 2016, 10:37:49 AM
definitely yes, it is possible to hack your wallet and took away your bitcoin if you have been attacked by a phisher/phishing sites therefore some services including blockchain is advising us to secure our wallet with a passphrase and two factor authentication in order to be safe from the hackers because with 2FA it is very impossible for unknown person to access your wallet.
phishing will only give identifer and password and I think the phishing attack will be useless when you have such sms authentication verification or 2FA, because they will not be able to pass it, so use 2FA to avoid hacking

39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do people around you think about Bitcoin ? on: November 16, 2016, 10:15:58 PM
I am from London, I love BTC a lot.

But, my friends and colleges think Bitcoin is illegal and this is not useful. They can't trust BTC at all. Sad
yeah it is also happening in the country, some of my friends already know bitcoin, but they do not use bitcoin, because they think bitcoin currency is illegal and inappropriate for use
40  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: November 16, 2016, 10:02:21 PM
Montlhy Gold/Bitcoin Performance Comparison

Gold -2.42% (last 30 days according to goldprice.org)
BTC +11.75% (last 30 days according to bitcoinwisdom.com)

Isn't it nice?
I think to make a profit on investing in gold, you have to be patient because this is not a short term investment. of course maybe you'll lose if you use short-term investments in gold
