Why is this website allegedly giving my email to spammers?
Not sure what you mean, can you give more details? I got this email spam: From: seba.burger@gmail.comSubject: Distribute your coin from Android game Hi, Sébastien from Paris here ! And i'm building several Android apps wich distributes giveaway of cryptocurrencies, to help devs to promote their brand. If it may interest you, take a look on this thread where I give a little more details : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1064953.0 or directly on the wesbite where I have install the system on it : w -SPAMLINK-ww.aapcoin.com (it's on test mode only) If you're still interested and would like to be intregrated on Aapcoin or have the same website for your currency only, you can reply to this email and i'll be able to give you more details about it ! Why are the volume numbers for the same day different when I switch from YTD to 3M?
Also, the volume numbers are too high (seems like a bug) when you switch to fine grained views like 1d or 7d.
Hi, can you please fix available markets for ImperialCoin because IPC stopped trading on AllCoin but it is added to Cryptopia. here is the link to Cryptopa API: https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Home/ApiAll updated, thanks. ?? Looking into this bug. It hasn't been added because they don't list it on their API endpoint. Why is this website allegedly giving my email to spammers?
Not sure what you mean, can you give more details?

Hello, Can you please add DigitalNote media (like twitter, reddit, etc) links to DIgitalNote section in coinmarketcap/ You can find all media link at the bottomof http://digitalnote.orgThank you All updated, thanks. Hello!
Could you please check the LTC/USD volume on BitYes.com? There are hardly any trades yet your website is reporting a daily volume of around $100.000.
Thank you!
That's odd, are you sure? I see lots of trades, and it's grabbing the data straight from their API: https://market.bityes.com/usd_ltc/ticker.js
Just looking for an update on listing mmBTCD asset on CMC? Is there any added info that is required? Please let me know, Thanks
It should be added in the next batch. If anything else is needed I'll contact you, thanks!

thanks @poloskarted for pointing me to this thread.
It seems that ByronP has corrected the mistake on the API endpoint. I'll make sure the volume history data on CMC is adjusted accordingly.

here is the daily volume. Every day is a high volume. But notice it is only traded on one exchange. Banx.io, owned by banxshares creators which give them free ability to construct fake trading activity and volume data. WTF? How can data solely reported by an exchange run by the coin creators themselves be considered legitimate? Surely this ought to fall below at least some bare minimum standard of impartiality, right? Gliss? I'll admit it's a bit weird. If there's reasonable evidence of volume faking or incorrect reporting, it'll be removed.

Given the unique distribution and claim process for CLAM, we would recommend that you change the "website" link from the unofficial fan-site to the official web site http://clamclient.comAll updated, thanks. I was wondering how many time it take to update a coin information ? I ask it 2 week ago still no update ?
Thanks
What was request?

Can you add Sia to the assets list? Need to know: i) It is decentralised storage, like Storj ii) I think they have just launched open beta after 1 year of development iii) the market cap has leapt to $1.6 million. (Storj currently at $0.79 million) That would put it at #3 in the assets table and #24 of all crypto coins, platforms and assets. I don't think it can be ignored any more Sia is actually finished with it's Nxt portion of existence, we're launching! After launch, we'll be working as hard as possible to get ourselves on an exchange, then we can have our 2 assets, siacoins and siafunds, listed on coinmarketcap.com When that happens feel free to make a request on the request form.

question: why is banxshares classified as currency? If you visit the website, you clearly see it's a stock... It has its own blockchain as opposed to using another blockchain. Where are you getting YACoin's 'Available Supply'? I am seeing the following in the wallet debug console:
"moneysupply" : 55269211.33874300,
The number on the site is out of date. I couldn't find an explorer that exposes that information, do you know of any? Please add Fade $Fade
Please add IrishCoin.
Please use the request form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1IZf5cBivam_93zENT_arFFuvWDidHGjWxoTMVmFSoWg/viewform@coinmarketcap team is there a way u can make sure small spikes on little markets dont create such missleading results yes people here is a coin core team member who want to make sure his coin value is not looking to high strange in times of pump&dump where everyone try to make his coins look higher to prepare a dump but we are different we enjoy slow stable growth Yes, here's a preview of the new style charts coming soon: http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/diamond/temp/ you need to update the stats on ViralCoin this coin has over 35BTC daily volume and you have it not even worth 1BTC yet it is part of your website this coin should be ranked in your top 100 in value at least and your holding coin volue down by not updating stats.
TeleBET $TB has a new logo please update when you get a chance.
All updated, thanks.

For now, I feel it's best not to make any immediate changes to the filters. If someone can come up with an objective and easily verifiable criteria for instamine that can be applied to all current and future mineable coins, I'll consider it. Otherwise it's just going to be too much of a hassle to figure out how every new coin should get classified.
|
|
|
Given the debate here, it's probably best to take the significantly premined mark off of Dash until we can figure out a more appropriate solution. I agree that instamine is not the same as premine.
I see a few options here: 1) Change label to "Significantly mined around launch" or something among those lines 2) Make an instamine label 3) Not care about tracking instamine
I'm preferring #3 because "instamine" is not a well defined term and can be applied subjectively.

