22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is IEO? on: September 04, 2019, 03:45:39 PM
Basically, IEO and ICO have the same purpose: to mobilize money from investors to use for different purposes. However, IEO is more secure than ICOs. IEO is a trading platform supported by the trading platform, it is guaranteed to be listed on that platform. However, its value may be very low compared to the asking price.

I would not say that IEO is safer than IСO. Security IEO is an illusion, because it is safe to invest in IEO only on large exchanges, on small exchanges, you can also be deceived as during the IСO.
I also advise you to read license agreements, including on large exchanges, which you sign before participating in IEO. These agreements state that the exchange does not bear any responsibility for your losses, which means that you can get them at any time.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No news from TON on: September 03, 2019, 09:24:46 PM
A few days ago, some news platform such as Coindesk and Cointelegaph announced that TON's code will be released on Sept. 1. I expected the news to be fake as nothing had been announced officially by telegram.
I have two questions.
1. What is the purpose of such news platform from spreading fake news?
2. Is there any report about what is going on with Telegram and its TON? Why nothing is announced?

The news platforms you mentioned were previously seen in fake news, so smart people are used to not believing such news until the news appears on the developers' social networks or on their official sites. Double-check every news and then you can’t be deceived.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO and IEO running at same time for same project on: September 03, 2019, 08:42:05 PM
With the introduction of IEO, there is a great reduction in holding ICO  by the projects.
Even though this is the situation, now a days I have observed that some projects are holding ICO as well as IEO same time. They also don't share the exact amount of funds raised
Isn't it confusing for investors? What are your thoughts? Why projects are using both methods?

New projects want to raise the maximum amount of money, which is why they resort to various methods of attracting investors, which is why they conduct both IСO and IEO at the same time.
If the project hides information about the amount of funds raised, then I try not to invest in such a project. I believe that honest people do not need to hide the amount of money received.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many new traders are playing to lose on: September 02, 2019, 09:14:57 AM
Are you playing to lose or you are playing to win? a friend of mine lose all his bitcoin to trading and when he started complaining about i decide to take a look and i detected that he traded in a gambler's way.
He has 100$ and he traded just twice with 50$ which results in quick lose,im not an trading expert but most trading platforms always warn traders to limit their trading to the highest of 10$ which would have given him more chances to continue trading

Apart from not learning how trading works he is playing to lose,i think this is what many newbies are doing as well,if you are doing the same you will always end up losing your money,if you want to bet 50$ on a trade you must have thousands  of dollars on the trading platform not trading with 100$ and be praying for a miracle.

Trading is not something you can rush, expert traders out there spend days trading for profits and if a particular day is full of loss they quit trading for that day.

If you have only $ 100 and you are new to trading, then in no case do you need to spend them on trading one pair of coins. Break this amount into dozens of pairs, or set aside some of the money in reserve. If you do not know how to trade, it is better to learn how to do it with small amounts of money.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: crypto and gold on: September 01, 2019, 09:48:14 PM
Last week I saw the crypto market of bitcoin and altcoin all fell dramatically because there was competition in gold trading that made all prices fall, is gold investment more profitable than bitcoin and altcoin which are vulnerable to hacking.

Gold is a metal that has been valuable all the time people lived on earth. Recently, the value of gold as an investment asset for ordinary people has decreased slightly. People are much more willing to invest in stocks, real estate, cryptocurrencies, etc. Therefore, I do not believe that gold can seriously compete with cryptocurrencies and delay investment from the crypto market.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Question on: September 01, 2019, 08:47:15 PM
People need to take their time when choosing what project to support. Just because they paying well does not mean that is the value of the tokens you will recieve. IF the project fails it is worth $0
If it never reaches an exchange it will be worth $0 and sometimes it just doesn't perform well so the value is very little and you get under paid. You should rather look at a bounty as earning an investment instead of buying tokens in the ICO. Rather take your time and choose better bounties with things to offer and that will greatly reduce the risk of ending up with nothing and the risk vs reward will be worth it.

You think very competently, and give good advice. I also think that there is no need to choose a bounty campaign for the promised remuneration, because these are just promises. You will not believe it if they promise to pay you a billion dollars per thousand people, so why believe that several hundred thousand dollars will be spent on a bounty campaign with a project that cannot collect even 500 thousand investments.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: taking decisions on: September 01, 2019, 06:01:27 PM
Topic starter wrote a lot of text. In my opinion, the main thing in his words is that one should not be afraid to make decisions independently and not be afraid to bear responsibility in case of errors. Believe me, no matter how you learn to trade or invest, no matter how much experience you have, you will still have mistakes, and most importantly you need to learn from them so that you do not make such mistakes in the future.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why do people lose confidence with ethereum? on: September 01, 2019, 04:20:44 PM
why are people busy with ethereum? whether their trust has been lost. Isn't the rise and fall of coin prices on the market common? yes ... considering the market is bearish does not mean that ethereum prices will die and that does not mean that bitcoin will dominate the market forever.

come on stay enthusiastic, Let time answer. don't listen to FUD, if you are an old investor I'm sure you won't stop here. reconsider before you make a brief decision ... because ethereum is a high-potential altcoin, I'm sure they will soon rise from this difficult time.