If you have evidence of HitBtc faking volume, please present it so I can see what they have to say about it. Definitely do not want skewed numbers on the site. Why is Ripple still being listed? It has nothing to do with decentralized cryptocurrencies. It has frozen $1 million in user funds, its CEO is in bed with the establishment, and he has publicly bashed Bitcoin every chance he got.
Is Ripple paying to be listed in coinmarketcap?
And Stellar is basically the same thing. One good day they even decided to shut down the entire network (proving it wasn't decentralized at all) to fix a bug.
These scamcoins are hurting the ecosystem. You should be ashamed of listing them.
If Ripple was delisted, people who were interested in tracking it would demand to re-list it. Rather than picking and choosing, the policy has always been to list all types of cryptocurrencies and let the market figure it out who are the winners in the space. Could you please consider adding CryptoClub (CCB)?
Request form already sent.
Regards
Checked all 3 exchanges and they are all reporting 0 volume for CCB, so a price cannot be determined. Hi Gliss, Seeing as 13 of the top 20 assets are on the Nxt platform, can we have an option to dsiplay the prices on the asset page in NXT? > http://coinmarketcap.com/assets/I have an idea of what the asset prices are in my head in NXT but I have to convert from BTC (finding the current rate) to see if the prices have change much. It is very cumbersome and not very useful. Thanks Bump Native prices are on the way, haven't forgotten.

We reached out to them and they said they had resolved most of those issues. If you find any more recent evidence of scamming, please let me know.

Added. Can we add MonetaryUnit MUE please was the second biggest turnover on bleutrade a couple of days this week
It's been up! http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/monetaryunit/#marketsDefinitely possible. If anything, it will be a new tab on the currency detail page: "Assets". PM sent. Is there any reason why CMC changed Jubi.com back to an exchange w/o fees/does not count their volume anymore?
That had been changed only a few days ago and has now been reverted?
There have been complaints about fake volume and decided not to include it until more investigation can be done.

The multigateway MGW is a service that allows you to convert coins like BTC, BTCD, LTC, Doge, Dark etc into NXT asset tokens. There is no fee to use this service other than the coin miner fees and the 1 NXT tx fee.
The NXT Asset Exchange is a decentralized exchange. It runs on the NXT block chain and it cost the NXT minor fee (currently 1NXT) to place and/or cancel an order. Those fees go to the forgers.
So, MGW is fee free, but NXT AE trading is NOT fee free.
Thanks for the info. All updated. Still trying to get MTR corrected on CoinMarketCap.
Sent you a PM.

Is OP inactive?
I check this thread as often as I can, but a better way to make requests is through the form linked in the OP. Seems like a discrepancy on this data with daily volume reporting? Switch to "All Markets" and that should account for the missing volume. Hello,
So I see that you guys have added MTR.
You got the links inserted, this is great.
The main issue, "No Data" - What could be the hold up on that?
Do you guys have C-CEX exchange API connected?
Thanks,
MasterTrader777
Should be fixed now. why huobi not listed ?
It's now listed. Why is ripplecharts included with no trading fees. Even if it would have fees inhouse exchanges just pocket the fees in the own pocket, its the same as no fee exchanges (fake volume with inhouse bots trading back and forth) http://www.ripplecharts.com/#/Also multigateway has no fees why is it included? http://multigateway.org/Ripple charts is an aggregator, are you saying none of the exchanges on there charge fees? I'll look into Multigateway, if so good point. Found a couple of problems with the CLAM data:
1) the chart shows the price has been bouncing around over 0.01 BTC/CLAM. It hasn't really. Not on any of the major exchanges. Where are you getting that data from? The price shown at the top of the chart doesn't match the line on the chart either:
2) the historical chart still shows a market cap of 0 before December:
Not sure what happened with 1) but let me know if it happens again. 2) I'm in the process of migrating the data, should be fixed by the next time the long term charts are regenerated. Hey, I noticed that the Horizon (@Horizon_HZ) total distributed coins are not updating on your charts.
The chart is here:https://explorer.horizonplatform.io/api.php?page=distributed
All Updated, thanks.

Would CoinMarketCap consider including trading info from the Coinomat exchange? The API info can be found at: https://coinomat.com/api.phpAnd according to the docs there, they trade BTC, LTC, PPC, NXT and others. Definitely, looking to add soon. Are there APIs for the trade data? I think the asset/currency separation is a bit confusing. Why are Nushares listed under currency and BitUSD under assets?
As far I know, Nushares is its own blockchain, and BitUSD uses the BitShares blockchain. DigiByte (DGB)'s available supply is being displayed incorrectly. Can you please correct it? Thank you.
Sapience AIFX is not showing the correct total coins available.400K or so were sent to burn address after ICO ended. Here is a Block Explorer showing the right amount.http://explorer.blockchainsingularity.com/Please update CMC to the above version. Thanks!!! Hi Gliss; I wanted to point out that you're missing an important trading pair for BitUSD: https://bter.com/trade/btc_bitusdPeople can trade BTC for BitUSD directly there! It has a nice tight spread and its 24-hour volume has been near $1000 several times in the past week. Thanks! +1 Current daily volume for BTC/BITUSD on Bter.com is 85.40 BTC ! All updated, thanks.

Updated, thanks. Magi m7m algo is the latest on the coinmarketcap right?
As long as cryptoid has the update it should be the latest. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xmg/Thanks for adding the CLAM marketcap to your site. I have a list of historical moneysupply amounts if you want to go back and add them. If so, how far apart do you want the samples? Every hour, every block, or what? Alternatively, you can grab them from the blockchain yourself, like this, to get the supply as of block 100k for example: $ clamd getblock $(clamd getblockhash 100000) | grep supply "moneysupply" : 14801149.19280093, "digsupply" : 62721.70172306, "stakesupply" : 26747.78872897, "activesupply" : 89469.49045203,
'activesupply' is the amount available (it's the sum of dig + stake) and 'moneysupply' is the total theoretically available at that point in time. Would you be able to convert the block values to dates? One day apart would be sufficient. This is my favourite web page.
How long does it usually take for a new coin to be added? (I've filled in the forms etc)
Which coin are you waiting on?