Ethereum grew for a very long time in price and brought profit for all who stored it and traded it. And then he sharply began to lose value, after which there was a large outflow of investors from Ethereum. However, this situation is most likely temporary, and it can change for the better with the introduction of Ethereum 2.0 technology.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Ethereum replaces Bitcoin someday? on: August 28, 2019, 01:39:11 PM
Bitcoin is a coin that first appeared on the crypto market and won the hearts of investors and laid the foundation for the crypto market. Now this coin has the largest capitalization, which no one can exceed. Ethereum begins to become obsolete, it is defeated by new and more advanced competitors, which does not leave him the strength to compete with Bitcoin.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunting is past it's glory days on: August 28, 2019, 12:31:17 PM
My experience so far with bounty this year have been bad and it is not as profitable as it used to be. Mainly bounty hunters don't really get good projects that will pay and those that pay just pay a penny which is not worth the time and energy put into the work.
My question is, is it possible to still make a living from bounty or we should just move on from it?

I have been participating in bounty campaigns for several months now, and the maximum I received was several thousand tokens, which are still not traded on any of the exchanges. The result is that I worked for free. Now I am participating in the bounty campaign and have hopes of earning money on it, maybe this time I will be lucky.

33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Dex exchanges are safe? on: August 27, 2019, 06:51:29 PM
I've been using dex exchanges like ddex, switcheo. They asked to connect wallet through metamask or trust wallet, I'm an android user so I'm using trust wallet to use these exchanges, i wanted to ask when we connect our wallet to a specific exchange is there any possibility to stole funds anyhow?

Based on the assumption that the opportunity to steal your funds is always there and therefore you need to connect new wallets to exchanges that do not have all your coins and tokens. Protect yourself and throw only those tokens that you want to sell onto these new wallets, and then withdraw the coins received from the sale to another wallet.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: is it easy to list token in bittrex? on: August 27, 2019, 09:18:13 AM
I read that bittrex accept new coins and tokens with no fees but they ask many requirements, so is it easy to fulfill them requirements specially US or Maltese law and documents?
Thanks in advance

Each exchange has its own requirements for placing a new coin. This is usually a certain amount of money in bitcoins, as well as a certain amount of coins themselves on the balance of the exchange. I don’t know the exact amounts, but the steeper the exchange, the bigger they are.
Also, some exchanges require the installation of a bot that will increase the trading volume on this coin.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In the end, the developer who made the token becomes junk! on: August 27, 2019, 08:59:47 AM
now prize hunters face a harsh reality .. that most projects end in fraud and some of them might make a profit but not big, on the other hand the bounty hunter must also be patient to wait for their tokens to be listed on the exchange or at least have a sale value in the market ...
but seeing the unstable market situation, it is also very risky for new tokens generated from the project. Why?
because it all depends on the project developer !!!
I see that many developers no longer care about their project work map and if the developer cannot run their project correctly, the token will become junk !!!

If you want not to fall into the paw of scammers - do not participate in the promotion of projects that have just appeared and which do not yet have their own token, which is placed and traded on one or several exchanges. Then you will be sure that you can sell your rewards at a good price and spend money.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why do people lose confidence with ethereum? on: August 27, 2019, 08:24:00 AM

Ethereum has enormous potential for price increases, just remember how much it cost in January 2018 and how much it costs now. As soon as the date of the transition of Ethereum mining from the PoW protocol to PoS is announced, the price will immediately jump several times, you will see. Therefore, it is better to keep part of your money in Ethereum.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: don't rely on gift tokens, balance your time with other things. on: August 26, 2019, 07:49:29 PM
don't rely on gift tokens because that will only bore you and not to mention you have to wait for them to be listed on the exchange or at least until they have a sale price to make up for your hard work.
I suggest balancing your time with other things you can do in this market and I think there are many ways to make a profit besides a prize campaign. I say this because I also feel bored with them and what I produce from gift tokens does not produce sweet fruit.
at this time I balance with trading, how about you?

I met different people in the crypto market, someone likes to trade and invest, someone likes to mine, there are also people who like to participate in airdrops and bounty campaigns. Previously, people managed to make dozens of airdrops a day, but it is a pity that the earnings from them were very small.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My greatest crypto regret on: August 26, 2019, 05:54:07 PM
My greatest crypto regret was when a friend wanted to give me 6btc in 2010 and i told him this 'you are just wasting your time with all this useless internet things' and even the guy wasnt sure if what is holding will worth it in future so the guy replied 'it costs me nothing' ,after few months i stop seeing the guy again even till date,i thinks he is not in my city anymore, what is your greatest crypto regret?

Each of us has something to regret in our lives. I prefer not to think about what I missed in this life and what I regret. I prefer to think about what needs to be done to succeed now and develop it in the future.
If you missed the opportunity to get or buy Bitcoin in those days when it was very cheap, then you should not regret it now, move on.

The most painful experience when promoting a bounty project is thinking you made a right choice by removing the signature of the project you are promoting presently for another project that you think its better and later on? Grin

The first project you are promoting get listed and doubled in value ,how will you feel? Damn! The fact is bounties are unpredictable sometimes ,no one can predict the end results

If the project’s awards in the bounty campaign of which I participated but then threw it away grow, then of course I will be upset and will blame only myself.
In general, changing the bounty campaign while it has not ended is silly. I try not to do that. The only exception may be if you find out that the project in the bounty campaign of which you participated is fraudulent.
